It's the quickest way to learn anywhere, really.

If questioning is the quickest way of learning, then I only ask this. Should anything that has been said here actually concern me? I mean, so far, I've only heard people complain about casuals and/or say they're moving to the Guild.

Uh, yes.

Former: Eventually, you'll find your RP own has been pushed to the fifth page due to the large presence of casual RPs.

Latter: They set an example, whilst blaming the MCF itself for their departure.

Which is true, as I've seen many good people leave the MCF over policies and general corruption. First it was the chat thread, and now this.

I've seen so many mods have their position revoked without any 'Retired Staff' badges and such... although it's the question of whether their intentions were on the right side of the law rules.

Eh... Ok... It's a little concerning, but t doesn't overcome my laziness. So I'll be sticking around. Besides, if people just filter their list to most replied, they'll find mine right on up there. Oh well. I'm not moving to the Guild, for now. Not worth the effort.

Well, while I'm probably not moving either, I'll have to tell you that not a lot of people will want to use filters to find RPs, especially newbies, who may or may not know how to use said filters.

Which works out because that means that no one new to roleplaying will come in and ruin it. Or at least it'll decrease the amount, significantly.

Wow... now that everyone has left, we're pretty much in a ghost town with the curious children getting crazy in the old buildings, and the few spirits who are still here watching their home devolve as they just occasionally glance at each other and shake their heads in grief and disappointment.
