The Collab Room link is static, it's always the same. Feel free to use it. And frankly I'd much rather you guys do use it so that in case you guys are really itching to make some posts, bunch them up in a single one than 5. That's what tends to discourage slower RPers from continuing. A little consideration for the other participants, please.

Sometimes I wonder if it's all too easy.
Lying, cheating, stealing your way to victory.
Though just how far would you fall for a dream?
Personality: Often quiet and always serious. Ashe is not the most social person in the bunch, and often keeps things to himself. Still, he could still be considerably loud and out-speaking when he needs to. He often thinks things through thoroughly and strategically. Very loyal and more open with friends.
Species: Human.
Powers:
Metal Transformation: He is capable of turning moderately sized objects or parts of an object into metals. This effect cannot last forever though, as it takes up energy for him to keep the objects in a metal form. Once he decides that a metal object is not needed anymore, the object would turn back to the original element it was made out of.
Metal Manipulation: He is also capable of either using the metal he has created, or metal that already exists close by, to shape into constructs and to control metal without him needing to physically touch it.
Weapons: He has a single flintlock pistol and a dagger of which he uses as his secondary weapons other than his powers.
Equipment: He has two large-like pouches filled with metal balls or bearings attached to his belt, most of which are as large as it can fit into his palm. Ashe uses this as his personal mobile supply of metal directly available to him to use and bend.
History: Ashe was raised in a very harsh and cruel environment. He lived in a moderately sized camp in a forest, of which his parents and other villagers fought back the dead and monsters. His parents weren't the best of killers or defenders in the world, but they got the job done. At a young age, Ashe had to familiarise himself with things like daggers and flintlock pistols, as they would be needed when living in an constantly dangerous area like this.
At the age of ten, his mother had become infected by one of the zombies. Ashe had no choice but to shoot one of the very person that had protected him his entire life so far, as his father too was out there defending areas, his mother had turned into an undead monster while in the base camp. Her mother had actually clawed at one part of his face, which he covers up with a scarf or bandana of sorts now. This definitely hardened him, which is one of the reasons he has this type of personality, as he was practically traumatised by his mother's death.
After that, the villagers finally decided to leave the area, convinced that they would have a final push to escape this place after so many deaths. Many people died as a result from the escape out of the deadly forest, but it was definitely worth it as they finally lived in less dangerous environments, in a different village far away from the forest.
His father guided him carefully, and despite not living in the forest anymore, still continuously trained together to make sure they were prepared for anything. Two years passed, his father finally told him at the age of 12 that he held the power of metal manipulation, which was passed down from his mother. Ashe's mother was one of the only reasons the villagers got through hard times. His father wasn't the best teacher for an elemental fighter, yet he did the best he could to educate Ashe on how to use his powers.
Then at the age of 19, Ashe by himself and from his father's words, decided to go off to Crimson Aurora to study in becoming a demon hunter, as he wanted to help and save others who were in tough times as he and his parents were. Ashe packed up and simply hoped for the best to happen.
It must be for sure a strong flintlock for dat reload time

If you see me on this site, it's probably because I'm not particularly interested in it. Or I may be slightly intoxicated, though probably you won't see me here.
ImageName Sophie Age 17 Gender Female Personality Bubbly, kind, careless, klutzy. Even when in need, she'll reject help and offer it to others instead. Species Human. Powers If Sophie has a bean/seed in her posession, she can make the plants grow, and use them to her will. She's able to make them grow in size and strength, though not for long. Weapons A spear made of strengthened vines and plants. Equipment She makes sure to carry around a handful of beans in her pocket. History Growing up in a loving and wealthy home, Sophie led a nice and caring lifestyle. Surrounded by siblings, and cared for by her parents, Sophie was a middle-child. Instead of being teased for her "strange" ability, her parents and siblings respected her for it. Worried for their daughters safety, the two parents sent Sophie off to The Hunter School, in hope she would be able to grow stronger, and stay alive in the process.
What set her parents off to send her to The Hunter School, was a simple day at the school she had orginally attended. Not knowing of a demon child lurking about in the halls of said school, she played with her ability, bored with what the teacher was currently teaching. Finding amusement in Sophie's ability, the demon decided to get into a fight with her, to further look at her "skills". After coming home that day, her parents decided it would be best to send her off.
Everyone can have as many characters as Arcs they have been in the majority of. (So you will need to be in the majority of a second arc in order to be allowed 2 characters.) This is to minimize posting as we already have so many people, some of you are still posting 2 lines with an 'enter' between the lines, these pretty much are 1-liners so don't do that.
Sorry i wasn't posting much. I have a 12 hour school day on Wednesdays so i will sort of drop off the grid for a few hours. My day will hopefully be rearranged in 3 weeks so i will be able to post Wednesdays also.
I get Thursdays off, so i will be posting a number of times to advance the arc.
FireHazard: Accepted.
Those who posted a second character: Denied: See above.
White decided to start a conversation himself, "So," he said, "where is everybody from? I'm from the lands of Canada, fascinating place. Very nice in the winter."
Name: Maple Wyrmwood Age: 18 Gender: No real specific gender, but most of the time appears as a female.
Personality: Maple is, for the most part, pretty outgoing, brash and explosive. She tends to be quite cheerful, but is often a bit more hostile than necessary with strangers or people she doesn't trust. She enjoys teasing her friends, sometimes a little too much. Species: Plant-person! Powers: Maple can quickly grow and move branches or vine-like appendages, or transform parts of her body into them. These can be used in a manner of ways, and are very versatile. They are Maple's main resource for both offensive and defensive action. They are useful for facilitating movement. These are quite strong and heavy, but a sharp blade can cut through them without much trouble, and they don't fare too well against fire. Weapons: None at the moment. Equipment: See above.
History: Two years ago, while she was still a normal human, she got lost in the woods after a tragic tent-raising accident during a camping trip. After wandering in the woods for days trying to find a way out, she began to starve. As her conciousness faded, she sat beneath a big maple tree.
A forest spirit stumbled upon her fresh body, and felt great sorrow for her. The spiritual energy of the woods was terribly damaged however, due to constant conflict with demons trying to disturb the balance of nature and whatnot. Because of this, the forest spirit had not enough power to restore her body. Knowing this, the spirit saw a chance to save her forest, and used what little energy it could afford to bind the girl's soul to the forest, fusing the both.
This new being awoke in the same place as the girl had died, but she had no memory of her past life. Holding the spirit of the forest within herself, however, the grudge against demons was inevitable. Her new body was as well composed wholly out of plant tissue, but it was highly adaptative, allowing her to bend her form at will. Now sustaining herself through photosynthesis, hunger was a foreign issue for her. Thus, she continued to dwell in the woods for 2 years, while defending it from demons and other threats. In this time, sightings of her spurred an urban legend in the region, about a magical girl who protected the forest with the power of nature and friendship. She was then used a mascot for multiple environmental campaigns, but that's beyond the point.
After 2 years living in the forest, accompanied only by other forest spirits, who had baptized her as "Maple" in honor of the tree she was born under, she encountered a group of demon hunters fighting off one of the demons that had gotten into those lands. Observing from afar, she saw the hunters deal with the demon quickly and easily, and followed them as they returned to the location of their rift. Once they walked through it, she stared at the rift, and in a moment of reckless, impulsive curiosity, figured to walk through it.
Other: Angsty teens in a wasteland school? Oh myyyy!

I didn't really mean to say that the flintlock was very strong and had a fast reload time, what I meant to say is that he uses the flintlock pistol and the dagger as secondary weapons, as his magic powers is his strongest weapon.

It makes sense that if you think about it, he's been throwing knives for show. Schools don't get students because their teachers kill them, last I checked.
Unless we're talking dangan ronpa, but thats students killing each other and that's perfectly acceptable.

That's a logical fallacy. Students would be intimidated by a teacher yelling at them. It doesn't matter if the teachers don't kill them. The fact is that the teacher is throwing knives at them, inches away from them. That would be enough to intimidate students, hunter or not, and it would definitely not make them even cheekier than before.

Hrm, can you specify who you have a beef with? I want to try and justify.
I'm presuming it's Chayse you speak of? His personality justifies it. "Has an adventurous, carefree, 'show-off' and somewhat playful personality." ~As can be inferred from his app. Also, you must consider his age, intimidation doesn't really work too well on someone your age unless you do something memorable. A 7 year old boy doesn't get to intimidate a 9 year old unless the former beats the sheik out of the latter, and it's the same in this case. Unless it comes to blows where the teacher proves he can beat Chayse into a pulp, he's not likely to take him seriously, other than respect him due to his status as a teacher and rank as a hunter. But besides that, I would presume Chayse merely sees him as an equal, with their only difference being experience, but even that doesn't amount to much considering his own experiences.

You can choose who you are in a dorm with.
These are 1-liners, believe it or not, you are just adding 1 action to your speaking post. Stop.
Alright. Wait, can we 1-line in the OOC?
Alright, just checking.
