I'm not trying to get people into arguments, I just want to know other opinions on the games. I personally like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim better, but I do have some amount of respect for World of Warcraft. What do you think?
Are you really comparing a single player RPG to an MMORPG?
If I had to play one of those all day, it would be Skyrim.
No, actually I'm not. I am asking which out of the two do you think is better. I never gave any reason why one is better than the other, or compared them at all. I did give my opinion on the matter, but I never really even influenced someone's opinion.

But how are you even supposed to judge. World of Warcraft is entirely based on a multiplayer experience. Your experience is 90% defined by your interactions with other players to work together toward common goals. The game isnt entirely centered around an individual experience but an experience with a group of people.
Skyrim is a single player ame geared toward a single player and their own experience. It does not lean on needing multiple people to convey the experience it gives. Rathr, it uses what it has to build the experience. The only way I see of making a good analysis is to assume their both Single-Player games.
In that case, Skyrim, by a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONGSHOT.

But do you understand I am asking which one seems more enjoyable, I don't need a lecture on why this thread/topic sucks. I don't need an amazingly long list on how one is better then the other. YOU figure out how to compare the two. If I asked which is better over two different foods, say pie and salad, would I need to edit my words and say which one is better, apple pie or cherry pie? NO, PROBABLY NOT. It doesn't matter about HOW you judge.

Yeah, I didn't compare them! I just wanted you to say which one is better. You don't need to compare two things to determine which one is superior!
One is a multiplayer game, one is a single player game. They cater to different wants, it's like comparing a sports car to a mini-van.
Guys, two things don't have to have much in common to pick a favourite. Just pick which one you would rather have if you had to choose between the two.

And if you dont want to spawn arguements, make it a poll, not a thread.

(don't troll me it's my opinion. I don't think Skyrim deserves GOTY either)
