(When we discussed chemical weapons I didn't know you'd be this far into trails. ****, even I'll still have a while to go before I do anything with my aircraft.
And I'm "eh" on the petrol part. I can see it, but that's throwing away a lot of 270 gallon tanks... Won't be consistent and there's a big threat of them bursting. And that'll be worse than a crate of food and ammo bursting.)
It has been since time immemorial that man has looked to the stars in wonder, so I ask you, how can going to them be anything but an extension of a will older than any of us? It is our very nature to discover, and to lust for knowledge, you accept this but doubt the nobility of working to the stars?

Wow, Aaron. You've done a glorious job meticulously compiled this mountain of lore into something presentable to newcomers. I can't thank you enough for holding this thing together for the past year now.
Now, excuse me while I digest this small novel of PoW lore you've so carefully put together.

(Lol Hug. You attempting to evict national guard isn't go well I imagine. Bronx gangsters versus US army, National Guard, and Coast Guard?)
(( Not gangsters, but the new government ( How ever small and disorganized it may be at the moment ) and the rebel group Robert had formed. I know it seems far-fetched and kind of extreme, but I mean for it to seem that way. The new country wants nothing to do with the USSA. Plus they're mostly supervising for the most part, since the USSA already agreed to leave, and are doing so without resistance. ))
New England Republic
" Mr. President, we have contacted our Canadians allies. They are aware of our requests and have asked that they are given time to consider their decision. "
The president, sitting calmly on his office chair, nodded. Things were going good despite having lost all support from the USSA, and almost every major organization having been put to a temporary halt.
The USSA is being cooperative, and their military personal is slowly departing every day, leaving their bases abandoned. The only problems aside form the lack of organization at the moment, have been small disputes and fights between New England government forces and local residents who had disagreed to separate from the USSA. These residents are given the choice to keep their homes and remain a part of the newly formed nation, or leave New England. Those who choose to leave have their residences taken and sold by the government, and their citizenship revoked, a harsh way to handle things, but a good way to boost the country's budget.
Several arrests have been made, and some violence has been reported, but the president's forces have a done a decent job to keep things in order. The biggest problem they face is re-booting the country completely, and forming a more stable government in the days to come.
Deportation efforts continue with minimal violence. Some USSA citizens have resisted, but all have ultimately been successfully deported and sent back into USSA soil.
The southern borders have been reinforced, with the presidents forces ( Rebels, for now. Until the military is re-booted ) stationed there for defensive purposes. Currently no one is allowed to enter ( Unless they can prove they were New England residents prior to becoming independent ), and only those who disagree with NER ( and deported USSA citizens and military ) are allowed out.

Moscow, RUB's library
RUBs were collecting lots of political books. They were trying to find them in any place, in any condition, but of the best writing quality.
Why were they in need of those books?
Because someone needs to replace the old goverment if it won't do well.
Vasily knew that. He shouldn't be the only skilled politican in the whole RUB. Thus, he needs to prepare everyone that can be appointed on this job. Loyal. Smart. Patriotic and Brave. Vasily knew those people.
The RUB's library was just a simple living home, where some of RUB top class politicans were livng. By "top class" I mean the best that could be trained by books, faith and having at least some charisma and logic.
Of course the library wasn't just a living home: it served the library function as well. The programe of "Политзамена" was started not too much time ago, at the moment Vasily realised that he would need someone to place in cities to control them.
So, after long days of reading books and newspapers, the young politicans were confident in their abilities and skills. They weren't better than any professional and expirienced politican, but they were better alternative to current corrupted goverments or some bunch of ordinary citisens that knew nothing about politics.
This place was also the main propaganda center. Painters, writers and thinkers were working on the lowest floors, thinking about the new ways of propaganda. Vasily came here to check the situation.
"Здрасте всем." said Vasily entering the Propaganda room.
"Здравствуйте Василий" said one of the writers that was writing another poster. "' class='bbc'>У нас плакаты опять спаливают. У вас сегодня встреча была, я прав?"
"Да, ты прав." Vasily had some news for the man, but knew that he should wait for the man's information.
"Скажи этим своим ученым что-бы в конце концов сделали противопожарную бумагу, ей богу!" the man was really concerned about that.
"'t listen to our propaganda? ' class='bbc'>Это на плакаты? Запомню, сообщу. Я вот какую идею нашел. Ты ведь знаешь что крестьяне пропаганду нашу не слушают?" Vasily said and the writer noded. Then Vasily continued "' class='bbc'> Теперь послушают. Наши ученые наконец сделали отличное удобрение, дешевое и эффективное. Если хочешь, можешь сказать своим что-бы придумали по этому поводу красивенький плакат. Или еще чего. Ладно, дел по горло, надо еще наших политиков проверить. Удачи."
So, after telling the Propagandists in the basement about the science successes, Vasily went up to check the politicans. After long, dull and boring talks and checks Vasily finally was sure that his crew was ready. Now he needs to visit the goverments and make the ultimatum... Some day later. Today he needs to prepare everything.
Moscow, Moscow Oblast, Ukraine.(Oblast means district.)
Alyosha, Sergovich, Smirnov sat in his office as governor of Moscow awaiting the reports on anything important for there was a new movement going on and it might take a wrong turn, which would be very bad indeed. He took this time to reflect on how things have changed. A new president, his old friend Yuri Aleksevich, the country being very low on oil and rationing it out. But these new resources have helped somewhat, however tanks are no longer used much. Instead horses are, and several Ukrainian battalions of cavalry men have been formed in five years, so that we would at least have some fast attack units. Now the air force has been severely debilitated so they only have short patrols to conserve fuel.. And the navy is still almost non-existant.
But those Novgoradians are a real threat, if they were to purged from Europe then it would be good, but that likely will not happen for a while, if at all. "Ah, if only we controlled the Komi oil fields, we would be the strongest nation in Eastern Europe, but no, we're second to Novgorod as far as we can tell. Those communists should really mind their own business..." He had a little tirade in his head, but it does irk him that Ukraine isn't the number one.
Somewhere in Moscow.
This messenger, had been walking around with a note in a small bag, for it was the R.U.B. as they call themselves. He had been searching through all of Moscow, taking in the scenery as the snow melted and the worst of the season was over the weather was rather nice to him. He had eventually found a library after a while and entered. "Has anyone here heard of R.U.B.? I have an important message for their leader." He had said to the people he saw wondering if they had any clues to where they might be.
The results of the 1976 elections of the Republic of Spain were in after a one-day voting period with rather high voter turnout: The Partido Conservador de Espana had regained a sizable majority of the seats in the senate after their two-year hiatus as the masters of Spain. The liberal Partido Reforma was virtually ousted from the government after the debacle of the 74'-76' senate, with only one seat being retained by the party. There was, however, a newcomer on the scene. The most conservative hardliners of the Partido Conservador, called the Burros, had broken off from the main conservative party and formed a party of their own called the Derecha Unida, or the United Right. The Derecha Unida party had gained a notable minority in the senate, frustrating the Partido Conservador by denying them their supermajority over the senate. In either case, most voters signified that they were pleased with the results of the 1976 election. According to them, as long as the hated Partido Reforma was stricken from the government, the Republic of Spain would be moving in the right direction.
As for who would serve as the new prime minister of the republic after Manuel Mola announced that he would not be running for re-election, there was a great upset in the weeks leading up to the election. Just when the Derecha Unida's own candidate, the young, popular, and radical Alfonso Sotelo, seemed like a shoe-in for the position of prime minister, Miguel Tejero, the legendary Cincinnatus of Spanish politics and former prime minister of the Republic of Spain, announced that he would be ending his retirement and would run for prime minister under the conservative party. The two candidates campaigned feverishly and ran a close race, but in the end, Miguel Tejero was elected to be the Prime Minister of Spain for the second time after earning 57% of the popular vote.
The day after the election, Tejero came to the Prime Minister's office in the palatial complex in downtown Madrid carrying a few wooden boxes of his belongings that he kept in office during his previous terms - a Napoleonic map of Europe he laid on his desk under a sheet of glass, his colonial era globe, his favorite pens and ink bottles, among other things. The heavy oak double doors to his office were closed - Manuel had apparently moved out unceremoniously the night before. Tejero set his boxes down on the red carpeted floor and opened the doors to his old office, flipping the light switch on before going back to retrieve his belongings. He bent over to pick up his boxes, but winced in pain as he attempted to straight his back up and carry the box to his desk. It was then that a guard walking down the corridor saw Tejero struggling with the boxes and rushed to help the Prime Minister, taking two of the boxes himself to the great mahogany desk.
"Is everything alright, excellency?" The concerned guard asked as Tejero massaged his back once his belongings were on his desk. "Shall I call for a doctor?"
"No, no sir." He said with a smile. "I'm just getting a little too old for this."
Sarvodaya watched as the man before him struggled in his seat. It was one of the captured soldiers from the compound. Not just anyone, either. A commander. And very soon, a dead commander. But he couldn't tell him that. There was information to be had, first.
"We can set you free, you know. Just tell us what the Delhi troops are going to be doing for the next few months." The commander just glared. He was obviously trying not to talk. Mahatma sighed. "Well, if you're not going to talk, voice will have to settle." He walked into a corner of the room. There was a bowl on a table, with coals sitting on logs. Mahatma lit a match, and the coals began burning ferociously. A chimney in the ceiling vented the noxious air. Lying next to the table, however, was what Mahatma was looking for. A tong, with the Wheel of Law traced at the end. The man would be facing the law soon. Let him see his adversary first. Mahatma lifted up the tong, and let it rest in the fire for a few minutes. The prisoner stared at him with a look of terror, but though his hands and legs were clamped, he was still free to talk. Nonetheless, he did not. Mahatma lifted up the tong. Then he began pressing it against the prisoner's chest. He looked pained for a moment, then screamed loudly. Mahatma asked him if he would like to speak. The commander shook his head. Mahatma let the Wheel lie in the fire for a few minutes, then began pressing again.
After a full six presses had been achieved, the prisoner passed out. Mahatma sent for a bucket of water, which he promptly dumped on the man's head. He screamed for a moment, then looked around dazedly. Mahatma asked him if he would speak. The man shook his head once more. Another two presses later, the answer was slightly different.
"Fine." The man whimpered. "But once they hear of the attack of yours on the barracks, they will change their plans, then vow to destroy you once and for all!" Mahatma just shook his head.
"No, they won't. I have agents in your government. None of them are high enough to make the plans, unfortunately, but are high enough to know that nothing has been changed. So, either your government does not care, or they are lacking in the knowledge that a complete Mother India would provide!"
"[censored] you, you [censored] [censored]. You can take your 'Mother India' and [censored] it!" Curses like this continued on for several minutes, until Mahatma coughed loudly and held up the rod, still glowing orange from the fire. The man snarled, then spat out a single word. Then he told Mahatma all the plans, while Mahatma wrote down everything he said. The Delhi troops weren't terribly well stationed. They were placed in neither offensive of defensive fronts, making Mahatma wonder what they were up to.
"Thank you. You've been vary gracious by being so honest and noble as to come truthful with me. Maybe you won't burn in Hell. But you're still going one way or the other. Life isn't an option anymore. Traitors must be punished, after all!"
"But you said you would free me!"
"I said we could free you. Sadly enough for you, we will not. You can do penance after we've sent you on your way. Sorry." The man looked Mahatma in the eye.
"[censored]." Then Mahatma put a bullet through the man's head.
Immediately, a team of strategists put plans into effect based on the information that the commander had provided them. From what their contacts reported of a few armies, the man's data was mostly correct. Soldiers and raiders began moving out, hoping to take Delhi soon. The plan was making progress. Soon Mother India could be free once more, free from the dead-weighted shackles of anarchy, capitalism, and dictatorship.
"This is the USSA Atlantic Fleet Battle-group Delta-1. We are beginning the blockade of the City of Boston."
"Roger that Delta-1, the rest of the battle groups should be in position is all other major ports."
"Roger that, Delta-1 out."
Battle-group Delta is a medium-sized battle-group of ships meant to cut off any traffic entering the NER's largest city of Boston. Which is also a major port, cutting off the fishing from Boston. The same is being done at other large trading and fishing ports across the coast.
"Overlord this is Bulldog-1, The Bulldogs are in the skies and we got no birdies up here."
"Copy that Bulldog, just keep a watch for any Canadian activity. We can not let any foreign intervention and the Canadians are the only ones who currently have a chance of interfering. Just keep a watch out.
"Roger Overlord, We'll keep all the mounties out."
"Understood, Overlord out."
A small wing of F-15s flew across the sky, their objective is to simply keep out any kind of foreign intervention by air. Their main objective is actually to recon ground traffic between the NER and Canada.

The world is a cold, unforgiving, maple-syrupy place for a Canadian
(( Let's say this happened a day before that since I was posting this as you posted that. Ad good luck dealing with Canada, China, and rebels. ))
Massachusetts, New England Republic
In recent days, it's been decided that capital of the New England Republic will be Boston, Massachusetts due to its historical importance and it being considered the cultural and historical capital of New England long before the nation declared its independence, as well as its positioning on the map. The president now resides within the Massachusetts capitol building until the construction of a presidential mansion is completed ( Which has yet to begin ).
Massachusetts capitol building
" Mr. President, we have received an unmarked package. We believe it may have been sent by- "
The president interrupted the man, " I know, I know. Begin distributing supplies within our forces.. and let them know they have my thanks. "
" Yes, sir. "
The president continued, " Now, what's the word about our negotiations with our allies? "
" Sir, they still require some time, but all requests have been made clear. We should be receiving word of their decision in the coming days. "
" Good, good. " the president thought for a moment, a moment of silence taking over the room. " Begin the next phase of our plans. This country must be re-booted, restarted. I hereby raise the halt on all organizations and corporations within New England, however, all USSA involvement and connections are to be terminated. All records destroyed. I've also like to begin setting the foundations of our military. The abandoned USSA military bases are to be swept for any security hazards they might have let behind for us. Once that is completed, they are to be re-purposed and turned into NERM ( New England Republic Military ) bases. I expect negotiations with our allies to go smoothly, and if that's the case we should be able to begin purchasing military equipment very soon. After that, we'll be ready to form a real military. " the president finished.
" Yes, sir. Anything else? "
" I suppose a report on the recent happenings wouldn't hurt. "
" Sir, nearly all USSA forces have departed without incident. Deportations of USSA citizens have gone better than expected, but some violence has been reported - many of them believe this is still their country. Regardless, all have been successfully deported with minimum use of force. The borders can be expected to reinforced with these supplies, but as of now everything seems in order. "
" Excellent. " the president smiled, everything seemed to be gong better than he had expected.
" You are dismissed. "
(( To clarify; the president had put a halt to ( Not all but many ) organizations and corporations within New England in order to re-boot them. Now, that halt has been raised and all are free to continue operating, except all USSA connections and involvement has been completely cut off. These organizations are now property of New England ( Those who refuse simply leave the country ). So basically, everything that was in New England before ( From health to exports and energy, ect ) is still there and just like before, except everything they make ( Agricultural, manufacturing, ect ) is for the country of New England. The USSA has lost every and all cuts of the action. ))
((Yuri Alexey is just like Tom John: The name was made of first names. If you change Alexey to Alexeevich then it would be right.))
Vasily finished the boring talking with the people just in time.
"Has anyone here heard of R.U.B.? I have an important message for their leader.[/font]']Вы здесь про РОБ знаете? Мне нужно поговорить с их лидером, у меня к нему важное сообщение." said the stranger.
The people looked over him like on idiot. Who from RUBs didn't know about themselves? They just made a deep breath and were up to say something, but at the same time Vasily got down and heared the speech.
"Да, знаю я лидера, прям как себя." Vasily walked towards the messenger "Я собственно лидер." Vasily walked very close to the man and stopped, waiting.
The president went on to speak of all future plans for the nation, and every thing that had been done in the past few days, but that wasn't the most important message.
" People of New England, I wish I could say all is fine, but that is not the case. The USSA has recently initiated strategically offensive moves toward our nation, likely in hopes of forcing us back under their wing. " the president paused, sighing and shaking his head, " I ASSURE; That will NOT happen! For we value our freedom! We value our democracy! And we most certainly value our independence! Never did we threaten the USSA, but clearly THEY are frightened by us! They cannot STAND losing their forceful control over your fellow New Englanders! While I will not take direct action against them, I WILL protect my people! Hear us out, and make sure not to forget; ANY violation of our air space or maritime boundaries WILL be taken as an act of war. We will not stand by while you threaten our security. Our Canadian allies will likely stand at our side, and I assure you that if it escalates to the point where my people suffer at your hand, I WILL contact the Chinese government, who through a news broadcast, urged that an event like Florida did not repeat it self. "
The messenger was surprised by their reactions, this must be the facility... Then you saw a man walk over, he said something... "Да, знаю я лидера, прям как себя. Я собственно лидер." He had said... "Oh, um, sir I have a note for you sir, from the governor on orders from the president."
He proceeded to open his bag and hand him a note. On this note it said:
"Dear, leader of R.U.B. We have the same interests in mind, reuniting, Russia s as it once was, however we do not have enough oil to do so. We would gladly employ your group as scientists to try and find an alternate fuel source and such. All of Russia will one day be grateful for your service should you accept, but for now it would just be all of Ukraine.
However; we can change that should you help us! I cannot stress this enough, that should you help us, you would be creating a new future! You and your men and women would go down in history as great people who helped reunite Russia! So I humbly ask that you accept our invitation.-Alyosha" The messenger quietly awaited a response, fearing the worst... Yet, hoping he would accept...
As one can imagine, the events of the past two years had resulted in quite a backlog of issues to deal with, especially considering how amazingly incompetent the Partido Reforma was in getting anything done. Tejero took a seat in his old chair, retrieved a stack of governmental stationery two inches thick along with a stack of envelopes from the bottom drawer of his desk, and went to work as if he had just gotten back from a week-long vacation in the Canaries.
The first and most pressing issue at hand was the Iberian League, or what was left of it. One of the major sources of the ire that the Partido Reforma experienced stemmed from how horribly they handled the departure of Italy and Malta from the Iberian League, or rather, how they refused to handle it at all. The first step to restoring voter faith in the government would be to restore the Iberian League. He sent a letter to Maltese Prime Minister Immanuel Calucci "strongly urging" him to rejoin the Iberian League. Now that Spain was no longer in the hands of incompetent sissies, he expected the tiny island nation of Malta to quickly return to Spain's command. He sent a similar letter to Portugal's President Alejandro dos Santos, reminding him that Spain under the Conservative Party would not allow Portugal to slip from their grasp as easily as Malta and Italy did. He suspected that Mr. dos Santos could read between the lines and give up his hopes of leaving the Iberian League once and for all. Italy, however, would not be as easy to deal with as Portugal and Malta. His old friend Aurelio Batista, the Generalissimo of Italy, had established something of a military dictatorship after unifying Italy and was still in possession of Spanish Centauro tanks and modern Spanish firearms that he had acquired from the Spanish garrisons that had been expelled from the country after Italy left the Iberian League. With a capable military such as Italy's, simple coercion was not an option. Tejero hoped that if he could speak with Generalissimo Batista in person, he could talk some sense into him and get him to reconsider joining the Iberian League. To this end, he made arrangements to fly to the capital in Milan sometime in the next week or so.
Another source of concern for Prime Minister Tejero was the spread of communism throughout the world that had accelerated during his hiatus. The most concerning encroachment that socialism had made took place in the United States. The transformation of the United States into the United Socialist States of America was a great defeat in the the global fight against communism. It was hard for the Spaniards to say how relations were between the Chinese and the Americans now, but Tejero personally feared that the Chinese could possibly use the USSA as a springboard from which to meddle with Western Europe. However, the switch to a socialistic government had apparently created significant dissent in America, causing a secession movement that resulted in the creation of a new nation emerging from what was once New England. This, Tejero surmised, could be advantageous. As Spain had learned the hard way from its disastrous attempts to stamp out socialism through direct intervention during the Finnish War, direct intervention in halting socialism was to be avoided if at all possible. The new nation that had developed in New England could be used as a proxy to put an end to the USSA. And of course, Canada would certainly enjoy a chance to finish what they had started in the great North American War of 1970-71. Tejero picked up his phone and dialed the palatial complex's operators, seeing if there were some way he could have a phone call directed to Boston and Ottawa.
