The ****. Luck is the absolute best attribute to have.
That just shows that you didn't pay any attention to any of the dialogue, or the story, or the people, or anything in the game at all. I don't mean to be rude, but seriously.
Did you not see the similarities? The races at the beginning, oodles of references. Heck if you completed the Main Quest I know for a fact you have seen the Daedric rune for O on Alduin's Wall. Are you blind?
I ended up doing this anyway. But I read elsewhere on the net that you should use Luck as a main attribute because it's difficult to train. I don't know how true that is but I said **** it anyway and went with Endurance. Once I realized Endurance dictates my HP gain per level it seemed like the obvious choice.
Or Werecrocs. Just imagine huge, slithering crocodiles tearing people to shreds. The thought makes me smile.
^^daedroth
Those are easy to kill in Morrowind. Too bad I didn't have a Grand Soul Gem though...
I'm pretty sure that's what they turn into in the lore. Khajiit turn into werelions too.
Yeah it's kinda odd, they should have made it a bit difference. But not a daedroth, no. Lycantropy doesn't quite work like that in TES, you don't turn in a daedra, it makes you the perfect hunter. Which the daedroth is not.
ಠ_ಠ
It makes a big difference. It isn't as apparent in Oblivion as it is in Morrowind since the effects are not fully show, but with a decent luck you'll always be able to enchant better, lockpick better, and hell do everything better.
I'm not saying you can't be a big lizard, just not a daedroth.
NOTE: some people above have been saying "Were___" to refer to lycantropes. Actually, the "were" part in werewolf means "man". So saying "werecroc" or "weretiger" is wrong.
Thaumaturgy? What does that skill do?
On III, IV and V, I use sneak-type orcs. On I and II and don't have a specific character that I consider "true" to the storyline.
Orcs are the best!
Orcs are indeed epic. I don't know too much about them, but I do like the fact that they're not portrayed as the evil, stupid race like stereotypical orcs.. Also, the fact that they are great smiths is awesome in my opinion.
Think Proto-Alteration. It manipulates the world around you without permanently changing it, things such as Levitation, Water Walking, and Calm spells.
Hey don't call the original orc portrayal "stupid". It was 100% original when Tolkien created it.
OT: Great smiths, yes. Good in any crafting and building, as you can see in Morrowind there are plenty of Orc architects and foremans.
