Hey, I am stuck between a rock and a hard place on this one. I had a gaming PC with Crysis and Crysis Warhead on it. I loved both of them, but then the computer died (after 6 years of having it...). I have an Xbox that I only used for things not on PC, but then the disc tray broke (after 2 years of having it...). Now, I either need to spend $2,000 for a new PC, or $300 for a new Xbox. What should I choose? The expensive route with better community, or the cheap route with horrible community?

I'd go the expensive route, but I'm not really a console gamer. PC's are more useful in general in my opinion.

Ya, plus I suck at console shooters, Portal would be impossible for me. :tongue.gif: I don't know. I CAN still play Minecraft. With 10 frames, sure, but I still play it.

This is why I love consoles, they don't need to be upgraded every time another high end game comes out. For instance, Crysis 2 I looked at my computer and saw that I need to spend more money to upgrade my computer JUST to run that game while on my Xbox 360 I can just buy the game and play it with no hassle.

Can you PLEASE speak positively about something for once? I'm in more of a pleaing state than arguing state here, just please... All of the posts I see from you are either hatred or dismay..
Just once.. just once, I'd like to see a positive remark.

PC, because it's the better community and a lot of better games.

If you are still in high school or in college I will go for the Xbox 360 not just because it is cheaper. You will use your computer a lot for school work and since your computer is on most of the time you are more likely to boot up a game since it is easy to do so. In my opinion I think you will have better self-control if you got a new Xbox 360.
