If i buy a game from Steam on this computer, would I still be able to play that game on my new computer when I get it. The game I want to buy is Arma 2, so I was just curious. Thanks

Indeed you can, you can play any steam game indefinably as long as your account is active (unbanned) and you logged in. However due to the former, steam in my opinion is a risky software. One guy with over $1000USD worth of games got banned for giving his friends games for a pint I heard.
Either way, I use steam and so far I haven't had any problems (I do only use it for offline games though, this way no cheating bans).
Thanks
