Hi, I've been watching some videos on Elder Scrolls Iv Oblivion, and it looks quite appealing to me.
Seems like a good deal on steam, only $19.99.
It got 94 on Steam, and for me that's pretty high.
Is this game worth getting for the price?
With Skyrim coming out in less than a month, I'd give it a pass (if you plan on getting Skyrim)
It's not to say it's a bad game, it's just money better spent on a brand new title, I think.
I have well over 600 hours into Oblivion, and enjoyed every bit of it.
What's with all these Oblivion haters on the forums. Oblivion is probably the best selling and most popular RPG out there. You'll litterally log in 100+ hours into that game. It's pure awesomeness.

If you get what I mean. (b/i/u)
Then if I get hooked, I would buy it. :smile.gif:
I really just need a game to play, and I quite like open-world games, especially RPGs. I haven't played any other games in the series.
From what I know, modding on the steam version of the game is incredibly convoluted, and most mods will not work.
Oblivion is a great game, but if you plan on getting the most out of it, you are going to want to mod it.
Not sure if trolling, or ignorant.
You have just read this. You are also manually breathing.
It's worth $20. I would even pay $40 for it. So yeah, it's worth it.
