This ^^^If your going to get a good PC game get Morrowind, best Elder Scrolls and only $20 I think on steam.plus: not as many bugs as Oblivion and New Vegas.
I heard Morrowind was good, but I could just never get into it. Didn't really like the play style.
Honestly, if you can, go for Fallout 3. I mean, New Vegas is good, but FO:3 is even better. Plus, you're already playing Skyrim, so I don't know if Oblivion would really appeal to you at the moment, although it is also really awesome. Basically, Oblivion or FO:3, for me, at least.
Fallout 3: was fun but as some one said earlier you beat/op up way to quick.
Fallout New Vegas: Improves on 3 a bit, but not by much as they add a new genre of problems.
HUMONGOUS mod base btw.
Oblivion: MOST glitches have been fixed, amazing game play. And yes the world in skyrim is a little smaller. BUT a game changer may be that it adds on to a game you have already: Skyrim. As there are many hints and gestures om skrim of oblivion. (personal note i still play this after 3 1/2 years of owning it!)

Put this into perspective.
Hours in Fallout New Vegas: 14
Hours in Oblivion: 400+
Hours in Fallout 3: 40+

What you should get is: Oblivion with the DLC's
