It's a late introduction, but hello everyone. I'm Canadian, I'm studying to be a Librarian, I eat Hungarian food, and I love Jesus. I play other games, and I crochet. I love watching letsplay Minecrafts and cartoons. I mostly listen to Creative Commons skapunk and hipster artrock right now. I started playing Minecraft as a true wimp and have had to work my way up to not being afraid of mobs.
Thanks for keeping the forum active and interesting, everyone!
Hello! I am Shade Kirby, repeat internet visitor and self-proclaimed connoisseur of fine indie video games. At first, when I kept hearing about this game, I was like "Ewwww, an indie game with retro graphics, why can't indie developers make their graphics original instead of relying on nostalgic charm?". Then I played the Survival demo on the website, and needless to say, I'm hooked, I stopped caring about the graphics and just played it. This is a fun, addicting idea, and seriously, one of the scariest things in gaming at the moment to me is being attacked by a Skeleton with a bow and arrow. (The traditional creepers are scary too.)
I have plans of getting this game for Christmas, I'm totally in love with this game.

Hi :happy.gif: My name is Paul. You can look at my profile for more info.
A few friends told me that I would love Minecraft, so I checked it out. Been playing since mid 2010. I tried Classic for about ten minutes, fell in love, then owned the game a minute after that, and I've been addicted ever since. I prefer survival single player, but I do play on a friend's private server occasionally.
I haven't been an active member of a forum since 2003... I lurk mostly, but look forward to contributing when I can.
