Deravan turns to the mudkip, and sighed. He then turns around, pointing the rune on his back.
"See here, this is the mark of a rune that I had before. But because of something things that happen, I devolved. I know that I will be working to get my old form back and be able to use my old ability's. It's not because I am a fool, it is who I am deep down." he then says.
((Alright, Lugia dropped my levels to what they needed to be, and now i just gotta start up.))
We wake up in the bushes near thw town, we both get up and begin walking. "AHHH!!!!! my bag! its gone! AWWWWWWWW... all my money and items... i have nothing one me now..." River hears my yelling and slaps. "We survived! thats what matters! and... do you remember what was going on? like before we were sent here." I nod, then tell her. "We came back in time for some reason, and now we're here thanks to uhh... dialga, right?" She can tell i don't remember much, and keeps it to herself. "Yeah... we said we wanted to... come back with our friends! thats it, and be with them." We walk into the town, both looking a little beat from the trip.
((This is gonna be FUN ON THE BUN!))
I sigh and try to get the Ralts to wake up again. I managed to get her into the shade under a tree next to Kecleon's, but it's not like I have any water or smelling salts or anything like that. The only things she seems to be carrying is the red scarf around her neck and a pair of glasses, which I had only managed to find because they'd fallen off her face when I tried to move her.
I try to shake her awake, and she opens her eyes. "Why is it so dark in here...?" she mumbles. I hold her hair out of her eyes and hand her the glasses, only able to hope that's the source of the problem. "Thanks, mate..." she says as she puts them on. I think I've heard a few pokemon with her accent before, but they were few and far between. "Are you ok?" I ask. "You seemed to be a bit... delusional before." She looks at me sideways, either too tired to remember her earlier tangent, or was just in some sort of shock at the time. "I know the stall next to us is telling me otherwise," she asks, "but your accent is getting my hopes up... did I end up in rural France? Perhaps anywhere near Paris?" Now I'm feeling surprised... "Paris?" I ask, deducing the two words to be locations. "End up? Where are you from?!" The question had been biting at me ever since she got here. She suddenly sits up straight. "United Kingdom, different dimension."
I sigh exasperatedly... "This is what I meant when I said you were acting delusional..." I say to her. "Well it's a pretty long story in the first place. You wouldn't believe what we had to go through to convince them to give us funding..." she trails off. "I'm probably not helping my case, are I?" she gets up on her feet, holds her hair out of the way of her eyes, and walks a few steps before stumbling a bit. I make sure to keep her steady with my left hand, given that my right arm has caused more than it's fair share of accidents. "What's your name, mate?" the apparently extradimensional Ralts asks. "Helmfried." I say to her. "That's a really weird name, mate... Mine's Maria." she responds as I help her out from under the tree. "You know what's really weird? I don't remember having hair this obnoxiously long..."

"I could write a BOOK about what you don't know!" ~Skeletor
((Well i'm gone, so for now, Waskom and River are in the town, walking around, feel free to talk with them and have them talk back, as long as its only them replying.))
"Riiight..." I say to the Mudkip as I decide to end the conversation with the cubone... he seemed oddly inactive at this point, as if he was staring into space, or something. I then notice a couple of Ralts, one of the rarer pokémon that I didn't know about as a human. I hear something about another dimension, but try not to get involved... after all, that kind of thing would make me stick out more than if I had my Lucky Ribbon untie itself in the middle of town. Of course, in either case, I'd be branded a freak for life... Though, I do wonder... why have I come here? Why did that portal open up? I think to myself, wondering if there was anything wrong... as far as I knew, everything was normal... heck, I was the only one who was from another universe, Something I've only told my 'parents', and my bro. Oddly enough, they believed me the first time I said it.

"LET'S DO IT. JUST LIKE OLD TIMES EH GORDON LUGIA? [(except more predictable and less rule-breaking, we don't want another This is the situation or War of the Elements.)]" -Barney Calhoun on RPing.))
Name: "Pikachu" (official name never actually given, but if you insist... Summer.)
Species: Pikachu
Gender: ♀
Level: 7
Moves: Tackle, Tailwhip, Lightning Bolt
Bio:
Born as a human (that's starting to get a bit cliched), she was nicknamed "Pikachu" (actual name Summer) by her Pokemon addict parents - she was abused and bullied in school, even cut by her parents when she begged for food. She ran away, because she just couldn't take it anymore. Along the way, she noticed several Pokemon fighting a guy in a blue suit - she continued to run, thinking it was her parents fault for that. She eventually found herself at an orphanage, where it was surprisingly nicer than her house despite the looks of it.
She was rather smart, having reading Pokemon books as a kid, although alienating her slightly to all the other kids who hadn't even heard of Pokemon. She managed to make some friends who had heard of Pokemon, even if they knew very little about it,
...but it wasn't going to last. A kid accidentally destroyed the orphanage by accidentally taking out one of it's remaining supports. Summer and several of her friends made it out of the rubble, but looked horrified at all the destruction... except for her, she was rather cold-blooded after all those beatings. Her friends left her again after getting scared about her emotions and feelings - she hardly expressed any.
After passing by a beaten computer geek, Summer found herself in a dark alley - she was nearly killed by a gang, until the police intervened. She was immediately put into a foster home, where her parents were actually caring. She wasn't set back several grades despite not attending school, because her above-average intellect helped her. Although she was still alienated in school.
Several years of school (and being forced to stop mentioning Pokemon), she was around 12 when the whole war thing happened. She initially thought of it as a joke, until a nuke fell just a few yards away...
...until she woke up in a forest. And she was... words couldn't describe her feelings. She was a Pikachu for God's sake. She didn't realise what happened at first, but heard something... something called her Summer, but the voice was so... glitchy...

((Not sure if I should make an app for Xyla or not. She has so much potential.
Or maybe... Ah. *starts hastily typing*)) Name: Mira Species: Eevee
Gender: ♀
Level: 10
Moves:
Bullet Seed
Tackle
Tail Whip
Helping Hand
Bio:
It all started when Mira wanted to play with the other pokemon. Some other pokemon her age were playing 'find the ratata', and she had been trying to find a hiding place. "Three, two... one! Ready or not, here I come!" she remembered hearing a young pikachu yell, as she looked around for a hiding place. The eevee ran through the forest, which she was rather keen at exploring, until she had to rest. Panting, looking to her left and right, she started to wonder if she had gone too far. Mira knew most of the forest, but this part seemed strangely unfamiliar. After catching a little breath, she looked around for a good, solid place around her to hide in. Patting the bushes until she found a opening, she headed in.
After heading through the leaves and into the clearing that they concealed, she felt a strange vibe. There was a fairly small river next to the opening, and Mira caught a whiff of the pink flowers around the place. What were these called again? She thought... gra-ci-de-a something. They were a rare type of flower that only grew in certain places, if she remembered correctly. For example, her valley. She picked one off of a bush, and tied the stem around her ear for good luck. It was said that those flowers represented gratitude, and she was certainly grateful that she found this hiding spot.
Speaking of which, surely she should've heard her name being called out by now. Had she really gone too far? Mira would have looked for a way back, but she liked the spot she was in too much. It was almost as if she had been drawn to it. She was quite thirsty and so she looked over at the river; clearer than ariados' thread. Drinking up the cold, sweet water, the normal type looked around. In front of her she could see a clear reflection of buildings and trees, and even an eevee like herself. But there were no buildings around here... and these ones looked more magnificent than any she had seen before. She had never heard of anything like this...
Touching the reflection lightly to see if it was real, the eevee had a shock. She was pulled into the reflection, and into this other 'world' where these buildings were... and everything was going black...
Next thing she knew, she woke up to a voice telling her to wake up, a soft, soothing one with a peculiar charm. Mira opened her eyes. She had seen an eevee staring at her...
"You seem to be quite a good snoozer..." this other eevee smiled. "You look different, what's your name?"
Mira slowly took in what was going on, before exclaiming an 'Oh!'.
"My name is Mira..." She shyly said. "W-well... where exactly... am I?"
The other eevee responded in that soothing voice again. It was almost addictive. "My name is Xyla. I didn't see you here earlier. How did you get here?"
"I..." Mira slowly remembered. "I was playing Find the Ratata, when... I touched this reflection... then, I woke up here."
"Sounds strange... are you sure you're ok?"
"I... think so." Mira patted herself, then got up. She was perfectly fine. Then she remembered those buildings, and looked to the left to see them in the distance. "Can we go over there?"
"Yes. My name is Xyla."
After getting toured around the town and looking in awe at some of the buildings - which made Mira get some strange looks along with her odd green markings - she was offered to stay with Xyla until she found a place of her own. Ever since Mira has found a nice place in the forest though, she's had strange feelings, almost like Deja Vu, or as if she was doomed. She doesn't know why, but she thinks that it might have to do with this place she's now in. It's nothing like her old home, perhaps even more futuristic. Mira still keeps some seeds from the gracidea for luck in a little bag, which she has hidden away.
Appearance(credit for original pic goes to person who made it):
Differences:
Mira used to live in a valley that, if you were very very lucky, it was said that you could spot shaymin. It was said that any pokemon born in the valley had a chance of inheriting the grass type, and some of that type's moves. Only some of the pokemon born there had these abilities, and any that did had a different appearance. Some parts of Mira's fur are green, instead of the usual brown. She also has the ability to use bullet seed, and, like all pokemon with these abilities, is part grass-type. This often causes her to be bullied by other pokemon due to all her weaknesses, and so she can be a little shy.
Weaknesses/resistances(heehe straight off of deerling):
I get up, and say something, but it just sounds like as if I was talking through a large piece of cloth. I then remember, I don't have a mouth, so I make sign language for `My brothers have evolved, does that make the heathens? No, it doesn't.` and then I attempt to slap the book out of his hand. My attempt was weak, since I was exhausted, and just fell into the ground arms first.

Deravan, having enough of the Mudkip, goes to look for Gavin again.
"Now where is he..." he says. He pass near the 2 snivy, and hears the ralts, saying that they came from united kingdom. His eyes widen at this, and moves towards the group.
"Eh, hello? I have a question. Have you seen a strange Zorua that can use electrick skills?" he ask them calmly. His rune was glowing hard, but he calms down. No need to get all energetic about it. Best wait a bit
I get up and walk into town. It seems smaller than last time I was here... I see a Mudkip standing on a box, preaching about why evolution was wrong. Personally, I didn't agree with any of that nonsense. I walk around town for a bit, looking for any information about where Deravan might be.
Grim headed off into the crowd, following his map. Looks like these foggy ruins weren't too far from here. He eventually escaped the hustle and bustle of Allure Town Square and began heading into a dense forest. Several Oddish were nearby, poking around some flowers. A Slowpoke was resting by a small lake. It was calm and serene, in contrast to Allure Town. A loud rustling noise came from nearby. He immediately turned to a bush. Grim could've sworn he saw a bright orange tail with a flaming tip just next to the bush. He shook his head and continued on his way. In the distance the fog was starting to get thicker, which meant he was getting closer. "Alright.. looks like the Pokemon here aren't too tough." Grim said. His father had some notes on the pokemon and their levels in the dungeon. "Should be easy to get through." Another rustling noise. He turned to it, just in time to catch a peek of a bright red mane. Grim hurried on his way. He didn't want to pick a fight with any of these pokemon.

Deravan was trying to get information, until he sees Gavin asking questions around town.
"Never mind. Oh and I always wanted to visit the united kingdom" he says, giving a wink. He then turns towards Gavin, and runs up to him.
"Gavin! You finally arrived! It's me, Deravan!" he then says quickly. He was smiling right now. Gavin finally arrived. He was worried there was some problems
I hear Deravan's voice near me, but I didn't see him anywhere. "Deravan?" I say. An Eevee runs up to me looking very happy. "Umm, hi, have you seen a Runeon around here?" I ask it. Just then, I notice a rune glowing in it's fur. "Huh? Deravan, is that you!?" I ask, surprised at his new appearance. "What happened?"
((Almost 1 o'clock in the morning over here. I'm behind KaBling's timezone by around 3 hours, but still ahead of the rest of you... so yeah, technically morning here. Anyway, going to bed for real this time.))

(for Kabling, I will let Lugia decide.
Lucarii, I think that the app is accepted, but Lugia will need to add it)
Deravan looked at Gavin, and sighed calmly.
"Seem I had a little... Side effect when I got into the portal. It devolved me into my Eevee form. Bummer, I was just getting use to being a Runeon." he then says, sad. He looks at Gavin calmly.
"Been looking a bit around town. Nothing much that I seen, but I did hear some things. For example someone talking about Paris and united kingdom... I think you know what that means." he then says.

Bio:
It was a much more rather aggressive time period, jungles inhabited the most of the region and many of the species of the time were different to nowadays. from the kabutops guarding their hidden grove cave-lakes to the calm and collected bastiodon that protected their young along the plains below the mountain range in which Haze was brought up in. Yes times were simple but they were his simple and a way he had liked it.
Haze had always enjoyed his birthplace, the foggy mountain range from which his name was derived. The small colony of Dunsparce of the region were happily gliding among the craggy landscapes, keeping cozy in their high up caves for safety, though for an odd and unknown but compelling reason Haze had set his goal for the day to slide down to the waterside just off from where the kabotops resided, one of his friends a relicanth met him there so as the two met up they decided to venture into the deeper parts of the networked lake systems.
At the time Haze had not expected anything so drastic to happen, the worst he could do was run into a pesky school of magicarp, tough fish Pokemon with rock-like scales and sharp fins that evolved into majestic serpents of the sea, after the ordeal and where he was now it would seem that adaption did not favor their species, their colours brightened but now they were little less than show their unrivaled power stripped from them if you will. Many other things had changed to and some not for the best in Haze's opinion.
Haze was a Pokemon from ancient times, a time before Pokemon so freely interacted with other species, a time when Entei ruled over volcanoes, a time when the cult of the mew seemed to always be advancing in their theories and knowledge. The discovery of an odd artifact within the lake though was the beginning of it all, Haze caught less than a glimpse before the rift had engulfed him, only to wake up some time later in strange and unknown surroundings, instantly aware of how many more Pokemon were around him than should be Haze knew that he was somewhere new, someplace he had never heard of.
Now in an odd place with so many Pokemon Haze's immediate reaction was to hide, after several hours he discovered that nothing was going to attack him and so he was able to venture out onto the conveniently placed path which he followed for quite some time. Eventually he had made his way to a town which was something unusual to him, so many different Pokemon living in the close vicinity that they were, it was chilling but something that was not too hard to adapt to.
After a couple of minutes Dunsparce decided that he quite liked this place though the constant thought of returning home became a problem, he would not be too missed Pokemon disappeared occasionally and though there would be some grieving eventually his colony would move on as they always had done in order to survive. Dunsparce looked ahead deciding to treat this as an adventure and only time could tell how it would resolve.
Differences:
Being from ancient times Haze has the ability to use his wings for their original use before they became for the most part vestigial, thus the move Air Slash. He learns Ancient power earlier, Rock Slide and earthquake are part of his level up moves.
Other:
Poke-Lore should be accurate, i'm putting 14 years of research into this thing so i hope i didn't mess anything up there.
Grim started making his way through the fog. The luscious, bright green grass started to turn to solid stone brick. The fog was getting thicker and thicker until he could just barely see through it. "Stupid fog." He grumbled as he stumbled through the dungeon. How could anyone make their way through this? It was impossible. Grim tripped on a stray tree root and fell into a puddle of water. "I can see why dad never got around to finishing this." Grim muttered as he slowly got up. He pulled out his map and squinted through the fog. He could barely make out the ink blots his father made. He rolled it up and placed it back into his bag. Wouldn't help now. Suddenly, he felt his skull being blasted off of his head by a strong blast of water. It clattered on the floor. He could see the sillouhette of a Squirtle nearby. He scurried back to his skull and placed it back onto his head, making sure no one saw him without it. He turned back to the Squirtle. "That was a mistake." He growled. His bone pulsated with dark energy, almost glowing in the fog.
"Oh, that makes more sense." I say in response to his explanation. "Been looking a bit around town. Nothing much that I've seen, but I did hear some things. For example someone talking about Paris and United Kingdom... I think you know what that means." "But those places don't exist anymore... Wait, could he be a human!? Let's go over and talk to him in a sec, gotta buy some things." I walk over to the store and buy an item. ((Current balance: 500 Pokedollars.)) "Okay, lets go." I say to Deravan, walking over to the Pokemon.
"See here, this is the mark of a rune that I had before. But because of something things that happen, I devolved. I know that I will be working to get my old form back and be able to use my old ability's. It's not because I am a fool, it is who I am deep down." he then says.

Weaknesses/resistances
(heehe straight off of deerling):Immune to: Ghost 0×
Resistant to: Ground ½× Water ½× Grass ½× Electric ½×
((Sorry for extremely long bio, but I had fun doing this and it took me 1 and a half hours. I feel proud.))
"Never mind. Oh and I always wanted to visit the united kingdom" he says, giving a wink. He then turns towards Gavin, and runs up to him.
"Gavin! You finally arrived! It's me, Deravan!" he then says quickly. He was smiling right now. Gavin finally arrived. He was worried there was some problems
((Lol, it's morning here!))
((Almost 1 o'clock in the morning over here. I'm behind KaBling's timezone by around 3 hours, but still ahead of the rest of you... so yeah, technically morning here. Anyway, going to bed for real this time.))

-DoomedBio:
"Been looking a bit around town. Nothing much that I've seen, but I did hear some things. For example someone talking about Paris and United Kingdom... I think you know what that means."
"But those places don't exist anymore... Wait, could he be a human!? Let's go over and talk to him in a sec, gotta buy some things." I walk over to the store and buy an item. ((Current balance: 500 Pokedollars.)) "Okay, lets go." I say to Deravan, walking over to the Pokemon.
