Mine's probably Super Mario 64 DS, as it was one of the first games that really got me into gaming. I also find SimCity 4 to be very nostalgic for me, as I remember playing that game to death as a kid, and the music becoming a major factor in my gaming world. The first system I ever owner myself was a DS, and my first game was SM64DS, so you can see why that might be a major source of nostalgia for me. I also find Pokemon Pearl Version very nostalgic, as I played through it during a time when Pokemon was the greatest thing to have hit American shores in my class, and it was also my first true experience with Pokemon.
To be honest, there are so many games that make a ton of nostalgia for me. But I have to admit, any of the Zelda games I played always generates a ton of nostalgia, just because as a child, being the one hero that saves everyone else has always been a favorite fantasy of mine. Even to this day, I can see myself acting in the face of danger to assist others rather than running to safety for myself.

That moment when I realize I'm getting old... *sigh*
As for PokeMon, that sense of nostalgia comes to me when I see Yellow Version. (The one where Pikachu follows you around. Yes... for the original Gameboy and Gameboy Pocket...) I believe Sonic 2 would be one of the first games I ever played. I actually still have my very first gaming console in storage; A SEGA Genesis, in pristine condition might I add. I think the most nostalgic game for me would have to be the original Starcraft, Mario Party, or Super Smash Bros. on the N64. I never truly discovered the joys of multiplayer until split-screening those games with three other friends.
Spyro, ahhhhh... All the good times playing that game at the age of 3-5.
And Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Still considered one of the best RPG's made.
When I was about 8 whenever I went to my grandmothers house, I used to play Mega Man 2 on her NES. It was a very fun game but very hard for me back then. I started getting better at it until I could beat 3 of the robot masters. But then she sold her NES and all the games with it.
A few years later when I had a wii, I bought Mega Man 2 and surprisingly, I was very good at. It must had been from playing megaman 1 before I got it and megaman 1 is hard.

I remember playing Mega Man 2, it is really challenging but really fun too. Have you tried Battletoads yet? It's quite challenging.
I completely forgot about Harvest Moon! A Wonderful Life wasn't that great though, but at least it was better than Save the Homeland. As far as I'm concerned, Back to Nature will always be the best. That was the first Harvest Moon game I ever played. I believe it was also one of the first games I had for PS1.
For me... probably Star Wars Dark Forces. The first video game I ever owned, I found it on a sale on steam and bought it instantly and thought.. wow... I enjoyed this? But still I beat the game, and had fun with this.
I liked that game a lot, but only played it for a week or so before my GBA SP arrived and I moved on to FireRed.

First serious MMO.
You have inspired me to dig it out of my game box first thing tomorrow morning :).
