Have you ever seen any game like Minecraft but more realistic?
For example:
Crafting
Woodcutting
Building
Hunting
Hunger
Health
Brewing
Enchanting
No civilization
Survival
Dimensions
Cave exploring and mining
Farming
Breeding
Exploring
Randomly generated terrain
Mobs
Of course not every of them (But someone should, imagine a game exactly like Minecraft but more realistic) but if it has most of them, Make me know!
I remember seeing one that was very similar. The block placing system was practically identical, and had some advanced editing, but I can't remember what it was.

Try this list of games like Minecraft from Games Finder, its got 52 of them so I'm sure you'll find something that fits what you are after, its the most comprehensive list around and I've found plenty of great games on that list to play.
From the list I can think of 4 that you might be interested in (they also happen to be my favourites! So I'll talk about them a little and let you decide).
Planet Explorers
This game is without a doubt my favourite Minecraft inspired game, I find it very realistic and the feature list is just amazing. It's got a story mode with random quests built in it. You can also design your own vehicles, farm, make peace with other species. I can't even describe it because its just got everything.
Haven and Hearth
A free to play survival MMO that has Minecraft style features (you can build and change the game world). It's a really difficult game and it has permanent death which I love. It really throws you out into the world and its pretty harsh, actually makes you feel like you are surviving.
Wurm Online
Actually a game that Notch worked on before Minecraft, it's basically if World of Warcraft was combined with Minecraft I guess. Everything in the game is created by the people playing it and you can basically do whatever you want, go mining in a cave, chop down some trees or whatever else.
Salem
From the creators of Haven and Hearth and basically the same idea just that it takes place during the witch-hunt years and has better graphics. Basically go out and claim a spot of land while hunting, crafting, etc.
A final one that I'm keeping my eye on is 7 ways to die which is a zombie/survival game meets Minecraft. Hope that helps!
Finally there is StarForge, which is headed in the right direction but right now is in very early Alpha, so it does not contain many features you seek.

Farming

I know, that wasn't to point something out against you. I just found it odd how he pointed out cube world for being different, when you made a post explicitly saying Don't Starve is...different.
Well, we don't know specifically what theme he wants from Minecraft. I'm just assuming he wants a survival game since he said more realistic.
Hi. www.BrutalNature.com is a lot like a more realistic Minecraft! It features highly realistic crafting, Smooth and cube voxels for building, guns with multiple ammo types, a grapple gun, 20+ different ores, modding and more!

You could also give platinum arts sandbox a go.
Even If I did, I don't wanna play another game like minecraft.
for example, Cube World is it?
I'm pretty sure you can get most of those listen from the vanilla game and mods.
It looks awesome.

Cube World is completely different.
This is what I was going to say. Rust is in closed Alpha last I heard though, so there is no way to play it.
Another game that looks amazing is 7 Days To Die, it's more of a zombie oriented game but there is crafting, physics, building, mining, etc.
You can buy 7DTD here: http://7daystodie.com/buy/ for $35
Finally there is StarForge, which is headed in the right direction but right now is in very early Alpha, so it does not contain many features you seek.
So many games!!!
Yet this was actually about a survival or a sandbox game. Cube World is neither.
I think he means really different as in not voxel based. Otherwise Don't Starve can relate to most of what was mentioned in the list.
Rules --
He seems to want a survival game. Guess what Don't Starve is? It has:
Cube World is RPG focused.

this great game popularized sandbox survival genre and has shown us that there are lots of games developed and based on the similar idea. check these:
