For a long time now I've wanted to make a basic survival themed game. The only example I can think of for how it will be like is Rust, except there will not be any guns or multiplayer, and it would be more realistic. The only problem is that I don't know how to code a game, and have zero coding knowledge or experience. Google hasn't gotten me anywhere and I want to know if there is a website or tutorial where I can to code a game. I don't know where else to ask. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Pick a programming language and get a book. Some C++ learning resources I've found online (whilst doing what I can to learn the language myself) are:

I would start off learning Python

If you are hoping to have it as a basic game use Scratch (http://scratch.mit.edu/), if you want detailed games use Java, C++ or C# like _Gaia_ said.
