Earthbound is my personal favorite. Even though I have only it for the first time and finished it just last month, the music makes me feel nostalgic for some reason.
I've talked a lot about this lately to my friends, and I honestly can't decide which soundtrack is my favorite. I love most Nintendo soundtracks (especially Breath of the Wild's!), but the Minecraft or Skyrim soundtrack are really close to being at the top of my list. I also really enjoy almost all of Blizzard's soundtracks, especially World of Warcraft's, Diablo 1 and 2's, and Starcraft's (the original).
