Can we break down the known offensive spells into elements?
and resting seems like a good idea.
Just did. But incinerate and Quake are the only two you know right now that are elemented.
[You decide to rest. but soon you awake with a young woman watching over you]
"I saw that fight. Are you a wizard?"
[You nod yes.]
"You look hurt, do you want me to take you to my village?"
"Alright"
You can chat with her on the way there.
Normally these things take forever due to lack of updates by the Narrator. But here its lack of actions that make it take forever :tongue.gif:
"Oh, where are my manners? My name is Amelia, I'm a guard at Montrow. So whats your name?"
"About that, I honestly can't remember."
"Really? I've heard of a few spells that can do that."
I'm gonna wait for 1 or 2 comments before they arrive at Montrow.
How about we just skip to the part where we get to the village, or an encounter on the way to said villlage?
There isn't really anything to do here other than make illogical suggestions.
Alright.
[Amelia gives you a tour of Montrow. Including the locations of the market place, the inn, and the barracks.]
"Here's some cash you can use to spend a night at the inn."
[You receive 25 Gold.]
"Thanks"
Almost every town has an Inn, renting a room will allow you to restore your stats. For a price of 25 gold.
"If you want some real spending money then you should go see the captain of the guard. He might have a suitable job for someone of your talents.
You can either see what stores are in the marketplace.
Or you can go talk to the guard captain.
Or go rest at the Inn.
This is where it'll all start to get interesting :3
Rest at in, then shop, then captain, most logical. Will edit soon.
Edit:
1) Go rest at the inn to regain your strength, your no good to anybody while your hurt.
2) Go to the captain (I didn't think a little bit ago) about something that can get us a small amount of money.
3) Earn the money then see whats at the shop.
4) Buy what "I" choose to buy.
5) Talk to the captain about other jobs he may have for "me".

I like pie. The answer to Life, The Universe, and Everything Else, is 42. That's a very nice Flying Ssssspaghetti Monssssster monument you have there, it would be a ssssshame if sssssomthing were to happen to it. Sssss . . ..
Gonna go ahead and continue on, but still feel free to post any suggestions for stores.
[You head to the barracks and speak with the guard captain.]
"Hello"
"Greetings to ya!, Amelia told me about you. Lookin for some work I take it?"
"Yeah that sums it up pretty well"
"Alrighty then, there is a goblin camp up by the lake northeast of here. They be attacking us time to time with small skirmishes. It's no big deal, but its something we could all do better without. So, if you take out the goblin camp I will pay you 1000 gold. And you get to keep whatever loot ye find at the camp."
"So you expect me to take them out by myself?"
"Amelia told me your a wizard, them goblins won't stand a chance! So what'ya say?"
"Alright"
[You trek towards the goblin camp there appears to be a measly 3 goblins there.]
Physical Equipment (Less powerful then Magic version, but also less costly.)

What, no alchemist?
That too!
Alchemist should have potions and different metals/rocks. Magic gold being one of the most pricey things.

The Doctor is already there, and the memory loss is part of the story.
Spells are discovered by using the right word, not by purchasing them.
Physical equipment is basically the blacksmith
The potions would be an Apocethary. But otherwise I don't see what an Alchemist could do that an enchanter couldn't.
I always pictured enchanters as people who attached spells to objects, and alchemists as people who mess with the composition of the objects themselves.
Its your story though.

and an alchemist would sell potions of course!
Or maybe they would transmute items/loot you find into other things for a small fee.

[You find that the goblins are alive, gee helpful. But you find out that one of them is drunk]
Wouldn't have to be as complex as a crafting system, unless you wanted it to.
