I would say Bandicam. It leaves a watermark but doesn't lag

still sucks but hypercam is decent, kinda laggy and if you record to long it'll become corrupted but its in 720!

IShowU HD is the best one it has no lag and its free

Open broadcaster is pretty good. Free, no watermark and capable of recording in HD.
