Hardcore tank simulator.
It'd be a hardcore tank simulator..
"Sir, we successfully engaged Taliban targets at a range of three kilometers and highly probably eliminated their position. We fired two main gun rounds and ninety-six small caliber bullets from the coaxial machine gun."
"Good, now spend the next eight hours filling out paperwork and cleaning your tank."
I'd make a game that had Civilization's empire building and randomized planet generation combined with Total War's battle system and Europa Universalis's diplomacy.
It would be an MMO called Runeterra, based off the lore from League of Legends and the events that led to its creation. Basically, uncontrolled magical warfare. You can join various factions and have to stop certain world events that are being created because of the magical warfare like it says in the League lore. Very PvP oriented, but PvE elements come into play. Custom spells and missions that change the game world dynamics would be awesome.
Would be like the first Pokemon Snap, but with more areas and more Pokemon (Some left out Gen 1 Pokemon and some Gen 2-6 Pokemon), it could even possibly have a multiplayer of some sort
I'd change my mind and spend all the money on steam instead. I don't have any contacts who could get me a game developer who could develop the game with my money, and my idea would be insane anyway. Something along the lines of genetically modifying monkeys to fight to the death that have any lost body parts replaced by cyborg versions of them.
A survival tower defense game. Sorta like Sanctum, but with maps(like a town or something) and you build stuff like turrets and fences. There would be no spot to defend, you just have to stay living, so that means you could set up a base anywhere you want. You could get 'points' from scavenging the enviroment and killing enemies. You would alsobe able to upgrade and build equipment with these points. There would be no waves, the enemies(probably monsters) would just keep on coming.
The maps would be pretty big, enough space to build a sizable base. Modding support would be nice, too.
A shooter where you are from the year 2025, and you need to go back into 1976 to assassinate an emperor who wants to rule the world.
Perfect!
I didn't know I wanted this until now D:
Err... let me crack open Game Dev Tycoon...
I have some choices:
The Cat Marine - A Military/Action game where you are a cat and you kill the evil dogs.
Fanatsia Longu - A singleplayer clone of World of Warcraft.
Fanatsia Long2 - The sequel to Fanatsia Longu with multiplayer.
George Washington: Nazi Slayer - An Alternate History/Action-Adventure where the player is George Washington and must defeat Nazis.
George Washington 2: Nazi Boogaloo - The sequel to George Washington: Nazi Slayer where the player meets Hitler and has an epic battle of the ages with Hitler as the final boss.
Dishonored: Origins - Taking place before the Empress died and before the plague, maybe mid-game the plague could start.
Hot Wheels: Highway 35: World Race - Because it got taken down before I could get to the end of it
The FLAG series - Includes FLAG: Revolution, FLAG: Civil, FLAG: World, and FLAG: World II. History/Action games about different wars. Also comes with special DLC: FLAG: Pizza Cannon.
Beethoven's Battles: A Music/Action game where the player is Beethoven and goes around smashing people over the head with pianos and violins.
Portal 3: Continue the storyline with Chell's house like opening up from underneath and she falls into this massive, almost endless sinkhole. She then walks through a long cave and gets back into the Aperture Lab.

That wouldn't really make sense. The portal games are set in the Half-Life universe. It can be assumed that the events in Half-Life are already going on from the ending credits in the two games.
This game would be about you going to the past to prevent
horrible things from happening to the world. But you have to avoid getting too much
paradox or the game ends.
EA Simulator
It would be a simulation of EA from when they made Battlefield 3 to ALL the predicted future choices like " make people pay 30 dollars for a game and make them pay for 30 dollar DLC to PLAY the game and make it suck " and " make the only free difficulty level Easy and make you pay 5 dollars for each other difficulty level ". That i would be fine with though. but everybody else would not.
It would be set in the Redwall world, it would be an RPG/FPS/RTS game. You would build up a vermin hoarde of Weasels, stoats, foxes, ferrets and wildcats. And then siege epic castles like Salamandastron and Redwall. Or you could play as a good guy and take on vermin hoardes.
A first person, open-world, tower-defense RPG. I have no idea how it would work, but for some reason I want it. It would be like Deus Ex meets Skyrim meets Sanctum.

If you want to talk to me, add me on Steam as Enyab_Mit. Or PM me here, either way works.
Updated graphics and full multiplayer capability. I'd never even need to play another game if I made this.
Knowledge is power, guard it well.

"Aye aye!"
My name is Ozymandias, king of kings. Look upon my works, ye mighty, and despair.

Click them or they will click you
I support.
Maybe something similar to the movie Beginning of the End.
An FPS where humans are fighting giant radioactive locusts, It's such a strange idea it would interesting to see.
