I'm not a big supporter of MW1, 2 or 3, but to make the game great, they could have
1: Destructable enviorment
2: Classes that have the same guns, but you can customize the attachment, sort of like TF2 to make things fair
3: Tankz
4: Multiplayer Jeeps
5: 30 on 30 wars
6: Zombies mode
7: Zombie Campaign
I didn't exactly like MW2, it was a noobfeast and campers game, you may not agree with me, but I think W@W was
somewhat better besides the graphics, they weren't as good
CoD 4 was pretty good for it's time, one of my all time favorites, yes if they make a CoD like 4 but with the features
from battlefield (don't get mad battlefield fans) it would make my day, well make that year.
One, mabye 2, WWII guns per weapon category.
Co-Op Campaign.
Open ended campaign.
Toggle fire rate (Auto, Semi-Auto, 3RB)
good thinking my man, you're on the right side, though that might be cheap, think about it, auto(up close)
semi-auto ( medium range) 3 round burst ( sniping ) I actually think Treyarch and Infinity Ward thought of that
because to make a good game they have to be creative
1) Dedicated servers for ALL platforms. (HELL YES)
2) BALANCED weapons. (Yes.)
3) Multiple effective counters against noobtubers. (Just remove them completely, if you ask me. People have a problem they can go RPG, which should stay at level whatever.. 50 something?)
4) Breathtaking new killstreak rewards. (I'm good with this, as long as we can actually use KS to earn more KS, not like Black Cops)
5) Exclusive rewards for playing the objective. (Oh? More points or something?)
7) NO overpriced mappacks. (I never bought the mappacks for the first or second ones.)
You guys know that Modern Warfare 3 is not being made by infinity ward right? Its all in the name, they are just going to be on the front cover of the game for looks to get people to buy it. Plus the original staff of IW got fired and some of them left to work for other games designers. Sledgehammers the one thats making the game. I think the CoD series will eventually die out, none could match the gameplay or fun of the original modern warfare games, especially will Gayarch ruining it with black ops and the next damn game they are going to make, fingers crossed they will stop making CoD games. I think you should all just wait for BattleField 3 Fault Line to come out and get that or just get crysis 2....

yea **** MW3 Robert Bowling himself said that Battlefield 3 will blow it out of the water
MW3 needs
destructible environments
vehicles
bullet travel time and drop
dedicated servers
more players per match
bigger maps
class distinction
squads
medics
and the list goes on...
WRONG!If you want that then play BF!CoD is supposed to be a shooter where you just jump in and play guns ablazing. The only reason for teamates is cover :3
So Call of Duty is basically just a watered down Battlefield game?
Thanks for proving my point bud.

They're totally different games.
BC2 takes skill in order to play and have fun.
If you aren't always raging, CoD just needs a small ammount of practice to enjoy.

Agreed. I hope Derax Blaze realizes how foolish he looks.
Ah cod, the wonderful piece of **** that once was pc only, pure awesome, then mw2 came along, ****ed everything up, and black cocks decided to take a **** on the puke sundae and not even the pure awesome of cod4 can save the series.

Khorne, Slaanesh, Tzeentch, Nurgle - So many ways to die, so few times to do so.

So I guess multiplatform games are automatically bad?

? why would I look foolish?
I honestly don't know how you got there, so if you could inform me that would be great.
You said Call of Duty was a watered down version of Battlefield, which is a completely ridiculous statement. Call of Duty is a different game (as stated before). It can't be "watered down". It's either fun, or it isn't. That's all there is to it.
Oh no, here I go again, igniting flame wars all up in this forum.

I suggest you begin ignoring the small mistakes before every flame war you've started ignites the entire forum.

Alright, so let's make a pro's and con's list :smile.gif:
what "pro's" exactly does call of duty have over battlefield?
If you can answer me that I'll leave

I've said it in another topic, but I'll say it again here. I adore both the Battlefield series and the Call of Duty series. I don't like either of them over the other, because they are completely different games. I like Battlefield's reliance on teamwork and strategy, while I also like Call of Duty's fast paced, rewarding, get-in-the-action-quick gameplay. The reason I defend Call of Duty so much on this forum is because too many people pretend to hate it (and yes, I mean pretend). I don't see how you could possibly hate Call of Duty unless you were absolutely horrid at playing it, because even in the matches where I get only one kill, I still have a good time.

Ok some of those were pretty good. :smile.gif:
I'll critique though
Easy to play multiplayer -> opinions, opinions, opinions
More customizations -> sorta, but they are completely cosmetic
Private matches -> just wrong, BC2 does have those
Custom game types -> look above
Fun wager game-modes -> i agree they are pretty fun
More game modes in general -> sure :smile.gif:

I'm going to backtrack /:
I'm sorry i came off so anti-call of duty, it's just i don't like the direction call of duty has taken.
The past 2 games have just horrible for me, and i know it's kinda of the thing to do right now (hating call of duty), but you have to at least agree that the series could be a lot better. :smile.gif:
Again, sorry i came off douchy, I'm just loving DICE right now.
Robert Bowling confirmed that MW3 would use the same engine, unfortunately. >_>
