Interesting to see this thread pop back up, I remember coming across it back in the day. Not sure if trends have just changed or if it's platform dependent, but I've hardly seen these usernames in recent years on Reddit or Discord servers. Maybe it's also the higher minimum age (13+) enforced on these platforms, though I've seen a fair share of usernames with annoying special characters on Discord.

It's become cringe culture to use these names.
Also Stacks just keeps necroposting to revive threads instead of making new ones, which is really starting to annoy me.
Wanna know why my minecraft has a really long number at the end?
Because I wanted it to be just "Stacks64" but it was already taken so I added random numbers until I got one that wasn't already taken by someone else.

I must admit, my old username was "xXMisterAndrew69Xx".
Later changed it to "NotWinlogon".
Edit: As you can see, back in 2010 I was very cringe. Not anymore. (Sometimes I'm still a bit cringy but not nearly as much as back then)

I'm glad you renamed your accounts.
Offtopic: I once planned on an satiric alternate account called "xXImVeryKringe404Xx".
And yes, it was a parody of these usernames. And of certain types of people.
Never really made it outside my random ideas folder though, and it's been sitting on my shelf for almost 5 years now.
Those were good times... now I barely come up eith that type of stuff xd

Pretty much like B1FF in Usenet but it's in Minecraft Forum, right?
