((About time another one of these came up. I'm going to post my app although it may not be finished only because I know I don't have enough time at the moment. Also would we be allowed to create a character who's already reached a somewhat high prestigious rank in the guild they are in? Ex: A Nightingale))
Name: Entil Arrograth
Physical Characteristics: A medium build and agile fit with Great upper body strength for climbing. He has a lighter classic wood-elf tan and red brown hair color. His only facial hair is a small goatee and he has a small scar just below his right temple.
Gender: Male
Age: 34
Race: Wood Elf/Bosmer
Items: Full set of Nightingale armor (Would that count as 1 for each or combined?) included with the Nightingale's bow and sword, an Elven dagger, and steel arrows.
Magic: Very limited magic only dealing with minor healing and flame.
Character's Personality: Entil keeps a dark and descending look about him around strangers and even more against those threatening him. He is an exceptionally hard person to read whenever you catch him without his mask. However humor can be the best of him when he tends to make friends and could easily lead to him misunderstand the seriousness of the situation. Entil is also very reluctant about sharing his past and would be the most hostile towards high elves.
Character's History: Entil grew up in a small family with his father, mother, and one brother in Valenwood. His father died fighting the Aldmeri Dominion while Entil was still at an early age. Soon after, his whole family were declared enemies and hunted down one by one. For several years, Entil and his brother were constantly moving from place to place. Only Entil managed to escape from Valenwood and arranged to travel towards Morrowind.
Along the way he had made friends with several companions who taught him defense in archery, more skilled training in sneaking, and a small touch in magic. They eventually revealed to be from the Thief's guild and decided to bring Entil into the fold. Entil eventually began taking small missions to support the guild as he made his way north-east into Morrowind. By the time he actually reached the province, he had become a well-known member of the guild.
Years later, Entil was caught on a heist in Morrowind and was forced to retreat into Skyrim to escape punishment. At that time he discovered the strong presence of the Thief's guild in Riften and was inclined to stay. Soon enough, he was recruited as a Nightingale to serve Nocturnal. By this time, Entil had been involved in dozens of confrontations with the Thalmor agents and decided it was time he hit them in his homeland, Valenwood.
Arius looked at the Khajiit with a look of pity. They had to get out of here somehow and Arius felt like his spells could do just that but, how? He could summon an Flame Atronach or a Familiar but, once he started running he would be dead. If only there was another option. Maybe, if he found something he could whittle the guards off. "I'm not going to die." Arius spoke, quietly enough that the guards couldn't hear him. Arius was a powerful mage! He could do this.
Physical Characteristics: Tall Nimble Dark Brown hair and red eyes typical of the dumner. ash stained face with a scar across the right arm.
Gender: Male
Age: 67
Race: Dumner, a pureblood ash lander
Items: Spell Book, Glass Sword, a set of steel armor, a iron dagger, and two weak potions of healing
Magic: Due to living with the Morrowind Great houses he has a expert skill with destruction magic, some brief work with tel vani mages taught him several other skills like basic alchemy and enchanting along with a brief study of alteration and illusion that came with study.
Character Personality: Quick to pick up new ideas has a intense hatred of the new tribunal but not those who worship the tribunal. Has a soft spot for Non Mer Races and children, Tries to be pious but can be cynical greedy and envious. Has a positive opinion of guilds like the old mage and warriors guild but is not unwilling to pay for brotherhood or tong assisins.
Character History: Born to the ash landers of vvardenfel he was quick to leave his Ashland clan and take up mercenary work for the local great houses. A tel vani mage who was having a afar with a redoran noble, took him up as her apprentice and taught him a assortment of magical skills majoring in destruction, By the time he could cast his first flame spell he began training with a sword and spell one in each hand, however never becoming skilled enough to outmatch his destruction skill. His studies broadened and he began studying alchemy and enchanting. When he turned 18 his adopted mother asked him to be a priest so he did. However after learning the story of the tribunal from ashlanders he fell into the cult of Azura and swore he would never pray to the false tribunal again. After some time he decided to look up his old clan, He finds out they were all scattered by a lava flow from red mountain. Upon learning this he dediced to move to skyrim from the cult at Blacklight to get as far away as possible from red mountain while staying ready for a request from his mother. He fell in love with a Nord companion who was working as a guard in winterhold, eventually he joined the colledge to display his skills where he got his spellbook and his potion materials for a time. As a gift from his now betrothed she gave him a glass sword along with enough gold to buy a set of steel armor. In time his wife died after contracting a case of pox. He decided out of grief to take all he could from the college and leave for cyrodil by boat and then travel to valenwood by foot. However as soon as he left the colledge he was apprehended by guards and sentenced to death on other charges, fortunately in a stroke of luck he is put on a boat heading for the colovian coast in cyrodil through a guard messing up some paperwork, however he will still be put to death.
Entil had reached the border into Cyrodiil, just past the Jeral mountains, and was heading towards Bruma. The only noticeable chance was the temperature, Nordic culture still remained very evident despite being in a different country. Luckily nothing had interfered with the carriage ride while Entil made his way though the mountain pass. The only thing to bother them was a small pack of ice wolves that were fought off with minimal difficulty. Now as the city of Bruma came into sight, Entil mentally went over what he was going to do once he arrived. Head straight to the inn, organize a room, and meet with the Thief's guild contact. Entil now unpacked the clothes the wagon driver had given him for temporary use and slipped them on to avoid suspicions about his unique armor.
The city of Bruma really looked more like a fort or castle than an actual city. Then again, it was more of a Cyrodilic interpretation on Nordic cities. The wagon approached the gates as they opened and Entil leaped down from the rear of the wagon and gave his thanks to the driver. He then set off through the gates and into the city beyond. There were several rows of large houses making up the right half of the city while a massive cathedral and some smaller houses conquered the left half. Straight ahead lie the keep of which the Count stayed in and ruled from. Entil made his way towards the tavern, one of the first in the rows, and calmly walked inside. He was met by a completely different atmosphere than that of the cold dryness outside, instead laughter and music filled the room. Seeing as no one noticed him or took note, Entil made his way towards the barkeep to arrange a room.

Chary looked at the Khajiit. And then thought.
Why would he just openly say that so near the guards? Either he is really good, really cocky, or doesn't understand the dangers we are all in.
Chary then whispered "Shin, I recommend doing that in silence, so that you aren't over heard."
