Currently looking for 3/5 people to start this up, preferable people who dont do one liners, use grammar, dont end up getting into an OOC war and ruining it for everyone else, and have fun! REAL RP that just has minecraft flavor in it, things are not as square as your life, things do not take two secconds to fistpunch. Gravity applies to everything, even Anti-Grav sand that randomly spawns and looks epic regardless. The goal is rougly the same, Survive! I am also turning on a few/ton of the mods that we have seen, as well as the usual OBVIOUS items (as in items from the 2x2 crafting grid extention) the mods that im lettin in is the--not even completed to my knowledge-- endgame mod with the 10 gold crystals. another one is obvously humans+ and stuff, we need NPCs after all! (NPC's ill control) There will also be guest appearances from [Battle Towers: The Golem Boss] and [HIM*Getshot*] ok not Him...Also, as you will read below, there is magic, but i strongly discourage players from using magic-using Roleplaying characters unless they absolutely know how to follow commands given by a GM. using magic is a meta game as well as an RP trait, the GM will be timing effects and pushing you deeper into the effects of mana as you use it.
As a tip, If your looking around for something RP wise, dont "He looks around for a purple and red flower that glows like the fourth of july, and finds a field of them!". You may "He looks around for some flowers" and i may "You find a flower that oddly resembles the face of justin beiber, [void] now smash it [/void]" although he dosent EXIST in minecraft (whew) i control what you find, and of course ill balance it, and i wont overpower myself, ill give myself equal if not less of a chance of getting it right than the rest of you.
Remember: This is not you, but it dosent have to be a jane doe char, put some brains into it. Also, if your getting weapons, remember as a rule for this, An iron sword does 2.5 damage, Dagger does .5 to 1 less normally, Normal arrows do 1.5, Razors do 2. Average Joe Skeleton has 12.5 health, John Smith the Zombie has 15. Spells can be discussed with me, as thats an entirely new subject.

The Plot for this RP (Yes it has a plot) is a similar opposite to starting off stranded on a beach or hung up in a tree. You and your fellers (i went there) would find yourself to be awaken in a small room made of cobblestone with nothing but the clothes you had on last, and the few items that you managed to retain during the time you were knocked out cold by some unknown force during the night.
Some magic does exist, and some people have harnessed the little mana left in the world, and even with so little left, the human body at this time cannot bear its weight like the ancestors could, and too much use causes the Bardangan Effect. The Bardangan Effect is a strange ailment that affects magic users, it causes them to slow down and become drowsy and weary, as if a great exhaustion has been placed over them, as the Bardangan effect grows with continued magic use, so does its effect, after a while, the sences begin to fail, and the user will fall unconcious for hours until thier body recovers from the overdose of mana. Even with sparing use, the effect will eventually catch up, and send the user into an unawakening sleep. The balance of mana can be refreshed within someone when they come into contact with an obilisk of Baruna. These obilisks dot the land as shrines for mages, and normaly have one or two standing guard at any time. There are also shards of the Obilisks that are flowing around the people of the world, thieves from after the first war of magic and metal who found them and sold them. these have the same effect as the obilisk itself, but takes longer for the balance to be reset.

Possessions: Her clothes(below), an iron amulet with a diamond cut into a star shape inlaid into it, a small iron dagger (2 damage), a bow, and a quiver with 8 Razor arrows still inside. (Razor arrows have a thicker shaft and fletching, and can be doubled as a melee weapon, doing 2 damage on melee or ranged.)
Desc/Personality: Katie wears a long brown unbuttoned leather coat with lighter brown stichings along the edges and pockets, a light brown undershirt, matching color leather pants with a black leather belt, white cloth socks and brown leather shoes, and leather gloves of matching colors. her hair color is dark brown, and her eyes are light blue, and almost glow in the dark. the diamond amulet around her neck seems to mirror that glowing. her dagger and sheathe are strapped inside her coat on the left side of her belt, and her quiver is slung around her shoulder, her bow hanging the opposite direction.
Katie is a somewhat shy, reserved girl, whos primary motive is to stay alive early, and make sure those around her are in better condition than she is, She can build the basis for traps, and experiment from there. Her primary profession however is the magic art of stealth and chill, she focuses her magic and blends into the surrounding area, causing her to become near nonexistant when stationary, and retaining a good portion of invisibility while moving, of course, the faster she is, the less her stealth affects her. as for the chill, she can drop the temperature fast with an ounce of mana, or use that same ounce to charge an arrow to cause a blast of frozen shards to shoot out the other side of the target, But for someone who barely taps into mana, an ounce is quite a lot, and she cant keep up a string of mana usage.
Her Razzashin heritage gives her a blood cry that can rattle the flow of mana around her, causing things to defy normal physics while her rage continues. As an archer and a mage, she augments her arrows as she fires them, which can easily turn the battle, Her Razzashin blood also affects her abilities as a user of mana, she dosent become affected by Bardangan easily, but when it does happen, she dosent go cold for a few hours, a few days could be the curse, and aftereffects are bound to linger as well.

Name: Robinson J. Landorre Gender: Male. Age: Twenty-six. Possessions: His clothing, a straw hat, a fishing rod, leather satchels full of bait, and a steel fish-gutting knife. Desc/Personality: (You asked for it.)
Physical Description: Robinson has a fairly muscular build, but not too much so; he has an avarage amount of strength, slightly taller than avarage... his ruffled, uncomber hair is going in all directions but up - he has a rather bad case of hat hair, you see. A light canvas button-up shirt covers his chest and biceps, his forearms revealed by the rolled up sleeves. This shirt is tucked into his leather pants and belth, to which are attatched his satchels of baits. His brown shoes are quite typical, and are slightly roughed up from walking over his mismatched, makeshift dock back home. His eyes are a slightly dark shade of blue, and he has a small mustache-goatee combo, which, for whatever reason, is taken care of several times better than his hair. His skin is a light caucasian, and his eyebrows are a shade darker than his hair.
Mental Description: His mentality is fairly simple; do good unto others, work hard, stay happy. He's not shy at all, enough that it might even be considered a fault. He enjoys making things by himself, usually using wood, but he often rushes his creations, and they're never quite as good as might be made by others. Nevertheless, he's getting better. He's generally kind, and laughs a lot. However, in the face of a battle, he would much rather keep everyone safe and run away than risk it and fight; after all, why fight when you can run? But, if, say, in a situation in which a friend (or anyone, really) were being held hostage, he would fight to the death. He's quite easily upset, but he recovers relatively quickly. He can be confused at times, due to sub-par schooling ("Wait, how many feet in a yard again?"), and his friends can become frustrated with him quite quickly. He's very good at improvisation, though; you don't have a hammer? Tie that rock to that stick using that string over there. That gigantic spider over there bothing you, but you don't have a sword or a bow? Use your fishing rod to strangle it to death. In general, he's pretty happy-go-lucky, but certainly not lazy, and he's used to doing work. And fishing. He goes fishing a lot.
