I have just finished building my gaming PC and I ran into some issues, first of all after I installed windows 8.1 last night I went into minecraft and was getting decent fps (60 fps on max settings) but today when I got home I booted up my pc and went into minecraft and I was getting 30-40 fps. My graphics card is a NVidia GeForce GTX 650 ti (not boost) my processor is a Intel core i3 with Intel HD graphics 4400. I suspect that somehow my graphics card is not running my graphics and my processor is. Please reply if you have and suggestions

Also I have a BioStar hi-fi b85s3+ motherboard and I cannot hear any sound on my computer I tried to install the drivers but it said they were already installed. PLZ HELP

Did you install anything that could be using up processor power (Norton, etc.)?

It turns out that I had my max frame rate set to 50fps and I needed to plug my headset into the back audio jacks lol I'm such an idiot sometimes! Thanks for the help though I appreciate it!
