SURVIVAL CRISIS Z!!!

One of (IMHO) the BEST zombie games that was ever on the market. Its been out so long that the developer is now giving it out for free from his website (WWW.skasoftware.com).

Basically, you run around and kill zombies, bust the heads of rebels and SWAT members, give the leaders drugs and make them part of your drug cartel... Anything you can think of! Its kind of like FallOut 3, free roam and optional story line.

Its truly quite fun. i LOVE it. You will love it. Try it out!

Pros:
Amazing Game, with free roam.
Runs amazingly well on a 10 year old PC, using only about 17,000k memory.
You can kick severed zombie heads!!!!
Amazingly configurable, and amazingly mod-able(graphics wise)
Too many other things to count.

Cons:
Cant minimize the game.
Bad graphics because its years old.

there are like.... 3 preset control options, and you can set your own controls....

I was looking forward to playing it, but I got this error on execution:

"Run-time error '429': ActiveX component can't create object"

Yeah, the first thing I did was change the controls. All seven buttons of them, including the movement keys.

I get a runtime error any time I try to play though, so there's a solid con for you.

Same here. Shame.

EDIT - I am able to run it, but I can't ALT-TAB out of it. Very neat game. I like it.
+15 Internets for you. I'm completely serious. This is a wonderful find.

I haven't had a problem with the controls yet (I played Duke Nukem 1 and 2 on the PC, and many sidescrollers as a kid - CTRL is attack, ALT was jump, etc.). I must admit from what I've seen so far, Zuriki is right. Although, the game appears to have some nice features, like owning your own buildings, and fighting with other humans while zombies tear out your organs.
