Hey everyone. Are there any good but also cheap USB microphones that are preferably under $50? I use a headset but there is only one jack in my laptop instead of the normal two. The jack splitter doesn't work so I need a mic. I can plug in via USB.
I would use the mic. to record Minecraft videos and maybe some other games. Please leave a link to the website I can buy and look at the specs from. Tell me if you have a question or need some more info about it. Thanks in advance!

I have already looked at plenty of microphones and you do use a mic. for recording. The snowball and yeti are most popular and expensive. My current one is a Plantonics but it isn't usable.

Those are opinions. Blue Snowballs and Blue Yetis do cost more than $50, but I think that for their quality, they are worth it. And Blue Snowballs/Yetis are very popular, but not the most popular. According to guitar center, the most popular microphone is MXL 990.
I use a Microsoft LifeChat. It's a good headset, but it's $40. If it's cheap for me to buy, then I think you should be good. I don't really know of any other good 'cheap' headsets, but I'm sure if you do some google searches, you might find something around your budget.

Have you tried looking around yourself, or do you want everyone do spoon-feed you information?
