hey guys, i bet most of us play mw3. aside from my other post ive realized alot of people are hating on mw3.
Honestly, in my opinion its a good game. its almost as the same as mw2 i like that and dislike that. Basically i like mw3 so i can level up again. ive played mw2 for like 1 year being 10th and its boring, I just wanna know why you guys dislike it so much?
Nothing in particular, it's overall a pretty solid game, but what really bothers me is the fanbase and the fact that it's a 60$ expansion pack.
Plus the single-player is always very "Meh" feeling, it's not bad but you can tell the game is for multi-player.
Edit: Oh, and as someone pointed out, the spawn system is very terrible. CoD is already a game of "Who walks around the corner first." made worse by the "Someone spawns behind you, knifes for free kill.".
I like it, a lot.
- Grenade launchers
- Spawn system
Grenade launchers barely do anything anymore... The spawn system, I agree that it sucks. (I was playing free for all and someone spawned right behind me)
Because each COD game is just a rehash of the last one. Multiplayer's alright for a few hours playing with friends, but overall makes me feel like i'm playing the same thing over again.
No offence, but I find the UMP45 one of the most nooby weapons in the game.
I'm sick of people saying all this "Noob weapon" ****.
THERE'S NO NOOB WEAPON (Except Grenade launcher spam) OKAY.
If you get killed by someone, ****ing deal with it, it means their weapon is better than yours (Assuming you are of equal skill).
I got called a noob all the time back with MW2 when I used a Barrett 50. ACOG/Heartbeat sensor... Ya know what that is? Not noobishness, it's ****ing TACTICS.

That is exactly one of my points. I honestly dont care if people think its a "noob weapon" its a weapon in the game and you have right to use it like all the others.
The spawns and knifing, spawns have been beaten like dead horse, so I won't elaborate on that, however knifing I have a particular disdain for because it's a guaranteed insta-kill with auto lock-on, I just get so mad when I die from it. But overall it's a great game, people complain that it's the same old same old, but that's what I like about it, why fix something that isn't broken?
EDIT: I forgot to mention the T95 and the Sniper Rifles.
Everything, imagine a game:
*that isn't a near complete remake, with some additions/'improvements' that ultimately made the game worse than its prequel
*that has dedicated, non-laggy servers
*that has realistic bullet recoil
*more sensible gun noises
*a sense of teamwork
*access to 18 different attachments for every primary weapon
*lets you legitimately snipe people, from a distance (and TDM, let you get experience for your kills, none of that get their dog-tag BS)
*isn't filled with:
-f*gs that have nothing better to do than yell at other people
-f*gs that abuse explosives/sniper rifles
-little kids
*that doesn't have such stupid perks that are useless and unrealistic
*lets you actually blow something up that isn't a vehicle or predetermined objective
*lets you drive vehicles
*uses realistic ranks
The list goes on... this about 25% of it, i'd rather not waste anymore of my time ranting
Choose a better game (unless you're a f*g / under 15 (14&15 are okay under certain circumstances)
To me, not only is the game getting bland, but the players are getting annoying. Supposedly the maps are made to prevent camping, yet I see people sitting still and simply shooting at me on the killcam all the time. Many of them still don't even know basic information about their weapons either; people always assume the guns perform similarly in real life situations, but I'd love to see the idiot that tries to quickscope with a sniper rifle (yeah, the word "rifle" is kind of important, or else you're shooting bullets out of a guy in a ghillie... idiots) in the real world and hurt himself or shoot an innocent bystander. They also freak out about how great weapons are, when, in fact, they aren't that great in real life.
Some of the more powerful killstreaks are now easier to access as well; I once played a match where at least 4 EMP's were used during the course of the battle.
I've watched my friend play Battlefield 3 as well.
Although it has its own issues, BF3 is clearly the better game. Many of the gamemodes require teamwork to win, and you can get all sorts of points just by helping someone else out. Further, there's bullet drop, which makes sniping more of a challenge. Like I said, there are issues, but in my opinion, BF3 blows MW3 out of the water.
Here's the issues the campaign is epic bf3 fans gtfo your jelly, but it's too short and they is no real reward in beating on veteran it should count for your special ops in my opinion. The spawn systems of most close combat fpses is a little fked up the first few months so it will patch up and be good. The mw2.5 thing is true it should have changed more things and i mean like crazy things like wager matches where you gamble your exp, or like a desease caused by nova 6 that made people zombies, or being sold to russian gamblers where they bet money on you trying to kill as many dogs as possible with bullets and a knifee and a mag in each dog... Maybe even go as crazy as to add a game mode like infection from combat arms, or a game mode where your a team of people against endless none stop juggernauts... NOW THAT SOUNDS LIKE FW1 (Future warfare)
-The maps. Absolutely terrible. Every building has like three entrances at least, making sniping almost IMPOSSIBLE unless you want a guy stabbing you from behind after you get a kill.
-The "noob tubes". They ****ing nerfed them so much they are absolutely useless. I can hit the floor beside some guy and he won't die. I'm guessing the only reason they did this was because everyone was whining that they got killed by a "noob tuber" and how "grenade launchers are overpowered". They weren't overpowered. They were only good at long range, anyway, so running around with wasn't a good idea.
-The lack of emblem customization and such. I really liked that system in Black Ops. I guess this probably wasn't included because idiots were making dicks and boobs and other inappropriate crap.
MW3 is basically a map pack for MW2 with some different perks and "Weapon Proficiencys" instead of the customization system BO had. Black Ops is a better game.
That said, MW3 is still fun, especially Survival Mode.

The UMP45 is one of my favorite guns but, i do agree on you with the spawn system.

Sorry. =S i didnt see that section.
I'm sure some people do like it, but it's essentially doing what WoW did you MMORPGs.
Good idea to peruse the whole index, I realize there's a lot of it, but trust me.
