As the meteors were primed and ready to fire, Cas stared up at the beast. It, undoubtedly, was quite massive, overwhelmingly massive, that he was completely, utterly frozen in place. Fear, awe, and what could only be described as 'oh-ye-gods-what-have-I-done' were the only things running through his mind, rooting him in place, unable to move a single muscle. Unconsciously, the charged meteors altered into layers and layers of barriers, the most complicated ones in his mind already stacking upon each other as they formed a wall between him and the demon, and as soon as it was done, was he, for the first time since seeing the demon up close, able to exhale. Again, a single syllable word came out of his mouth, expressing his utter regret and fear that replaced his excitement. "Oops."
Turning towards Rokudo, Casey smiled a sheepish smile, hanging her head a little. Scuffing the ground with her shoes, she looked up at Rokudo once more, eyes betraying disappointment. "Well, I'm sorry but...this is the part where we run." She immediately sprinted in the opposite direction, barriers dissolving and reforming as she moved, making sure to create a separate one to cover Rokudo as well. Thinking quickly, she knew that the stronger the potion, the longer the illusion should last, but in this case...a summon could act as what it is, a summon, and be done as soon as their business is over, or it could stay for extended periods of time like a familiar. There's also the delay between reforming the barriers, they were meant to be walls, static, in place. Moving them like this is taxing, but she spared a glance at the towering figure casting its shadow over the academy, against this? Can't cut corners on defense.

Though just how far would you fall for a dream?
"Huh?" Aiden felt Melyssa pulling him away. "Where are we going?!"
The boy had a dumbfounded look on his face as he listened to the demon, looking at the courtyard as he was dragged. Her? That thing has a target here..? For a moment, he resisted Melyssa's pull. "H-hey, maybe we shouldn't be leaving..."
Adam shot a few more bolts towards the creature, but seeing them only burst on it's armoured hide. He decided that it was time to retreat, if he stayed he would have been more than a hinderance than a help. "Time to go, I doubt I would be of any help if I stayed."
Adam followed the last few students through the escape route, Did that teacher say no photoreceptors? Does that mean no eyes? I guess my usual tactics wouldn't work as well here...
Melyssa expressed discomfort when the creature let out it's ear-piercing shriek/laugh, covering her ears and curling her back. For a moment her eyes turned to the colors of her true form and her teeth got pointed. How I hate that noise. When she got up and recomposed herself she looked at Aiden as if he'd sprouted two heads "Have you gone insane? Everyone in our rank is running to the school and you want to play hero. That thing is WAAY out of our league, you do understand that right? The teachers can handle it just fine, we don't need to get involved." Melyssa said then took a deep breath "Ok you have ten seconds to explain why we shouldn't leave before I begin dragging you again.." She glanced up at the giant demon thinking about what it had said before that... Noise. Had it said someone called it here? Then someone definitely messed up big time.... Did it trip up on the gender? No, I probably just imagined that.
"I know that," Aiden answered, covering his ears. "But the other students are fighting and if we don't try to get them to come back, they could die too! I'm not thinking of fighting that thing, just to help the others get back inside before we get away!"
He stared at her, as if begging. "I don't want anyone to die... Even if I don't fight that thing, I think I could help the other students..."
((My ideas are freely distributed, so they're technically impossible to steal.))
Melyssa sighed, giving up. "Fine. Most of them already retreated though from what I saw." She said scanning over the people, both fleeing and staying. She noted a figure off to the side that she thought she'd seen from the class, she wasn't quite sure though. He's not running so he's either in shock or terribly stupid like Aiden and wants to stay behind I suppose. Probably the latter he doesn't exactly seem too scared. I wonder... "Aiden, let's go chat with the guy over there, he seems to be one of the people from our class and since you're in no rush to leave you won't have a problem seeing if he'd like an escort inside, right?" the kelpie asked the boy, walking away before she got a reply "Hello. You're a first year here right? Have you ever seen a demon that size before because you don't look terrified." she asked the person (Urabael) earnestly, not knowing how else to approach the subject and figuring her words were extremely awkward.

As Rokudo sprint along with Casey away from the massive demon, he then heard a strange voice coming from the monster direction "Is.. that demon speaking..?? and that thing also mention something about.. a kid.. wait is it a student.." Rokudo look around the crowd of student, scanning for the lucky student which is the target of this demon. Rokudo finish his scanning but didn't actually found any student that looks like the potential target, he then faced Casey and ask if she/he know any possible looking student that the demon are after "you heard the demon yea?.. what do you think about it.." he look at Casey while continue to follow the direction she/he's leading.
Adam was lost in the sea of faces of students that had ran from the monster, many of which were shouting for others or help or whatever else took their fancy. He looked back at the demon towering above the school, Will the teachers and staff be able to stop that thing, or will we have to go back to what our lives were like before. His mind lingered on that thought, Adam didn't want to go back to roaming around, trying and failing to stop demons from attacking innocent people. And yet, he would be of no help to the staff attacking the creature. Adam was starting to panic a bit now.
Adam remembered what the monster growled, it was asking for the student that summoned it. Whoever that is probably won't or shouldn't face that thing. Who knows what it wants them for?
The Demon's claw slid slowly towards the academy, not avoiding any of the buildings on the way and destroying several floors of a back building. Aimed towards a student doing some sort of barrier thing. Teachers jumped towards the demon's arm, weapons flying in all havoc but only to create sparks on the demon's plated skin, barely leaving a scratch or indent anywhere to be seen. "It's no use, how can we destroy this thing if our weapons do no damage." A third year student landed on one foot, his six blades pulsating with a golden light but not a single bit of damage had been dealt, the demon hadn't even flinched.
"Binding spells ready" The two teachers orbited by books chimed simultaneously, their books doubled in size and chains began to flow out of the pages like water, the text rolling off the pages and forming into the metal as it hit reality. The chains themselves then tripled in size as the stretched towards the demon. The ear-piercing blackboard nail sound could be heard once more, the demon continued to reach his claw forwards, it was almost a couple of meters from reaching the ground, the chains slowed its decent slightly but they quickly began to snap as if they were made of cotton.
"You cannot stop me, i have been called and now i shall devour the one who called me." The 'laughing' sound picked up, shaking the school grounds themselves. "No one can defeat me!" The claw inched forth a bit more, grabbing the student by the collar of their clothing, several teachers and third year students ran up, attempting to push the monstrous claws back with their own weapon, but to no avail, many of their swords shattered including two of the six blades that one third year had. The demon's claws began to glow with fire, pushing back the teachers and students with a demonic burst.
"No!" The teachers and students watched as the demon burst through the enchanted shackling chains, swiftly pulling the first year student up to its head and dropping the student in to its mouth filled with jagged teeth. From this distant the student didn't look any bigger than a thumb nail. "no..." Mythril watched from the front bridge as the creature stood upright, dropping something into its maw, undoubtedly a student. "no."
The demon stood up taller and began bellowing with it's demonic laughter, shattering several more windows. "Fear me!" The demon let forth a burst of blackened flames into the sky, a storm forming above it. Teachers and students alike fell to their knees, defeated. Some were held back by their peers, wanting to run off and attack this beast regardless of their own safety. "Know now that there is nothing you can do to stop me, but i will take my leave, i have had enough of your petty attempts at amusing me." The storm brewing above the demons head began to spiral and crackle with purple lightning as a rift began to open.

Casey dropped a barrier in front of her as she ran, forming it into a very foggy, but still serviceable mirror. She saw the chains closing around the demon's hand, going taut, then slowly creaking, cracks forming in their binds and their weakest links starting the shatter all at once. "...what do you think about it?" Rokudo suddenly asked from her side, a sheepish look on her face, almost comical in its own right, lacking only in one large random, low quality sweat drop. "Well.." she began, watching intently as her barriers were shattered nigh immediately upon touch, "I think you should run away now." Converting all the excess energy still hanging around in the air as the barrier broke into millions of pieces, a relatively harmless yet powerful Meteor blasted the ground, sending Rokudo flying. "It was nice meeting you!" She shouted as she banked to her left, putting as much distance as she can, as the claw came down and gripped her, lifting her up. "Those were some shoddy last words..." she muttered in disdain, face scrunching up in disappointment and less than mild terror.
High up in the air, everybody else looked like ants, and he was more than mildly disappointed to see that their offensive did absolute jack's **** to the demon. Arms stuck inside the titanium grip, he himself found out just why their attacks are so futile. The Scorpion that could normally break through most shields, barriers, and armors due to their high energy density were shattering left and right and into shards inside that grip. He shook his head, stopping immediately knowing it was no use, attempting another tactic such as concentrated fire on one of the joints. This too, had no effect, the body of this demon was literally armor upon armor, no amount of piercings will do anything to it. He considered maybe, just maybe, suicide bombing out of the hand, but if Asteroid couldn't cut it, Meteor can't break it.
Soon enough, she approached the open maw of the demon, snickering to her own dumb joke as she said, "My, grandma, what big teeth you have!" The lack of eyes were quite disturbing, yet she knew full well it was observing her every move at that moment. She shrugged and merely said, "Eh, get on with it." And so it did. Down, down, down she went into the Belly of the Beast, barely missing a jet of black flames emanating from various opening within its throat as she slid down very quickly, and soon enough was deposited into its stomach.
Roughly tumbling down into the icky, slimy, acid-filled steaming hot mess of a stomach, Casey attempted to stand as reverberations rippled across the layers of muscle, which she deduced was the demon doing the cliche evil 'you can't stop me now' laugh. She shrugged, checking her options. She could just stand there and wait until she slowly dissolves into a puddle, lie down and slowly dissolve into a puddle, blow open a hole through the unarmored insides of demon and try not to turn into a puddle, or simply get digested and get mashed and turn into a puddle. Wait, Casey's mind shouted at her, instructing, roll back a second, what was that last one? Stopping to recall once more, she shrugged, thinking, Oh nah, still about turning into a puddle. However, her mind screamed back at her, No, you fool, the other last one! Facepalming, she thought back at her delusions, mentally shouting as well, What you mean not turning into a puddle?!....Oh. A devious smiled lighted upon her face, as she started to feel around to the thinnest part of the membrane. This is gonna be fun.

Adam looked on in horror as the demon picked up a student and swallowed it whole. Due to the distance, all Adam could see was the demon swallowing someone, he had no idea as to whom it had eaten. The deafening laughter rained glass down upon the ground as Adam watched it breathe eerie flames into the sky and the clouds begin to swirl. What can we do? Nothing could stop that thing! he thought grimly.
"That poor soul devoured by that demonic beast." Adam thought out loud, "I wish they will have peace now."
