Raxis stood up, blade fully sharpened. He was on his way out past the vendor when he heard some intresting words. "Got some talk about corruption and tainted creatures or something, I don't know. As long as they fall by my club I'm fine with fighting them." " Why hell there fellow goblin, you talk of creatures? and along that you talk of money"? " Tell me how much would such a job pay"?
** Just sayan, you can't sharpen a blade with a rock. But whatever. **
Looking to both of them, he nodded. "Lots of money, I don't know. You kill a few, rake in cash. Some higher ups have been getting a damn good supply of gold, they're handing out tokens like crazy to anyone who helps them.
** Whet stone = not laying everywhere. And Cyan, why not give us a brief description of a human character you can control until more people apply for corrupted characters? Like, an NPC we can fight/befriend? **
"You don't. When the army leaves you leave, I suppose." Skull looked at him, shrugging innocently.
"Heh, in that case, I guess I'll be joining that then. It's a good thing I'm an arms merchant, eh?" John put on some simple leather armour atop his clothes and grabbed a katana.
"I guess I'm ready. How 'bout you? Need some armour? I think I have goblin-sized armour."

I'm always happy just 'cause there isn't a reason to be sad.
Don't take this as there is nothing that could cause sadness. I just mean it's pointless to dwell on it. I mean, depression is so boring.
"Not really. Armor can't do much against a sword, not the flimsy rubbish people try to force on me anyway. No offense to your wares though, I just don't care. If I'm hacked by a sword I'm hacked by a sword, no armor will save me from that." Skull preaches to the man, looking casually to the sky again. He watches the blazing sun slowly dancing with the clouds.
** EDIT: Of course Neilsaur would go for that position. ;P What's that, three evil characters now? Daaaayum. You've got three stories, this one, and Chivalry. wtfbrosky. **
Bear with me if I'm rusty at my Roleplaying skills, I've not done one in at least a year. But this caught my eye and I thought I might as well.
Age: (Not entirely sure how long Atramentar live, I guess I didn't notice and/or check the first post, so let's just say he's very old for an Atramentar. If you'd be so kind as to give me a number, I can be more specific.)
Appearance: Gar'Kuth resembles a wicked, demented version of Cthulhu in the way that he resembles a crazed dragon-octopus man. Specifics are that he has dragon wings, slightly larger than his body when extended, growing from between his shoulderblades. He has large, four-fingered hands that resemble claws of a dragon; three opposing a shorter, thicker thumb. All have three-inch claws on them, which are very sharp. His feet are much the same, except larger and have thicker joints, and the claws are flat on the bottom. His spine, what remains of it, is rather hunched, though it does not hamper him much. His eyes glow in darkness, seeming to flare up now and then. His outer covering of skin is a darker green; beneath, the living, tainted layers are brighter green and have golden-colored blood flowing through them. His skin contains a strong, resin-like substance that resists physical and magical attack to a limited extent.
He is muscled for his age.
Equipment:(Put clothes here, as well as weapons) He wears nothing but a simple very dark green cloak, with large shoulder-plates and fire embroidery, colored red. Carries a walking-stick at all times, an ancient artifact. The staff has a simple knobble of wood at one end and a small, seven-inch blade that splits thrice at the other. Has an ancient presence about it. It belongs in his hands alone; the benefits it bestows upon him do not work for any other that has tried. He is far from weak in melee combat, as well; easily able to overpower any lesser being that does not fall prey to his mind and magic.
Personality:(What is your character like?) Has a very, very long attention span and is very patient, if irritable in the extreme. Will defend any of his brethren second to defending only Ahtren. Does not crave power; content with where he stands, wherever that might be, in Ahtren's eyes. Seeks only to further his kind's goals. Acts as a sort of mentor for the magickal cast of the Band.
Bio/History:(Your characters story) Formerly known as the human Gritzky Surdat, he grew up with knowledge, not wealth, surrounding him. His father was a librarian and scholar, and his mother was a scientist. He learned a lot and by age 13, he knew as much as he needed to live in the regular world. However, his parents never spoke about the Necro'Tyr.
He felt the pulse of something powerful, and followed it to the Necro'Tyr and Ahtren. It's power subversively turned Grtizky into a Necrothemian, and he fully joined their cause a short while later. During the first wars, he rose in status, and eventually became an Atramentar when Cthulhu possessed him for a few moments, late at night.
During the events of the first war, he was traumatized at killing his own parents. By now, he was very high ranked, but he now tried to desert. His attempt failed before it could start, however, because the Necro'Tyr ensnared him. It reasoned that his family, while teaching him, were never kind to him.
Now very old, almost all of the Warband's members are younger than him. Ahtren promised him power, but that is no longer the reason he follows the Warband; his sole reason in life is to unlock the secrets of nature; magics of forgotten races and scholar's works on the nature of magic. He follows the Warband as their scholar, slowly growing into something out of nightmares. He mastered the darkest of magics available to him in the Warband. He now stalks the lands, wielding evil magics that are long-since forgotten.
Anything to add? His staff amplifies his magical strength based on anger; the angrier he gets, the more powerful he is to an extent of about one and a half times the normal energies. Also, the Staff will pulse darker and darker, and aquire a halo of dark energies around it, except for the knobble; there, the glow fades from black to a deep, violent red color.
Hey, get over here willya?
Apologies if I forgot something, and/or missed something, I've had a very trying day and this took a while to write, long enough that I forgot a few details.
EDIT: Thanks for telling me about the bio, I do tend to leave a bit out.
Appearance: Nimikaleen would be a fantastically beautiful woman if it weren't for her mutated aspects. Her face is mostly intact. She has soft green eyes, a slim nose, a small mouth, and flowing black hair that falls below her waist. However, because of her relations to the Necro'tyr, her skin has been turned to a muddled red color, and a long, menacing tattoo of Ahtren himself down her neck and just above her breast. She has a forked tongue that flicks out like a snake. One of her hands is a large claw, built to shred and tear. The other seems normal. Two long spikes come out of her shoulder blades, pointing towards the sky. Her legs are spiked along the front, pointing upwards. She has small, demonic wings on her ankles, like the roman messenger god. This allows her to fly for short periods of time. Even with all these mutations, she is still quite a beauty.
Equipment: Nimikaleen doesn't wear much. An steel plated top that covers her chest and leaves her stomach bear, and a skirt made of only belts that doesn't even fall to her knees. She is shoeless, as her wings would tear if she actually wore shoes. She has a katana, which she wields with her natural hand, and she carries her sheath in her belt-skirt. Sometimes, while fighting, she wields the sheath in her mouth to use as an extra weapon. She carries a small vial of poison, to dip her claws into.
Personality: Nimikaleen is flirty and mocking, and she loves to tease. For her origins, she is grinning all the time and seems strangely happy. She is an odd sight among the grim, demonic beasts in the army, but she shouldn't be underestimated. She is just as powerful, if not more so, than many of them. She enjoys using her flirty personality to get things out of men, whether it be power or wealth. She is manipulative and persuading. When it gets down to it, though, she always has a dark state of mind.
Bio/History: Nimakaleen, as a young girl, was always called cute, but... Different. Even at six, she dreamed of marrying a rich man and using his power to bend people to do her every whim. Her parents thought this would just be a phase, but she kept her dream. She just kept it a secret as she got older. She also got much, much more beautiful as a woman, attracting men from across the town. She knew she could use this to her advantage, to use rich and powerful men. She became flirtatious and teasing, always for the men who had money or power.
She married a man she hated, but the man had wealth. She killed him, and framed one of his servants. She inherited all his money, and had a large fortune to deal with. This kept her satisfied and thrilled for a few years, until she heard the rumors about Ahtren. She liked the idea of being 'all powerful' and found herself within his armies, cutting down her former 'friends' and family. She went along with the scheme, to possible overthrow the demi-god who owns the stone now.
However, once she started mutating, her mind started to change. She still liked power, sure, but she had no views of taking the stone. The stone was her savior, the stone was what kept her alive. She swore her life to the stone and Ahtren, becoming a true Atramentar. She hungers for power over the human realm now, to take a powerful nation and crush everybody into becoming her slave.
Her mutations weren't overly affecting on her, however, because she still kept her overall attitude and good looks. She good still lure even humans into her trap, as she was still incredibly beautiful. Standing out as an Atramentar, she is quite high ranked.
Anything to add: A spot where you can list all the characters and who can play them in the OP.
Also, to the guy who applied above me, focus more on your biography. The forums here heavily focus on the biography as your 'proving grounds', so a short one won't really cut it.
EDIT: Anyways, ignore the grammatical errors if there are any. I've been putting off joining for a long time and decided to make an app quickly, though it is really late.
(( Thinkin' of joining but I have a question. Can I create my own race? None of the current races really interest me. ))
(( Oh, and I'm not sure if anyone has already suggested something similar, or if an explanation has already been established, but maybe Absolete's character has green skin because he's one of the few Goblins who has spent years on the surface? ))
(( Gerath, that was great, but the only thing need to see more of is your bio. just make it 2-3 paragraphs and your set. Neil, you're accepted, great work. Hug, yes, of course you can. I admit I was having trouble coming up with these races, so if you have a viable option in mind, go for it.))
