New Vegas Was Trash in story and expessially in many over powered things.
you could be more powerful in new vegas as a level 20 then in fallout 3's level 20.
Maybe if you play the game on easy.

thats why almost all fallout fans agree fallout 3 is better then new vegas.

I prefer Fallout NV because of it's increase in weaponry. There isn't just 2 shotguns, there's more than 6. There's more energy weapons that make playing an energy class more interesting.
When it comes to dialogue, story line, characters, New Vegas did those far better than Fallout 3 did. No question about it, Obsidian creates far more interesting and better story while Bethesda creates more interesting world.
In my opinion Fallout New Vegas should have been Fallout 3, because _everything_ Fallout 3 did, New Vegas took it and improved it. Simple as that.
I don't know about that. I liked New Vegas but the story in Fallout 3 was way better to me but that's just my personal preference.

Oh hey. Looks like you're reading my signature. That's nice. If you thought I was going to put something funny here, I'm not. I will however put a link to my suggestion about gold tools. I think it's fairly popular. It would be nice if it was added. Just click the link and look at it. Please? I'm desperate. http://www.minecraft...-arent-useless/

I never quite understood this. Fallout 3 was just lookin' for Liam Neeson, you find Liam Neeson, Liam Neeson is dead, commence generic good guy vs bad guy plot. Oh, and you waltz into a radiation-filled chamber to save some water even though you (probably) have a super mutant friend who could do it instead.

Broken Steel fixed a lot of the problems with the ending and made the end a little more choice friendly. Other than that, the begginning is what made you actually care for the characters and then you go from there. New Vegas is mostly just go to x location, kill x, acquire x item and then bring it back to x character.

Im just Hoping that In Fallout 4 they Keep the Hardcore Mode, I know many don't like it and Some Love it. but either way i hope and think it will stay.
On another note.
I think they Should Expand upon it by adding, Hypothermia/ body temperature. You can freeze to death even on a Summer Night in Arizona. It just depends on your region. For example if this would have been in the Dc game i think it would fit better in but either way, things can be expanded upon. I also hope they don't just do a Skyrim skill system >.< or if they do change it. keep more towards the original, i love the game of New vegas as it is.
(that being said stuff can always be improved or added)
The choice in broken steel is just whether or not to bomb the brotherhood isn't it?
Nope you could bomb them either way, or bomb ravenrock, or bomb rivet, or megaton (though im not sure if the last to aren't just astetic's).
Either way, umm brocken steel add's overlord's, albino scorpions, less super mutants after the ending, tougher new mobs.
But it also allow's you to throw any of you follower's inside the purifier.
(except for specific people, they will still %^*** out).
thats Dlc, did other small fix's aswell but the above is the main thing besides level cap got pushed from 20 ^ to 30.
I don't really see why yes man would be the 'default' , the others all seem feasible.
There are quite a couple of in-game hints that kind of lead you to think that Yes Man is the default choice. I know that one of them is the Duster you see in the ending credits of Lonesome Road. No matter which one you actually get, the cutscene will always show the Yes Man one. The Yes Man path is the only one you can't fail because if you try to kill Yes Man, he will just respawn. Also, at the end of the Independent New Vegas it hints that the NCR will be back so technically almost all endings could occur with enough time passed. Also, if you talk to the forecaster he describes everything from the start of the game to the first couple of Wildcard quests so it's hinted that you will do those. So, technically the Yes Man path is the canon one. Technically. There is a lot of evidence out there but it's been awhile since I've played the games so I can't quite remember.

It would be really cool if the rumors about it taking place in Boston are true, since I live in Massachusetts. But, because of the Boston bombing I think it would be distasteful to have it take place there.
My story? Tell you what, kid. My story's a lot like a Deathclaw's tongue. It's long, messy, and you don't want to get too personal with it. Understand?
Maybe if you play the game on easy.

bombing megaton is useless.
and same with rivet....
though i think rivet would be a interesting site.
either way technically every ending happened and every choice happened.
Because in Bethesda's lore world.
technically the enclave infected the water but were destroyed still and etc.
and all choices were technically made.
so for future lore bethesda has to either avoid dc. or make all the choices have technically happened.

same with vegas.
though in vegas the highest and most likely choice that has the "largest" effect for all those 4 choices,
is Yes man.
So NCR, legion both lost and won the dam.
its kinda complicated to explain but i thin you see what i mean kinda?
FO lore is more complicated in latests games because unlike Tes we actually get alot more choices.
skyrim did have 2 choices (im aware of that).

the main reason i said yes man is because.
all the endings techincally did happen so i think yes man would be the default (my opinion)
because ncr,yes man, legion want house dead.
and if they all techincally happened.
wouldnt the ncr still be fighting for the dam and same with the legion?
idk... im saying my thoughts out loud so sorry >.<
