"Well, he was unique to say the least... he was a clone of a different management core, who we called Blue. Blue went insane and destroyed our radio tower in Phoenix's ashes, which is what I've been calling our old town... Orange, however, ended up insane much later, nobody knows why, but I blame the repair man that tried to fix him." I explain to Prometheus, I then add "Oh, and you can call me Robert Morris." I then hold out my hand to shake hands with him...only to remember that he lacks forelimbs that can be used for grasping things... I retract my hand, knowing that he wouldn't, or couldn't shake it, and respond "Oh, Daniel... yeah, he's a mutant, he had four arms and wore a helmet that held the arms back, or something. He watched over Orange after he was fixed...he's mutated a bit...more in the past seven years, and now has four legs that end in spikes...he's still a generally nice guy, though...just a little sensitive about his feet."
*Cory looks up at Alex, still scratching his face.*
"Yeah, i still work on recreating old games from time to time, but latley i've been making my own so people have something to do. if you want to help out with me making stuff, sure, go on ahead. right now, im making a puzzle game, but feel free to go looking through my list here for an older game i haven't remade yet." *He stopped typing a moment to motion to a clipboard with a rather long list of names for more recent games, published about a few years before the bombs dropped.*

"Sure...um...just a question, not trying to offend you, but, what exactly are you?" I say to Prometheus as I head off to Daniel's house... it wasn't that long of a walk, and once we were there the 'door' opened by itself. "Well, we're here." I say to Prometheus as I gesture towards the open door.
He grabs the clipboard. He looks at the list. "Oh. That game no one liked. It was very disappointing and it was crap." Alex digs through his pocket and pulls out a pencil. He crosses off that game and a few others. "Got another chair?" This is going to be fun. Making games again. Like before... the bombs dropped. Oh now that just makes it depressing again. We've restarted civilization. It's getting better.
"Love to join ya, but I'm busy ritght now." Jason says. He heads to the town stockpile. He writes down the contents of his boxes n the chart and sorts them acordigly. He passes the chart and pen to the next person on his way out.
"Umbreon" I say to Robert, then going into the house. I see a man with what appears to be a stubble, and 4 iron tipped legs. "Are you daniel?" I ask him. "Yes, I'm Daniel. Do you know where Orange is so I can fix him?" He asks me. "Yes, but I don't think he is fixable..." I say to him.
*Cory looks around* "Theres another folding chair over there."
*he goes back to typing, having someone to work with was going to be great. he hoped that Alex was good with art design, because when he made his own games (Remember, he has remakes, and then his own stuff) the graphics tended to suck.*
"I started making this stuff for the settlement a good few years ago, honestly. only just managed to start pumping out my "Consoles" about a week or so ago, so that would explain you havn't heard about me messing with this crap until now."

"Umbreon...that's a kind of pokémon, isn't it?" I ask Prometheus, showing, rather plainly, that I was not a part of that religion. I then walk over to Orange, and pick him up. Well, Daniel will sure be glad that I'm doing this for him...though, I'm not sure if it is possible to fix Orange. I think as I head back to the home, I then give Daniel Orange, Daniel quickly takes him from me, and grabs a wrench, he immediatly gets to work on fixing Orange.
"About six years..." I say with a hint of sadness, remembering just how much Daniel had gotten to like Orange, it was almost as if Orange was his teddy bear, Daniel always seemed to be in a much better mood when Orange was around, and functioning... Who knows? Maybe Daniel can do it, I mean, he sure won't give up until he fixes him... I think as I exit the house, leaving Daniel with Prometheus.
"Oh I heard about it before that. I just didn't have the time to come here. But now I do." Alex walks over to the lawn chair picks it up and unfolds it. He places it next to Corey's. He takes off his backpack and opens it. He takes out a laptop and a mouse. He places them both on the chair. He sets his backpack down next to his chair. He picks up the laptop and mouse, sits down, lays the stuff on his lap, hooks up the mouse to the laptop, opens the laptop, starts it up, he picks up the clipboard and looks at it. He puts it down and starts updating Half-Life 3. Which was released only weeks before the bombing.
"Believe me, If I could help build this town, and all the electronic stuff it has, I can fix Orange" Daniel says. I ask "You helped build this town?" and he says "Yep. And most of the electronics too."
*he looks over at his project* "Half life 3? that game is a crazy story... after they made Half Life 2 Episode 3, it was forgotten for a loooong time, then someone looked back and went "That game would be awesome with today's stuff!" I find it rather ironic it took the developers forever to make it."
((Just a note, when i say Remake, that means he remakes them as close as possible to how they were when they were made. as in, same grahpics and gameplay.))

((Half. Alex did the other half. They had an argument. After Daniel punched Alex Jason stepped in and said the would split it. OK. Got Ninja'd. Got it.))
"Actually the people who made Half-Life buried a time capsule with Half-Life 3 inside. Then someone found it, updated it, and released it." Alex says this while he is still working. He hands moving lightning fast. Aah it feels good to be back doing this.

((I lol'd a bit.))
Jason walked by the farm on the way back. It had grown quite large and was raising a fairly wide variety of plants and animals, even managing to herd a few buffalo over from the former nature preserve nearby.
*he blinks while typing out a layer of code* "Really? i didn't hear that."
*he keeps typing, occasionally pausing to take a sip from a water bottle.*
"Did you hear about the console i've jury-rigged together? i think there were some people i missed when i was delivering them. mighta missed you when you were off doing whatever you've been doing. it works suprisingly well, actually."

"Nice and yeah that really was what happened. No joke." He continues to type. "Could I see your console? I was probably doing something with the wall. Or working with Robert."
*he nods* "Yeah, ill go find one." *he gets up and goes over to his house, opening the door and stepping inside, tripping on something in the darkness. he came back, muttering curses and holding his jury-rigged system.*
