Appearance: Illiana's skin is a tan color, and has a bark-like texture, similar to many wood elves found in Tamriel. She's of average height, around 5"7'. Her face is quite long, and her chin comes to a quite defined point. Her ears are similar, as they stand tall and are very pointy. She has slightly closed, yellow eyes with a scar crossing over her left eye which she recieved from being tortured by her father when she was younger. Her hair is a golden blonde color and just reaches her shoulders. Her body is quite attractive, as she is quite thin and curvy, which attracts many men and she can easily seduce someone. If she is ever in public, she can be found wearing the full set of Shrouded Armor, the official armor of the Dark Brotherhood.
Items: Illiana can be found with a quiver full of Dwarven Arrows, accompanied by a Steel Bow. An Orcish Dagger, which she has used since she was a child, is regularly sheathed in her belt. It's blade it somewhat blunt, making it slightly less effective then the day it was first created. She never leaves home without her sleeping bag or her potion bag, which has 2 potions of healing, 3 potions of minor healing and 2 stamina potions.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Illiana is an outstanding archer, especially at long range. She isn't extremely skilled at close quarters combat, but does know how to use a dagger somewhat effectively. Although she is good at picking locks, she is quite unable to pickpocket. She is so used to sneaking, that when she isn't sneaking, she can't sprint, so it's hard to get around on foot. Skills: (In order of Best-Worst) Archery, Sneak, One-Handed, Light Armor, Lockpicking
Personality: Illiana is a very outgoing person, and will always speak her mind. This causes her to seem quite obnoxious as she can interrupt people quite frequently, but she has good intentions. She's a very smart person, and also quite cunning, so it isn't hard for her to change peoples minds and persuade them to do what she wants.
Biography: Illiana was born in Woodhearth, a city in the province of Valenwood. Woodhearth is located in the South-West corner of Woodhearth, which is located in the South-West corner of Tamriel. Her father was a member of the Gladitorial team 'The Nomads'. As a result of this, Illiana had been trained from a young age to use a dagger for close combat. On her 5th birthday, her mother, a thief, gave her an Orcish Dagger, which she had recieved from her mother.
One of Illiana's closest friends, Timothia, was an archer like many Wood-Elves. One day when Illiana was with Timothia, she saw him using a bow, and immediately thought it'd be something she'd love. She asked if she could use it, and as soon as she held it in her hands, she knew this was the correct weapon for her. After a while, she became so engrossed in archery that she was better at it then she was with a dagger.
When Illiana was 14, and her and Timothia were talking, Timothia revealed that he had heard about the Dragonborns, and wanted to learn more. He told her the best way to learn about it was to talk to the monks of High Hrothgar. He was leaving for Skyrim, and was saying his goodbyes. Illiana didn't want to be seperated from him though. Although she was young, she decided she wanted to go with him.
They arrived in Skyrim when Illiana was 15. On the way up the Throat of the World, Timothia got severely injured by a Frost Troll. Illiana immediately tended to him the best she could, and then rushed him to the closest town, Whiterun. (I know technically Riften is closer because of the 'entrance' to the mountain, but Whiterun is still closer and I'm sure there's a way to get on/off the mountain closer to Whiterun).
There, while Timothia was being treated, Illiana heard about the Dark Brotherhood. She had become extremely good at archery and stealth, and enjoyed the company of others, especially fighting. She knew that the Dark Brotherhood was exactly where she wanted to be. She said goodbye to Timothia, and then left for Falkreath.
It wasn't easy to get into the Dark Brotherhood, as they are a fairly exclusive club and usually only allow people to be accepted by invite. By the time she was 17, she had been accepted.
Currently, at the age of 19, she is a very skilled archer, who knew the ways of stealth nearly as much as the founders of the Thieve's Guild. (Not a typo)

Milos:
When Milos got to the campfire he had seen, he was beheld by a very surprised looking Annika. Milos crouched down to the fire, partially grateful for the warmth but really looking for a log or a torch, he then realised who's camp it was and said "Annika! What a coincidence-" Milos spotted a flume of red out of the corner of his eye, most likely M'nari taking heed of his suggestion, "er... no time to chat!" Milos said. He grabbed one of Annika's torches and lit it in the campfire. Before sprinting back to the fight, sword in his right hand, torch in the other.
The troll let out a great roar of pain as the flames licked its body. The burns caused refused to close up properly. Still on fire, the troll continued to be weakened by the sparks M'nari casted, but found the energy to charge at M'nari and attack her with a powerful swing of the right arm.

Male frowned, he had heard of the Black Briar Meadery, but this character seemed too much like a criminal to just be transporting. But he had a responsibility, whether he like it or not, to make money or him and his crew, he would have to take that job.
"We'll do it, but I want a chance to inspect the cargo, we will be opening every single crate or barrel, and we will be checking it. If I find anything illegal it will cost you extra, if you declare it now, it won't" Malen doubted the threat of it costing extra would faze him, but he doubted they would want him rummaging around in the mead, "that," he declared, "or I'll need something as collateral. You say." A smile crept onto Malen's face as he thought about his own deviousness. He was definitely getting the hang of dealing with criminals.

((Bleh, may as well post it here, so everyone else can see too. I just didn't want the OOC, but I guess I've got other things to add now too. So I'm in Wellington, which is +13. On top of that, will all night antics in Winterhold be wrapped up soon-ish? Cos Detaeg's immobile till then, seeing as he's currently in the act of seducing a poor Nord girl, and the rules prevent me from getting into that :tongue.gif:))

BAM!
Blood, dark reality.
This happened so fast, M'nari couldn't even react. The tome was lying on the ground near her, she was lying herself on the snow, somehow in one piece with slight scratches. That *******...
M'nari decided to discharge her power. Without the tome in hands, lying on ground, the only option is to get up and discharge the power from both hands.
Sparks in one, fire in other. The troll would get a nice haircut...
M'nari should have checked herself for injuries maybe, but for this time she was looking desperate and dramatic: especially when she was bleeding from her mouth.
Bleeding? Oh no...
M'nari covered her mouth to stop bleeding, as vampires don't regain blood. She was shooting the troll with one hand, hoping her bleeding to stop soon. In worst case, she would have to ask Milos to donate again...

((We'll, wrap up Winterhold when Malen and Toniadus are done negotiating, which should be soon.))
Toniadus:
The smirk lowered into an evident frown on Toniadus' face. "Good captain. I am offended at the assumption that I would be some illegal trafficker, but I understand your reservations. My client was assured that none of the crates would be opened. It stops tampering, you see. Many are... envious of Black-Briar quality and would like to see the company ruined." Toniadus said, "Needless to say, if any of the crates were opened, I would be ruined."
Toniadus sighed at the captain's stubbornness. "I suppose I will have to accompany the cargo for, as you say, collateral. I suppose it will be beneficial for security, I would be aware of any mistreatment of my cargo... and if that were to happen, well..." Toniadus raised his hand to inspect his fingernails, the tiniest red spark was emitted from his hand and danced on the deck before extinguishing, all in the space of a second "...Anything could happen at sea".
Milos:
Milos was running as fast as he could, couldn't join the fight again in time to see M'nari take a couple of hits. Milos winced when the blows landed and sent M'nari to the ground.
Milos managed to interrupt the troll's attempt at slamming down on M'nari with both fists by hitting him on the side with his torch. The torch did no more damage than hitting anything with a padded stick would do, but it did ignite more of his body. It seemed the fire that the two were using were effective against this troll, as the rumours promised. Milos, while he had the initiative, slashed the back of the troll's leg and its back before hitting its back with the torch to ignite more fur.
The troll was much more visibly weak now. It was struggling to attack and it wasn't regenerating properly.

M'nari kicked the troll with her leg and used it to jump away. She was far enough from the obviously weakened troll....
Hey, she has great swords!
M'nari nearly hit herself as she remembered about her weapons. Her magicka was low, so she doesn't have any time to waste. Swords in hands, both stabbed the troll.
One of them was full of blood, the second one was literally driniking it. M'nari stopped bleeding, she felt herself renewed.
[I would be glad to. :3 And... It was a creepy face. Guessing it was his old picture, and only some of us could still see it, but... He gave us a fix for it, that changed it to the K for us, as well. Thank god. :tongue.gif: ]
[EDIT: Dr_Genius... Since I kind of turned Tore into one of Malen's sailors, you can take control of him as needed, and take him on your voyage with you. He's fulfilled his role with Annika, seeing as her main goal has been diverged from.]

"I understand about the quality, that's why I offered you the alternative," Malen told Toniadus, "and don't worry, my crew know I would throw them into the freezing sea if they disobeyed a direct order, and I'll make sure to tell them all to handle them with care, and not touch them at all unless Steven or myself are watching over them. You have my word. Now, you may rest at the inn," he called to the brawny sailor, "take sir Toniadus to the shore," he added particular emphasis to the sir, indicating that the sailor should treat him with respect. "Good day Toniadus, I shall see you again in the morning.
Once again he moved down below decks to his hammock hoping to get some sleep finally, he fell asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow and began dreaming of a disastrous trip with Toniadus, the cargo was illegal and he and his crew were arrested and thrown into jail to rot. The dream was not comforting.

((Dr_Genius, I know its hard to believe, but the reason they keep English compulsory so far into high school (in Australia at least) is because by year 11, there are still people about as literate as the app I had responded to just now. You are an exception, like many.))
Tonadius:
Tonadius smiled and nodded respectfully at Malen. "Thank you, sir" he said as he was escorted from the vessel and back onto shore. So far, so good He thought to himself.
The night was uneventful for him, however stress had made him sleep restlessly of late.
Milos:
The troll in front of them whined a final, painful, whimper before the last of its lifeforce was drained into M'nari's swords. The creature lifelessly slumped onto its knees and then onto its back, still smouldering in the dark snow, its blood oozing over the ground. Milos was breathing heavily with all of the running and fighting. He wiped his blade clean and sheathed it before saying to M'nari "Sorry about that.... Heh, ironic, with you gone so long I thought you had run into trouble." Milos smiled a bit "But then I had to go and bring you a big, troll-sized chunk of it".
It was late and Milos was cold, he would like nothing better then to get some sleep about now. "Can you walk?" Milos asked. It seemed that she could with those strange swords of hers.
Milos returned Annika's torch, thanking her for it and explaining the situation as 'troll troubles'. Under the light of a candlelight spell, Milos made his way back to the college with M'nari and found a place to sleep.
((Aaaaaand, that concludes the night's activity from me folks. Timeskip to the next morning if you like, but for now, goodnight!))

Lugon awoke in his bed at the Bannered Mare in Whiterun. He opened his eyes, and immediately felt as though everything was twisting and swirling, like he was on... on a boat? "Gack!" he yelled, getting up quickly and running to the window. Outside, he had a beutiful view, which he often stared at. The vines were so bright and green. However, it was not very entertaining, considering it was east wall of Whiterun. Everything was fine, he concluded
He sighed. Another day. Just one day away from home. He kept telling himself this, but in his heart, he knew it was not true. He would always be here, in this wretched excuse for an Imperial city. Just then, a thought occurred to him. What if he continued to serve the Imperial Legion, even here in Skyrim? He couldn't believe he had never though of it before. He felt overjoyed at the prospect. For six years, he thought his life was hopeless. Now, it was clear that was not true.
Lugon quickly got dressed, putting on his shirt, pants, belt, and a pair of tight-fitting shoes. He put his small hunting knife in it's sheath and swung the longbow across his back, along with his quiver full of arrows. He set out on his long journey to Solitude, not looking back at his previous home.

~Fenrir Nonas, leader of the Nonas Guard (Damned traitors...)
M'nari wasn't tired, she didn't need to sleep. Troll had lots of power, M'nari felt it.
She would spent all the night awake or...
M'nari suddenly realised that the sword isn't perfect. It needs to expand her energy, not refill. M'nari should be able to collect it so she won't have to sleep. She won't suffer from recent events she would be immortal, she would discharge enormous power...
...Insane, huh?
M'nari yawned loudly as she walked into her room. That orc isn't getting the book now, M'nari wasted too much time to get it. She looked over it, already inhesitant to read it contents. Maybe at the morning, so her mind would be ready? Just a little peek...
M'nari opened the book to look through it contents. It was about some scooma recepies and how to cook beef. Strange.
M'nari was becoming angrier as she realised that the book didn't contain any daedric knowledge. She has nearly closed it, when suddenly something weird happened.
The book rose from table and opened on a page in the middle. A swirling vortex appeared from it, causing M'nari to shiver in fear. She started feeling rather weird, wearily and excited at the same time. She suddenly realised that the book was dragging her. Not her body, no, it was sitting on the chair, staring at the book. Her mind and soul. M'nari didn't saw it, she felt that she is going inside the book and didn't even tried to resist. What's the point? Curiosity is unstoppable.
Some time later M'nari realised herself in a pure void. She didn't feel any particular fear, disgust... Cold or warm. No. Just curiosity and surprise.
She spent some time floating there, thinking about what would happen next. Straight thoughts were giving different outcomes when suddenly the voice boomed "Mortal. Why did you want to see me?"
"Who are you?" asked M'nari prepearing for worst.
"I am the daedric prince of knowledge and memory. My name is..."
"Herasmus Mora" M'nari guessed, and guessed correctly
"Hah, smartie. So, what's your buisness?" the prince asked. And M'nari told her tale...
Her body was lying on the table. The book was floating in the air.
Anyone who enters it would minimaly get pissed off.
But would anyone enter?
((It would be fun to someone see M'nari lying on table in coma with the tome in front of her, someone do this!))

Bleeding? Oh no...
M'nari covered her mouth to stop bleeding, as vampires don't regain blood. She was shooting the troll with one hand, hoping her bleeding to stop soon. In worst case, she would have to ask Milos to donate again...

I can't see the face, F5 doesn't work on Mac (FFFUUUUUU). I've talked about some FUN with Mutton, it's gonna be FUN. And fun.))
((ace719: Pass grade 11 English and try again.))
((KROME_Rainbow: That's a better biography, you're accepted. Start when you want to.))
((What face, is it the zombify yourself ad? I've only got a grey 'K' for Krome's avatar.))
((Hmm... that's a bit close for the night shift, Genius and Moar, I may bestow mod powers to you anyway. We'll see.))
((Feokris, your timezone seems to be inverted enough to mine. Would you mind being a mod? It'll mostly be resolving disputes and application approval duty.))
((Drnight, to be blunt, I don't care if Detaeg goes through the Kama Sutra with that Nord. I just don't want it in a post. Hinting like he did is just fine though.))

The lifeleak to stone. The powerleak to body.
Two shortswords of doom in action.
[EDIT: Dr_Genius... Since I kind of turned Tore into one of Malen's sailors, you can take control of him as needed, and take him on your voyage with you. He's fulfilled his role with Annika, seeing as her main goal has been diverged from.]

((You have to pass year 11 English? I'm only in year 9 this (2012/the new one) year. Oops.
And I don't know what's so creepy about the face. It's just random. Want to know something creepy? I'm under your bed.))
((IF ANYONE WAKES MALEN UP, I SWEAR HE WILL CUT YOU.))
