Hello and welcome to this thing! If you’re familiar with Snivy/Lugia’s previous PMD RP threads, then you should feel right at home with this! Now, LET’S GO!
It's a sequel to this bad boy,PMD: WoTE! Alternatively, if you're one of those mathy folks, it's a sequel to this guy,PMD: ToC, taking place 20 years later! And if you REALLY wanna get into it, there's always the side-story to PMD: WoTE, and then the DLC to this all which you can purchase for 5 bucks; it'd be a wise a decision to possibly read the synopsis of each if you wanna know a bit about Allure Town and whatnot, just my two cents. Anyway, time for this story to start off!10 years have passed since the events of the legendary bird trio have been defeated, so to speak. All was calm for a good while - 10 years is a while for things to settle down and such. However, seemingly from out of no where, the other notorious weather legendary beasts: Entei - the volcanic beast hound, Raikou - the electric saber tooth tiger, and Suicune - the Aurora, have been terrorizing cities and towns all across the Pokemon world, in a fit of rage not seen since that of their avian counterparts. Previously, the three have shown neutrality throughout any major event during this time, showing not a sliver of hostility against anything (unless provoked). And now it seems all has gone awry as the three are reckless and destructive causing chaos and turmoil and overall paranoia! As rumor spreads that the trio are making their way towards Allure Town, things are flipping upside down. Pokemon are fleeing or considering moving to a safer location for the time being, and so for the meantime, many familiar faces might be replaced - others who are well known for their roots will most likely stay, but just keep in mind that there is something rotten in the state of Allure Town...It is up to you to find out what's going on with these legendary beasts and how to stop them! Along the way, you might meet a friend or two, or for that matter, how the bloody heck you got here in the first place! Now, go! Uncover the mystery of how you got here and what’s going on!

2. "Smiles go for miles!" - Be nice to everyone! Don't be rude or disrespectful to anyone here or you'll get a warning, and then after that, you're kicked from the RP for a week. Anything after that, and you're out for good. Make sure everyone gets a turn in whatever they're doing, and remember the golden rule!
3. Use (( )) for OOC ((out of character)) sections. - make sure you don't flood this place with too many OOC posts, keep it in character, people!
4. Fourth Wall Breaking - all because I'm allowing it does NOT MEAN you can go absolutely nuts with it. At least know to be subtle with it when you do use it, though.

The GuildsAllure TownThe guild residing in the Allure Town half of the city is run by guildmaster Arnold along with his assistant Archie, this guild takes on all requests from fellow pokemon, helping them out and capturing wanted criminals, pokemon can form teams and join the guild, gaining fame and fortune via taking on these missions. However, with the upcoming trouble from the three beasts as well as personal issues himself, Arnold doesn’t look too calm. They are fierce rivals with Wally's guild.Treasure TownOnce known as 'Wigglytuff's Guild'. It was revealed that Wigglytuff's name was, in fact, Wally during a conversation between him and Charlie (his assistant... who everyone seems to call Chatot), wherein, he asked "Chatot... why are you calling me Wigglytuff?" surprised at this, Charlie said "You told me that was your name!" The guildmaster responded with "No... I said I was A Wigglytuff... not just Wigglytuff." Though... the guild still hasn't gotten used to Wally's new name. They are rivals with Arnold's guild, and constantly say that they are nothing like the dorks in that guild... even if that's false.Dragon-Type need not apply! With Wally’s newly discovered and constant bragging about being a Fairy, good luck trying to get into here!

Both of them being familiar faces in Allure town quickly took over the job of working the Kecleon Stall after the two brothers retired in favor of working for the Wigglytuff Guild. Trevor Sonic Boom (as RP'd by Lugia)
Name: Trevor Sonic Boom
Species: Noibat
Gender: ♂
Level: 5
Moves: -Screech -Tackle -Tailwind (egg move) -Super Sonic
Bio: For the first few years of his life, Trevor was branded as a freak among the other dragons in Scale City, given that he didn't look anything like a dragon, and his father, Daniel, was actually a Honchkrow. He often hung out with Amanda the Altaria and Heather the Swablu, who were the only ones who didn't pick on him. For a while, he pretty much ignored everyone who was picking on him, and just lived his life. He eventually got a free blue scarf from Heather after visiting her mother's shop to get rid of the angry mob for the fifth time that week. Trevor never took off that scarf from the day he got it. He didn't know or care if it actually did anything or had some sort of effect, he just liked the color... certainly not Heather, who was just a friend... nothing more.Only a few days after that, however, his father caught wind of the fact that the kids were always picking on him, and Trevor was dragged over to the mayor's office. Trevor's dad was constantly shouting and squawking about 'bullying' and this being a 'hostile environment' among other things, and Trevor had to hear every word... given that his wings couldn't quite reach his giant-sized ears. They moved away from Scale City right after that, with Trevor's dad looking more red than black at this point. The new house was located somewhere on Mt. Dragoncoil, in the outskirts of Scale City.
Life was pretty good there, but, as Trevor's scarf would always remind him, it was also fairly lacking. Every now and then, Trevor would sneak into Scale City, just to see Heather again. Such meetings didn't last too long, however, as Daniel would notice that Trevor was away from home for a while, and would personally fly all the way back there, just to fly him back home.Life went on like that for about another year, after Vine got rid of the evil that was Desia, and supposedly saved the world, or something. Trevor was getting flown back home in his father's talons again, however, when they got there, a shriek was heard. Daniel dropped Trevor, who thankfully had usable wings, himself, and rushed to the home. Trevor came as well, and got there well after his father did, only to witness a strange, flowery pokemon attacking his mother, and his father trying to get away. The thing laughed its evil laugh, and shot some sort of weird orb at his mother, shouting "HA, another dragon slain by me!" once the attack hit. Daniel noticed Trevor at the entryway, and shouted "Trevor, get the heck out of here! Run for your life!" Trevor flew off, knowing he wasn't a match for whoever that was, later hearing another scream, and another laugh. He made it all the way to Treasure Town, and stopped by the library to check what in the world that was. It turned out to be a Florges... a fairy type. Confused at what that was, he continued on, and, given what the thing said, as well as the new info stating that Fairy-types take no damage from dragon type moves... he knew... they wanted to get rid of dragons. The fairies were off somewhere, building some sort of base of operations, preparing to make dragon types extinct, this, Trevor knew now. He knew they were coming, however, he had no idea how to stop them. Ever since then, Trevor's been completely afraid of any and all fairy-types... however, he doesn't know of some pokemon that are fairy-types.
Appearance: His fur has a bluish tint rather than a purplish one, and he's wearing a medium-blue colored scarf at all times.
Differences: He is afraid of fairy-types, and has his speed increase by one stage every time he's hit by one... the fact that such moves also cause him to flee from battle is not relevant. He will also gain access to fairy-type moves when as he levels up... for some weird reason.
Ferris Torrents (as RP'd by me)
Name: Ferris Torrents (or just Junior, as his dad calls him)
Species: Mudkip
Gender: ♂
Level: 8
Moves: Mud Slap, Water Gun, (a weak variant of) Thunder Wave, and Tackle
Bio: The Mudkip side of the Torrents family-tree is a bit of a bizarre one, to say the very least, and Ferris clearly takes after his father, and his father’s father. Growing up, not only was he teased by his older sister, Jovi, but he had a keen eye for exploration, and in most cases just messing about and having as much fun as he could with his two best friends - Barry, a clumsy oaf of a Croconaw, and Suzy, a Shuppet.
He started his life growing up in Allure Town, which would make sense considering his dad’s past here, which made him rather well known around town, regardless or not of whether he believes everything his dad tells him happened here - even his grandfather, for that matter! Although, unlike his father, the one thing he never, ever, EVER, wants to get done - is to join a guild. “It defeats the purpose of having FUN...”, his common excuse is, and despite his dad’s constant efforts to convince him otherwise and have his son assist him as vice janitor to the Wigglytuff guild - they utterly fail. Ferris would much rather spend his time daydreaming about being an adventurer - an explorer! Like all those famous guys he’s heard of before! Dusknoir, Vine, and even his Grandfather! However, under his dad’s overprotective nature over him, Ferris spends his time aiding his grandfather while his parents are at work. And in that moment where old Booker falls asleep while telling Ferris one of his boring civil war stories or something, he’s able to go off and re-read his extensive collection of comics, which he receives from Perry the Pelipper, all the way from Pokemon Square! As such with his constant reading of comics and listening to Old Booker’s tales of when he was younger, Ferris has developed an excellent skill in lying and fibbing, but despite that, he’s still an extremely friendly guy, spending time running back and forth through town to get to the library and meet up with Pelipper, getting to know each and everyone in Allure Town! Well, with the exception of anyone associated with a guild, like those Birk and Birch fellows, especially them! They’re friends with his dad! That’s an INSTANT guild membership right there! As of now, Ferris is preparing for something he’s supposed to be unprepared for - his dad taking him to visit Guildmaster Arnold - this oughta be good.
Appearance: Your average Mudkip, albeit a slightly bit taller and skinnier, due to his constant running around. He’s got an orange dot on each of his paws - a Torrents family trait, and he wears a pair of novelty 3-D glasses, which he uses to better his eyesight due to his eyes being red and blue.
Differences: He has an immunity to Electric-Type moves early due to his dad’s hidden ability. Also, taking from his mother’s Blaziken side, he has quick reflexes! He’s also terrified of Ghosts (with the exception of Suzy) and heights.
Other: Huge fan of Spruce and his band "The Odd Ones Out"
Leather (as RP'd by Chapatrap) Name: Leather
Species: Zangoose
Gender: ♂
Level: 10
Moves: Scratch Leer Fury Cutter Quick Attack
Bio: This young Zangoose was born on a continent faraway from Allure Town. A war torn area of the world. The Normal Confederacy is locked into a state of perpetual war with the Poison Nation, who threaten their way of life. As soon as you hatch, you are given a helmet and told to wait in line. You get a month(sometimes less) of training. Then, you're thrown into the battlefield. This was Leathers younger years and the younger years of all Normal types bred for the war effort. War is fought on the beaches, on the mountains, on the plains and in the forests. Trees barely grow, the grass is churned to muck. Leather was put into Second Battalion under the command of a gruff Stoutland.
They travelled across muddy plains, broken forests and through abandoned towns. Leather grew up quickly, learning his moves and getting stronger. Every night, he would sleep in a hole in the ground praying the enemy wouldn't slit his throat. They never did. Friends came and went and the war continued onwards. Leather was in the army for years before it came to end. For how many years, he doesn't know. When the war ended, the continent was devastated. Veterans returned to find their families gone as well as their homes. But the Breeding Programme veterans (Leather), bred during the war for war, never had a home to return to and were not welcome in the Normal Confederacy for their deranged and violent tendencies.
So they took travelling, sometimes in groups but usually alone. Leather travelled the world, angry, confused and a little depressed that he was rejected from the country he had spent his whole life fighting for. He travelled the world and gradually discovered himself. He became a calmer lad and although plagued by horrific nightmares of war, he soon came to control himself. Although never diagnosed, Leather has a case of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after growing up in such horrible conditions. Throughout his travels, he learnt about Mystery Dungeons and exploring. The idea of discovering treasures and having something to do with his life fascinates the Zangoose. After hearing of the Allure Town guild recruiting, Leather knew what to do. He travelled to the Allure Guild and although at first put off by his strange demeanour and battle scars, he was welcomed warmly and is now a firm member of the guild. He is currently working on improving his slightly violent tendencies and becoming a more sociable Pokemon. The PTSD lays dormant for now but you never know what can set off a horrible panic attack.
Appearance: Your average Zangoose but covered in battle scar's from the poison scum that tangled with him. Most of the more serious ones are on his face and chest. Some look recent but that's just him picking at the scabs. He carries in his bag an old, dinged army helmet and a medal for bravery given to him after the war. He only wears them on ceremonious occasions.
Differences: After years spent in warfare, Leather has developed PTSD and is now permanently shell shocked. He can seem like a normal young Zangoose most of the time but sometimes, he will develop a thousand yard stare and go quiet. In the rare event that Leather gets into bloody conflict or at the sight of something overly violent, he will go into a war mode. He loses the power of rational thought and will become extremely paranoid of those around him.

Marshall "Extravagance" Hall/Remington (as RP'd by KaBling)
Name: Marshall "Extravagance" Hall/Remington
Species: Honedge
Gender: ♂
Level: 10
Moves: -Swords Dance -Fury Cutter -Wide Guard (Egg move; complicated family line of riches, eh? Everyone wanted in.)
Bio: With all that had been happening... it was very difficult to explain Marshall's origins.
Basically, there were so many people, so many time-related events and so many... good lord, it was not good for him. Thankfully, he was adopted after all that settled down.
Before adoption, he was born to a family of wealth, one of a Aegislash and Magnezone. His parents were strict but fairly relaxed at times, correlating with the work they're put through. After all, they made the first schools in the MD universe, hiring teachers and bringing up Marshall in a proper environment, one of learning and fun.
This was not to last. Illness struck his family, incapacitating one in a coma and killing another. (If Pokerus can infect any Pokemon, then this would probably happen sooner or later.) In their will, they left him with millions of dollars and assets which weren't limited to schools - they owned a quarter of Allure and Treasure town. Buildings were leased by merchants and guild members alike. However, where did that money come from?
Before he knew, he was adopted by Milloon Hall, a rather peculiar fellow. His life was strange - he fought glitches, worked for glitches, had something to do with glitches... was this a tall tale like his parent's rumours, or was something more sinister?
Neither was sinister (like, actual sinister - Milloon's story was true, but it wasn't sinister in any way). His parents inherited money and many buildings (including Wiggyluff's guild HQ and several stores, which was leased by the occupants) from their parents, and now Marshall was going to inherit it for himself. First, he had to tell his foster parents... second, he'd live on that wealth.
Age 23. Marshall was living the life. God knows how long the money was kept in the bank, transferred between other banks whenever the companies holding his family's money collapsed. He had moved away to pursue dreams and further wealth. Of course, he wasn't estranged from his parents, who also lived off his wealth. He wasn't the richest around the place, but damn, did he flaunt it off, becoming famous within a month. Eventually, he had lost half his money to pay off everything he brought, which begged the question - would he continue spoiling himself, or actually find work to spoil himself for longer and later?
Eh. He would have to work. Mainly because if he lost all his money, he'd have no experience in a workplace. That would be a possibility, since those legendaries won't stop with their terrorism and could therefore wipe his banks off the map. For a fresh start, he put away his money, and gave himself a one hundred-thousand dollar budget. This should be fun...
Appearance: Typical Honedge, although a bit intimidating because the sword and scabbard was... pointier, longer and sharper. Formally, he'd wear an entirely golden scabbard that was surprisingly tough. Casually, he'd wear a polished scabbard that would be platinum to the rim - he'd often make up a story that it was really silver just to make his associates less jealous.
Differences: Damaged normally to Ground moves (I still don't see how these sorts of moves would damage floating Pokemon), 1/2 resistance to bug moves.
Other: Nom.
Elena Silverwind (as RP'd by Evanist) Name: Elena Silverwind Species: Togepi Gender: Female Level: 5 Moves:
Bio: Elena Silverwind was born in Foggy Ruins from a mother togekiss and a father xatu. It was quite a surprise when she hatched though, because they were expecting a natu from the egg because of the coloring. Even so, they still loved her, even if she was of a teal skin coloring. Elena was always the curious type at the first days she hatched. Everytime she caught sight of something, she would run to it, and see what it was. Her mother would stop her in her tracks most of the time, seeing the danger of the forest cause of certain pokemons. But it did not stop Elena to explore even more. As time pass though, things started to change a bit. Elena started to develop electric powers, behing able to make sparks using her hands and moving a quick speeds. She wandered off more then before, and it was worrying her mother because she knew how she was. Everytime her mother tried to stop her, Elena ran faster and passed her, ending up in tree's sometimes and having to be rescued by her parents. It was not easy for her parents. Then one day, while Elena was training alone, she noticed something off at a distance. She ran to check it out, only to hear scream from another side. She started to rush towards the place, wanting to know what was going on. Then she saw it… A big Tyranitar (Or whatever opponent you want us to have) with darker scale coloring. What she saw next was her father and her mother fighting the thing, and losing… Elena wanted to go help, but then her mother saw her. “Elena! Run!” she cried out. The Tyranitar turned around, looking towards her. Elena froze into place, before turning and running. The thing started to try to chase her. She turned around, and then used Metronome. She only hoped that she could do something, knowing she would not be fast enough to escape that thing. Suddenly, metronome used the move Teleport, and she was transported away. When she woke up, she saw that she was lost in a strange forest (Birchwood forest). She did not know where she was, or where to even go. She felt a crushing feeling inside her, and started to cry. For a couple of hours she cries, before a snivy came and saw her. It moved towards her, and asked her what was wrong. She explained to him what happened, and he looked at her, saddened. He decided to bring her to his home, with his parents, wanting her to not cry and feel like hope was not lost. As time passed, Elena started to have a grudge towards that darker scale pokemon. She left the snivy with his family, explaining to him that she wanted to have revenge and maybe find her parents again. The snivy understood, but told her it was dangerous. She looked at him and told him that she had to do it, no matter what. She then ran off, deeper in the forest. One day she told herself. One day that pokemon will pay for his crime.
Appearance: Like a normal togepi, except he shell as a deep dark purple coloring, and her skin as a light teal coloring. She also has 2 feathers that she wear at each side of her head, using a piece of string, both of them of a green coloring
Differences: Elena has a power over electricity, being able to use thundershock and moves like those. She is also electric type..
Miti (as RP'd by Dinh)
Name: Miti
Species: Ponyta
Gender: Male
Level: 9
Moves: Growl, tackle, tail whip, ember
Bio: Born originally on distant plains, Miti was exiled from his herd of birth over allegations of promiscuous activity. As it would be, the other stallions failed to take kindly to the seduction of their own mares. Less of all the chief who was the angriest of all. And in actuality, the exile was more fleeing to protect his pride from angry hooves, laughing into the sunset.
His adventures could have easily ended the day he got out of his kinsmen's range. But as it is, there are playthings just too hard to exist and itches too hard to leave ignored. And every new herd he approached would be one old one to chase him out. Again, with Miti laughing his way into the sunset.
Sunsets turned to nights, and suns rose as he delved deeper into the wilderness held as unknown to his fellow ponyta. And with the deeper he thrust into them the more he learned he was something of an exotic specimen. And changes in habits from these communities more often times than not allowed for deeper discretion in his activity, hidden away in the night and behind closed doors. All the same, the partners of those he tempted expressed all the same anger and he was chased off into the night again, or fighting hoof-to-claw with something to get away. Something of which he was nearly taken down by.
As he traveled, he delved deep into a thick forest along a narrow path, coming to a secluded visit. As he would normally have it, he stayed for a while. And as it was, the beds he sought would kick him out and he'd flee. But as it would be an angry Rhyperior would almost extinguish his flames.
Forced to the bring Miti dueled the angry male until being thrown from a cliff. Left for dead, the vengeful Rhyperior left him for dead. But he lay there, his mane and tail smoldering embers has he choked and coughed in the dusk. As his challenger left, and the shadows of the village sulked back to the village a wane smile crawled onto his face. He was again, alive. For the time being.
In his weak state, he was in no business to chase tail. Let alone do anything but crawl and struggle through the dirt as he struggled to move along.
His fires returned but his injuries never really healed. From the moment he struggled back to his hooves he trotted with a limp, one leg disjointed.
Any normal living creature would cease his travels, but he continued. Pushing into more territory unknown to his kin, and rocked by troubles its own.
Appearance: Cream-colored Ponyta stallion. Blue eyes. Right-rear leg disjointed and broken from his injuries. Wears a cocky smile.
Differences: Slower to run now-a-days with the lasting effects of an injury, and weakened hearing on the right side.
Nick Storm (as RP'd by creeperlink)
Name: Nick Storm
Species: Pancham
Gender: ♂ Level: 10
Moves: -Tackle -Leer -Arm Thrust -Work Up
Bio: Nick lived on an oasis out in the desert for the majority of his life. His home was built on an island in the middle, and although it was small, it was comfortable. To travellers lost in the desert, it was much more than comfortable. It was life-saving. The occasional bandit would show up, but most of them weren’t too hard to deal with. For a while, it was a good place to live.
This didn’t last long, however. When the legendary birds started attacking other Pokemon on sight, most of Nick’s family retreated to Allure Town, since the high population meant it was a lot safer. A few of them stayed, and Nick was one of them. Together, they managed to keep the legendary birds away from the oasis, and when the dust finally settled, the oasis was still intact. The few that remained at the oasis continued to live there for a while, but the ones who fled to Allure Town didn’t come back.
Eventually, everyone else had left the oasis to join their family members in Allure. Nick didn’t. He had been to Allure Town multiple times, and the amount of Pokemon living there was way too much for his liking. He was alone, but that was better than living in Allure.
This lasted for about a year, but then one day, when he was out gathering berries from the plants that grew in the oasis, he saw some commotion out on the horizon. He was too far away to see exactly what was going on, but when he went out to get a closer look, nothing was left but an egg sitting in the sand. He looked around, and called out to see if the egg’s parents were still around, but whoever was there before was long gone. Nick brought the egg back to the oasis, hoping that he wasn’t too late.
The egg hatched into a Houndour a few days later. Nick named him Harley, and before long he grew very fond of him. Taking care of Harley wasn’t too hard, as the oasis provided plenty of food and water for both of them. However, Harley did seem lonely at times. Nick felt bad, and had even considered moving to Allure Town so Harley could meet other Pokemon his age, but he never acted on his thoughts until one day when he was forced to.
Little did Nick know, something was happening with the legendary beasts, similar to what happened ten years ago with the birds. While Entei was rampaging through the desert, he happened to stumble upon the oasis. The attack took Nick by surprise, and although he was able to keep the legendary birds away when a few of his family members were helping him, this time it was just him and Harley. They were no match for Entei, who soon burnt the oasis to a crisp. Nick and Harley both fled too Allure Town, unsure of what to do now that the oasis was gone.
Appearance: Nick looks like an ordinary Pancham, but a ten gallon hat sets him apart from the others. He also wears a bandana around his neck, which he pulls up to cover his mouth and nose during a sandstorm.
Differences: Years of living in an area where sandstorms are pretty common has made Nick immune to any damage from them.
Me? CRAZY? No, no, I believe you're mistaken, I mean, I mean, HEY! I just met you, and uh...this! This is crazy! So, here's a number. And, call me, maybe? AHAHA.

((God it's gonna be awkward to rp as a togepi.... a female at that lol))

The sun was rising in the forest of Birchwood. The sky was of a deep blue color, the calm noises of the wind passing through the branches. Elena had been sleeping in a tree for the night, tired a bit from her last day. She had been chased by a persistant phanpy all day long. She did not know what it wanted with her, but it was probably not good. Instead of a normal color, it was darker then usual. That... dang elephant tried many times to tackle her, but unfortunately for it, Elena was faster then a normal togepi and escaped before thing went wrong. Electric type moves did not help either. So Elena slowly moved down her tree, only to see at a distance that same dang elephant, with... a very dark donphan.
"Remember, we need the most eggs we can. Or else he will be mad at us..." the donphan said to the phanpy. Elena then started to run again, only to have the phanpy see her and then start running after her... again... Elena knew she could not continue that long, and she was afraid of what she might get as a move if she used metronome. She started to get a SOS out and then cry for help. She did not want to get captured by that dang thing, and she knew that even if she was not the type of egg that they wanted, they might just do something nasty to her
((Ok... uhm... awkward for me... but will do))
((Yeah, the level is the only real issue, though, I'd like more of a description than a picture for the appearance: section. This would be where, say, you'd add that he's still wearing a helmet from the war, or whatever.))
((Also, really? Darn you, Magikarp... coulda sworn he changed that back... you're in, however, I'd like to have a word with him, at some point.))

((*Places sentry to protect against other and less respectful RP crashers*
Finally, a day to make me smile. This comes shortly after losing my S3 while watching The Great Gatsby at the beach yesterday.))
Name: Marshall "Extravagance" Hall/Remington
Species: Honedge
Gender: ♂
Level: 10
Moves:
-Swords Dance
-Fury Cutter
-Wide Guard (Egg move; complicated family line of riches, eh?
Appearance: Typical Honedge, although a bit intimidating because the sword and scabbard is... pointier, longer and sharper. Formally, he'd wear an entirely golden scabbard that was surprisingly tough. Casually, he'd wear a polished scabbard that would be platinum to the rim - he'd often make up a story that it was really silver just to make his associates less jealous. The cloth attached to his hilt is dark green, with a lighter green at the end of the cloth.
Differences: Damaged normally to Ground moves (I still don't see how these sorts of moves would damage floating Pokemon), 1/2 resistance to bug moves.
(Snivy, dude, I thought you said we should keep the Level 5 thing in...huh...)

Me? CRAZY? No, no, I believe you're mistaken, I mean, I mean, HEY! I just met you, and uh...this! This is crazy! So, here's a number. And, call me, maybe? AHAHA.
((Hm..................... yup, you're in, Kabling.))
((Also, need a dispencer, here!))
((It says that there's a level range in the OP... whether you left that in by accident or not, it was a little confusing. Of course, given Chap's character's origins, it would make sense that he'd be a higher level than, say, a spoiled rich kid who hasn't seen a single fight, or someone who just got away from his sheltered life.))
(Ok, so, before I go back and post IC, I've removed the Level 5 rule, so if anyone wishes to change their level now, do so before I add you to the accepted apps.
And Snivy's already good with what he's accepting, that means you too, KaBling, you're in.)

Me? CRAZY? No, no, I believe you're mistaken, I mean, I mean, HEY! I just met you, and uh...this! This is crazy! So, here's a number. And, call me, maybe? AHAHA.
Today has been just one crazy thing after another. First thing, I was taken away from the library before I could read the full list of all fairy types, something that I found to be incredibly important, given that I knew what their plans were. 'But, I need to know just what counts as a fairy, they're trying to kill all dragons!' I protested against the mudkip who insisted on me coming with him. I never caught his name, but he seemed just like any other mudkip, and showed me to a swampert who seemed to be cleaning something up in Arnold's guild, a place where that I was thinking of joining. He had told me to spy on this 'Wally' character from the guild across town, something about figuring out why he's not afraid of dragons. The swampert told me this, and seemed to be scared of me for some reason, however, I didn't see why I shouldn't do that, and headed off towards the OTHER guild, where I was greeted by Wally, himself, as well as his sidekick, or whatever, that bird guy who's always yelling at everyone.
Wally went through the whole thing about joining, and I ended up with a badge that had an imprint of a star on it, a bag to carry some items, and several items to go with it, including an oran berry, a pecha berry, and some weird ribbon of some sort that didn't appear to have any actual use. I asked Wally why he wasn't afraid of dragons, however, once I did, the bird guy kicked me out of the guildmaster's room, squawking and shouting "Nobody has time to hear him explain that, and you need to get to work!" a little confused, and none the wiser about Wally's reasoning for his lack of fear, I was basically dragged to the boards. I looked over the missions, and none of them really sounded like something I wanted to do, however, when I tried to leave, the bird guy tore one of the missions off of the board, and threw it at me. "Here, you're going to do this mission, I understand that it's a little... petty... but, it's at your level." He explained as I picked up the mission statement from his wing. I then read it over, apparently, some togepi, somewhere, was being chased down by a couple of mean pokemon over at Birchwood Forest... yeah... well, I guess I might as well start off easy.
I put my bag on, tightened my scarf, which I always thought of as my 'good luck scarf' despite all of the things that had been happening, lately, and flew off into the forest. Once I entered Birchwood Forest, I used Tailwind, a move that my father had taught me to use from a very young age, to increase my speed, and possibly get this mission over with much more quickly. I was hoping to avoid enemies on my way to this mystery togepi, however, I ended up running right into an oddish and a caterpie, both of whom looked weaker than I did, somehow. I tackled the oddish before either of the enemies could do anything to me. I already knew they were preparing to attack me, I could tell just from the look in their eyes. I was proven right when the oddish decided to attack me with acid, and the caterpie by trying to tackle me. I took the acid attack, however, I was flying too high for the caterpie to reach me with its tackle. Gah! No, I've gotta finish this... there's still someone out there, and I'm the only one who's going to help. I think as I stop myself from running away, and instead simply finish off the oddish with another tackle. Whew, that wasn't too hard.. now for the bug. I then think, now eyeing the caterpie, who seemed somewhat scared of me, possibly due to my flying typing.

((Change me to level 7 then lol))
Elena continued to run off, trying to get away from that phanpy. Suddenly the phanpy tackles her, and make her get pushed back. Elena quickly turn around and uses extrasensory on it, making it back away slightly, before continuing to run. She knew that there might be more trouble... especially cause it seems that a group of Spinerak was chassing her also now. Seriously, she had to have bugs chasing her. Spiders at that. She continue at full speed, once a while using extrasensory on her assailents, trying to get away as quickly as she could. 1 phanpy that was higher level then her and 4 spinerak.... All low level but still... This was a pain. If she could fly, she would not have any trouble here, but... She could not, so she continued to run as fast as she could. She just hope her SOS message would be answered soon. She could go on for the whole day, but after that she would be so tired that she would surely faint. And that dang phanpy kept using oran berries... God... dang... oran berries! How was she suppose to even beat it if it kept healing. She could not. That is why. She saw that his bag was getting lighter and lighter at least. Maybe he was almost out of them...
((But then it wouldn't make any sense for a level 5 to be saving you. Just leave your level at 5, like mine.))
No More Bugs
I used screech on the caterpie, and noticed that the poor thing didn't really take the attack all too well. It was defenseless, now, thanks to that attack, and all I had to do to finish it off was one more tackle. I was correct, and thanks to my previous, defense-lowering move, the thing went down like a chump. Well, off to find an egg in a giant, dark forest... I can do this. I think as I start to fly somewhat above the ground, mainly to get a better view. I made sure to not fly above the canopy, otherwise, it would obstruct my view, which I needed if I was going to find anything in this place, let alone a tiny, egg-like pokemon. After a while of flying, I see four spinerak, and a phanpy apparently chasing something. They were running in away from me and towards... whatever it was, and I decided to pick up the pace, and try to figure out what they were chasing. It appeared to be a purple egg of sorts, with an odd, teal-colored creature 'hatching' from it... the thing they were chasing almost looked like an oddly-colored togepi... wait... I was supposed to be rescuing one of those. I swoop down, and announce "Do not fear! I'm here to rescue you... uh... sorry about that, I'm still kinda new at the guild." I then hear one of the enemies shout "Wait, you're with this thing? Well, looks like we'll have to beat you down, then." uh-oh.

Elena hears the noibat and sighed in relief.
"Thank you... I though I would be alone with these guys!" she then says, breathing heavily. She then turns around. One of the spinerak then used string shot on her, slowing her down. She then concentrated and used extrasensory towards one of the bug, making it receive quite some damage. Suddenly though, the phanpy tackles her, making her move back a couple of feets.
"Dang it..." she says, breathing heavily, taking deep breaths. She saw the other spineraks ready to attack. This was not good for her at all. She just hoped that noibat could help. Alone she could not do it, but with him... maybe there was a chance.
A beautiful and slightly breezy morning - perfect day to get outside, run around, and do whatever to your heart's content. A flock of Wingull fly overhead on that little house next to the beach-side in Allure Town; where it's house of five residents get a great view of the Audino Guild, as well as the perfect spot for a stroll through the town. And a great coincedence too, what with the influx of guild recruits. As such, there is not a care in the world for the weather today, the sun is shining, the waves are - "AH-CHOO!.." -the waves are cras- "AH-CHOO!...cough...cough...". I said, the WAVES ARE CRA- "HHURCHCOUGH! COUGH! AH-Chooo..."
Ferris Torrents, a young, active and fun-loving Mudkip lies smothered in blankets in his bed, a wet cloth wrapped firmly on his forehead, his Blaziken mother plopping a thermometer in his mouth before taking it back after a few seconds have passed, examining it closely. "...hmm, y'know, he doesn't have a fever, but he says he's freezing cold, his hands are clammy, and his stomach hurts." Ferris stares up at her, quickly coughing in response. "...and I think he's got a bad cough, too."
His father shakes his head and squats, bringing his head close to Ferris'. "Are you feeling alright, son? I mean, your mother's probably just over-exaggerating everything and all and-" Ferris turns to him, blinking slowly as he opens his eyes. "P-papa?" He violently coughs, rustling around in bed. "I feel fine...I can get up...". "NO!" His parents are both quick to react, staring at each other. Ferris, reluctant to get up, refuses to stay in bed. "Nah, no...I've got that guild test today, I've waited all my life to become a janitor at the guilds..." The Blaziken, in between trying to hold Ferris down, slowly turns her head in the direction of the Swampert, who sheepishly grins and shrugs. "Look, I'm sure your father won't mind if you hold off on that test for another month or two...even if it means a lot..." The Swampert, rubs the back of his head, readjusting the hat he's wearing briefly. "Yeeeaaah, your mother's right, son. You'd never get in, looking like this!" Slap! To the back of the Swampert's head. "Owch...what I'm tryin' to say, son, is that I'm sure I can get you in, no matter what, so don't you worry!"
Ferris smirks, forcing a weak thumbs up. "Thanks, dad, but I'd much rather wait and take the test next month...so I know I've earned it..." His father nods happily, taking off his hat and putting it on Ferris. "Alrighty, stay better? For me and your mom's sake...and for that matter, we're gonna have your sister, Krissy watch after you..." Ferris quickly shakes his head, "Oh, no no, she's got a lot of work to do...being the world's greatest sister and all...COUGH....gagh...I'll be fine spending the day with Grandpa..." The Blaziken looks to the Swampert, who gives Ferris a quick noogie on the head. "Feel better, Junior! And hey, if ya don't get into any trouble, I'll bring back some of my old comics, alright?" Ferris lazily nods, blinking slowly. "...alright, Papa..." The Blaziken warmly smiles and gives Ferris a quick peck on the cheek before heading for the door. "You know just where we are if you need us, honey...take care now, please, feel better!" The Swampert quickly adds in, "I'll check in on ya too, pal...just don't give Grandpa a hard time, alright?" He snickers, laying down a few comics on Ferris' bed. "It's-it's nice to know I have such loving...caring parents, you're both very special people..." The couple smile, exchanging comments such as "I'll be back here at 6:00, sharp. Call us if you need us. Send mail if you need to. Krissy will be sure to pick up a smoothie for you. Take care! Bye! We love you!"
And as they leave to get to working at the guilds, Ferris blinks quietly, just as they close door and for him to get up, smiling bright.
"They bought it!"

First Day
Please note I'm only narrating just so I can think of a resume.
The sky was a glorious blue, an assortment of Pokemon flying around for fun and delivery of packages. The white sun reflected off a berry, which just made me feel hungry (somehow). I brought myself an Oran berry which I often claimed was the nectar of a nitwit - I was wrong. Man, it tasted succulent and made me the only nitwit, the crunching sound just satisfying my ears, just like listening to metal screeching. (Don't ask how I eat. It's already awkward enough at the occasional party.) Turns out my (foster) dad was right about these delicious and sweet Oran berries. I spun around just to get an excellent 360 degree view of the market place. This community was amazing, and it was under my nose all along. (Expression - don't have actual nose.)
"Dr. Phillips!" I exclaimed out, rushing over to him whilst sliding underneath a fruit basket.
"Marshall? What are you-" Next thing I knew, I tackled him into the soft and old brick wall of one of the buildings I owned, causing a bit of sand to trickle down. Nowhere as bad as potentially plunging my sword into him. "You didn't come to tea yesterday." Yeah. Tea. Who doesn't have that relaxing event of the day? You get together with old friends, sit by a table, discuss the world and some news...
"My daughter passed away yesterday."
If I had a mouth, it would be opening slightly.
"I left you a message. Just get away from me, please." He croaked, the blue-coloured Blaziken speaking to me before departing with a dark bottle in his hands...
Oh man. Out of everything, I failed to check my mailbox. I thought, watching him cry as he wandered into the dark alley.
...
Son of a gun. I didn't see why he cared about his seventh daughter. The atmosphere seemed to darken a bit, but that was typical Phillips. At tea parties, he'd often talk about depressing issues and other unwanted crap.
"Uh... goodbye, Dr. Phillips... wow." I muttered to myself, the 'wow' bit at least.
Ignoring his weeping, I turned slowly to the Arnold guild. Nope, I don't own that building - I own Wally's building. Regardless, the building shone out beams light, my imagination doing its work. Those lights were about to turn into a grey colour, because the sky was beginning to get cloudy and cloudier... for work, I'd be applying to Arnold's guild and possibly informing him how I can cancel Wally's lease, as long as they don't bring up some legal crap. Why am I applying to Arnold's guild and not Wally's? Because, they basically discriminate against Dragons. Not particularly fair to my lawyer Jakub and servant Guy.
I adjusted to the slight drop in temperature, slightly glad that the sun could poke through those canvases of grey and almost rip them apart. I looked down from the sun's battle with the clouds, noticing how it would still be able to give my platinum rim a good shine. The shine faded away upon contact with artificial light, as I entered the guild and surprised a few people. No, not everyone - I'm not that famous.
"Look it's-"
After a while of pushing my way through some beggars and 'friends', I managed to claw my way through towards the reception, cloth toughening up just to escape the carnage. Thankfully, an escort managed to disperse the crowd as I entered Archie's office, to his surprise.
"Oh. This was unexpected."
"Yeah. Tell me about it. I just need some work experience, just in case I somehow lose my millions to the trio of legendaries..." He raised an eyebrow at me, almost saying 'you're gonna lose your money soon?' Instead, he insisted that they wouldn't cause too much trouble, saying that there would always be suicidal heroes saving us all.
"Remember how we were terrorised by those legendary birds, as well as other things-"
I dozed off, paying attention to old and abstract paintings isntead. He seemed to notice (rather annoyed at me, however), and allowed me entry to Arnold's office. Upon entry to the delightfully tidy and cozy room, I snickered at an already waiting badge and other equipment.
"Hello, Arnold. I don't think I've seen you for... a LONG time." I had a past with Arnold. I used to hang out with him as a kid. Unfortunately... well, you should know I moved into a mansion, which I have since allowed others to rent my residence.
"Really now? I've seen you quite a lot. You were in the news for a while - nobody expected that mansion to be restored." That put a grin on my face. Not sure if it was a bad or good one.
"Yeah... I'm currently renting two-thirds of it to some nice Pokemon; a family of Sceptiles and a pair of-"
"It's alright. You don't have to tell me of your apparent success." I almost gulped in guilt - I've never worked for success. I just got lucky with some inheritance. "A bit ironic you're working for me, yes?" Yes, It was. No point denying it. Unless...
"Uh... no. Becaus- well... its not like we were enemies or anything. You never worked for me." Arnold's eyelids lowered at me, his blue eyes just making it creepy...
"Oh well; I suppose that Oran berry stand business is admittedly hard to remember. Today's your first day. You've got... a Togepi to rescue." He said, a tone of boring and dull overwhelming his sentences, even spreading to him chucking me some berries. I could only catch one with my one arm of green cloth, so I took the liberty of grabbing a free bag and stuffing the rest of the berries in there.. "You've got a big day ahead of you. Something tells me he's gonna be in a bit of a pickle."
I left the room, letting the door close by itself as I left the room. "Anyway, I just remembered I CAN'T cancel the lease of Wally's guild."
"Hm... I think you could use one of these." I say as I dig through my bag, eventually pulling out my oran berry. I toss the berry towards the mystery togepi, and use tailwind again to increase both my speed and the togepi's. With the additional speed, I decide to use screech on the phanpy, and then get in the way of a poison sting that would have otherwise found its way to the togepi. Thankfully, the poison didn't seem to effect me too much, as in, sure, the attack hurt, but I didn't end up poisoned as a result. Another spinerack tried to use leech life on the togepi, but just like last time, I took the hit. I then notice the phanpy trying something with the mud under his feet... what? Oh, wait... "Whoever you are, uh, you don't weigh too much, right? Get on my back, I can evade that move." I say to the togepi as the phanpy continues messing around with the mud... I think he was preparing mud-slap, or some other ground-type move that I'm sure the togepi didn't want to be around for. Luckily, I wouldn't have any trouble getting out of the way of such an attack, so I'd probably be able to keep her safe, as well.

Ferris Torrents (as RP'd by me)
Species: Mudkip
Gender: ♂
Other: Huge fan of Spruce and his band "The Odd Ones Out"
Leather (as RP'd by Chapatrap)
Name: Leather
Species: Zangoose
Gender: ♂
Level: 10
Moves:
Scratch
Leer
Fury Cutter
Quick Attack
Bio:
This young Zangoose was born on a continent faraway from Allure Town.

Species: Honedge
Gender: ♂
Level: 10
Moves:
-Swords Dance
-Fury Cutter
-Wide Guard (Egg move; complicated family line of riches, eh?

Elena Silverwind (as RP'd by Evanist)
Name: Elena Silverwind
Species: Togepi
Gender: Female
Level: 5
Moves:
Extrasensory(Egg move)
Metronome
Thundershock
Charm
Bio:
Elena Silverwind was born in Foggy Ruins from a mother togekiss and a father xatu.
Gender: ♂
Level: 10
Moves:
-Tackle
-Leer
-Arm Thrust
-Work Up
Bio: Nick lived on an oasis out in the desert for the majority of his life.

((God it's gonna be awkward to rp as a togepi.... a female at that lol))

Just takin' advantage here.))
((Ya, leave it level 5 then))
Ferris Torrents, a young, active and fun-loving Mudkip lies smothered in blankets in his bed, a wet cloth wrapped firmly on his forehead, his Blaziken mother plopping a thermometer in his mouth before taking it back after a few seconds have passed, examining it closely.
"Why?" Archie asked, peaking pointing at me.
"It's just not fair."
