friday off of school game is pre-ordered...I'm not going to lie monday when I got back to school my eyes will be bloodshot and I will be probably mumbling things from the game and I will be tired as all **** it'll be like this.
"Hey man how was your weekend?"
".....sorry what? *insert skyrim mumbles here*"
"Dude you looked like you were hit by a tractor then a train what happened?"
"Skyrim...3 days straight...tired. *more skyrim mumbles*"
"Dude 3 days of skyrim? **** that game must be addictive."
Got an e-mail my new PC parts are arriving at my doorstep tomorrow, excellent. Now I just read Skyrim was send also today and is likely to arrive tomorrow too. If it wasn't for the fact steam has it still locked till Friday I would've had manly tears since I first have to assemble the PC together! Bought Skyrim for 40 Euro, seems like a decent deal is I read what other people payed for (No offense!).
My pc meets recommended but I'm still buying on console, it's a more relaxed experience I find, I'll just torr... I mean buy on pc :wink.gif: another time
I see what you did there.

I'm jumping right into Skyrim as it will be my first elder scrolls game.
This is what i know of the lore
Morrowind: you're the reincarnation someone named Nerevar
Oblivion: At the start the emperor dies and you save his son. At the end his son, Marin, turns into a dragon to defeat Mehrunes Dagon and shut close the jaws of oblivion.
I am wondering whether it will be more fun to read up on the lore or go into Skyrim with only the information posted above.

You'd understand the game a LOT better if you read the lore now, but it would be fun to learn it in the game. I doubt you'd find all that much about the lore of the previous games in Skyrim though.
Starting to get slightly worried it won't be as good as I'm hoping.
Me too, I've seen the ~30 minute demo and NPCs still do the thing where they just stare at the NPC they were stood next to when you killed them with a sneak attack from a bow :sad.gif:
11 1/2 hours until Minecraft becomes irrelevant when Skyrim is released to the masses! From one bug filled game to another (probably if past Bethseda releases are an indication of) bug filled game. Only difference is at least they fix their stuff!
