(( guys, honestly stop all of this. it's okay to be slightly OP. to be completely honest i'm OP, Matts OP, and the Dragons OP, but they're all okay because they're not abusing their power. as long as no one abuses their power they're fine to be OP... and if they do, i use my magical powers and remove them >.< so i think everything will be okay, if you want to apply don't be afraid to do so!!! ))
(( If I were to technically use my character to the fullest of his possibilities, he could probably dominate the Shadowlands. He is very OP, but hardly knows how to use his powers, which makes him suck sometimes. Also I have some de-oping ideas for me. ))
(( One thing I must add is that I think that most reapers should have to be related as to keep the factor of only a few left living. ))

(( IE i really hope you're joking. Dragons have three forms, a humanoid form, a dragon form, and a wisp-like/spirit form. A human or elf could have sex with the humanoid form, or to create a dragonkin a human or elf would have to drink dragons blood and perform rituals. both of these ways a dragonkin could be formed ))
