One time I fell asleep standing up in the shower. Not the half-awake half-asleep kind of dumb state, legit sleeping. Woke up ten minutes later.
When I was a couple years younger I would wake up early so that I would have an hour before I had o goto school and I was usually really tired and 1/2 the time I would be so tired I would fall into a kind of grey area between sleep and awake, but now I go to sleep be 9:45 so Im usually well rested.

This bathroom is all locked up, windows and door closed, and while they have small places air can go through, all the air that's already inside the bathroom should prevent any more air from entering.
A lot of the space for air in here is being taken up by the hot shower water's steam, without mentioning the other big things in the bathroom, such as the toilet, the sink and the shower door, the steam should also keep more air from entering.
It's a very small bathroom, and my lungs are quite big.
How the hell am I still breathing?
(I thought about that a few minutes ago while on the shower, so it counts, right?)

Yeah i have this issue really bad myself, probably because of how relaxing the shower is, i often try to keep my showers to 5-10minute sometimes 30minute intervals with which i keep my phone and a alarm handy to go off in 5minute pulses, this is so i basically dont drown. lol Pretty sucky to do but i suppose the shower is to blame here, its just do damn relaxing.
