Microsoft really let me down with the xbox one, it's good they got really good hardware into it but I'm just not interested this time. Maybe when the price drops on em I'll think about it. Still love my 360 though.
I'm going from Sony/PC/Microsoft to just Sony and PC. I'm hating the Xbox One, but I'm not ranting like an idiot about it. I've always HAD an Xbox and always wanted a PS3 so now's my chance to get a PS4 if that makes any sense.
I don't think the Xbox One is as bad as people make it seem, the before launch is still going on so a lot can happen.

Hello! Wanna play PC games with me? Add me on Steam! LittleBigPancake
I sold my Xbox 360. I'm sticking with PC. Used regular 360 for a while, and i'm disapointed with its low end graphics. PC just has better graphics. At least if you have a good video card it does. The game I am working on will not work on consoles anyhow.
It will be using AMD hardware, and that pulled NVidia out of the running for graphics do to the X86 requirements. Meaning, its still going to use low end graphics. If they went with ARM technology that uses 64-Bit it would have allowed better games anyhow. Quote : "The requirement for an X86-based SOC ostensibly removed NVidia from the running." NVidia graphics would have been awesome. But MS and Sony are worried too much about hackers and other snooping software to put into their consoles.. Seriously ? Uhggg. No thank you.. i'll stick with PC.
I'm debating getting a gaming PC. My laptop handles most current indie games, which is enough for me. But, I wouldn't mind playing a few of the big releases.
Although, I do hate PC gamers:
-The graphics are not THAT much better. Yes, it is noticeably prettier. No, you are not playing Skyrim 2.0 while the rest of us play Pong. They're the same games.
-Controllers are superior in multiplayer FPS games. There, I said it.
-PC DRM is worse than consoles.

Except they are not. You should read the TOS you have to sign when you run an XBOX 360 and you have to make a windows Live account just to run it. The DRM is worse on console.
And I agree with the above poster, Mouse and Keyboard is way easier to use then a controller is.
And on top of all this, you can't run chat, the games, play music, and watch Netflix all at the same time like you can on a PC. HUGE advantage when it comes to PC. AND I have two 27" screens hooked up. You can't do that with ANY console. Not to mention the fact that I have a 3D screen setup with my NVidia video card and I can watch 3D blueray with it. Again, you can't do that with ANY console. Not even the PS3.
If I was to keep going it would seem like I am bragging, but i'm not trying too, i'm making the point why PC is waaay better then ANY console.
Keyboard and mouse is far more responsive and accurate than a controller, I'm not denying that in any way. The reason it's worse is because it's so good that it hurts gameplay. But I guess that's personal preference whether you like twitch shooters and players able to make repeated headshots from 300 meters with an SMG while jumping off a bridge, or, the majority of shots missing their targets.

The DRM we all hated so much was removed:

And yet it's more expensive than PS4 but still has lower parameters.
