** Let's hope Qualien can think up a remedy or some sort of concoction that keeps me stable, eh? *
Bleu was stabilizing, barely. He could barely breath, his lungs working overtime to supply him oxygen. He grabbed his chest, scratching and clawing at it in panic. He scratched so hard that there was scales coming off, in what would be a permanent scar. Soil, as well as the tree he lay against, was scratched to hell. He thrashed and bashed, elbowing and kneeing anything he saw. The upturned dirt covered his legs and body.
(Okay, I guess AYF isn't going to do anything.. ._.')
I carried myself through the shrubs and around the trunks, weaving around until I saw a large figure just ahead of me, and a smaller one huddled against a tree. Bleu seemed to be having some sort of a heart attack! I stopped immediately and reached for my bag, which was replaced with a whole lot of air. "Oh crap!" I darted my eyes left and right, searching for some sort of plant that would help. I swiped furiously at some leaves and flowers, and mixed them together furiously, tearing them to bits, and shuffling them up. I didn't have anything to help dilute the mixture into an easily digestible substance, so I had to spit in it. Hopefully, the shoddy cure would help him with his troubles. *Makeshift Healing 'Salad' Acquired*
Dracul tilted his head in curiosity when the Draken started writhing around in pain. "What is wrong with you? I did not mean to kill you. But it sure does look like you are dying right now," he growled. The feline-looking man ran up, heading towards the Draken. Confused, he stood back.
I carefully held the slightly sickening substance (Alliteration much?) I created as I darted over to Bleu. I lightly forced open his mouth and scooped the contents of my hand directly into it. "Swallow, and please don't choke on it!" I propped him up a little on the tree, and readied myself in case I needed to force out the medicine.
I glared up at the dragon. He was really pissing me off at this point, and my fear from earlier became bravery. Stupid, foolish bravery. "Well then, if you know what you're doing, fix him! Other wise, shut up and let me focus, or he may as well die." I turned back to Bleu, watching his movements for a sign that the Whatever-I-Fed-Him was working.
Dracul narrowed his eyes, set off by the cheeky behavior. He had never been addressed in such a manner by anyone in his 1900 years of living, and these two were the first to give him attitude like this, talking back. "Hm. Interesting. I shall see what you do then," Dracul growled, accidentally letting out a bit of his frosty breath, causing an over-hainging tree right under him to turn rigid with frost.
Bleu shuddered once more, a convulsion heading through him. It started as only his head bumping forward, but silently moved down his body in a wave, making his body rise forward. He fell onto the tree, his head bumping him out of his creeping sleep, and he clawed his chest again, even though his breathing was steady and slow, recovering. The Draken's body was toughened enough to resist most of the sedative, but it had a loose enough grip to relieve his panic and induce him into a slight lull. He smiled at the duo, not quite grasping the situation. His brain was a bit altered in by the side effects of a mistaken plant that the Nekkri had grabbed in his panic. Nothing serious, only making him a bit silly. Reptilian skin shining in the noon sun, light crept through the forest canopy onto his belly. He chuckled childishly, pointing at the dragon and saying, "You're crazy, dragon... I'm not a potato, YOU'RE A POTATO!" exclaimed the Draken, his pointer directed at the dragon. He fell back to the tree, and stared at his sword.
Before the child could even respond, Bleu blurted out, "You're insane! I'm not even insane, I just like to have fun, you don't know what you'r-" Bleu stopped, thinking of what to say. He had completely forgotten the subject. "What's the topic, again?" Scratching his head, he started playing with his sword, pushing piles of dirt back and forth.
(Haha, Portal 2 reference? Also, 69. XD)
"Uhh, wow. I must have used a bit too much null-root.. At least you aren't a potato! Haha.." It was about time for a laugh, seeing as somebody almost died. It was awkward, but uplifting none the less. I examined the area where he ripped himself nearly open, judging the severity of each scratch. I lifted myself from my knees and started back off for my bag. "Make sure he doesn't do anything stupid. And please, try not to kill him if he gets too annoying."
** I really want to start another RP, I just had an idea. It's like, called Infinium or something, and it's a mineral used as fuel, and is in huge, massive deposits, hence the name. The characters would run into a problem with it of some sort. You think I should start that? Or just keep this and learn more about RPing in these forums."
Bleu got up quickly, turning around and shoving his rear end at the dragon. He ignored the Nekkri as he examined his chest. "I got a tail, too. Mine's better, dragon. What can yours do? Mine can do... stuff." He wagged his bottom at the dragon, even though he had no tail. Bleu foolishly danced, acting as if he was showing off his tail. Of course, he didn't fully grasp he could be wounded severely again by the dragon's might, and he didn't want to try to grasp it. He was having fun as is, seeing swirling colors and twirling around giddily. He looked at the child. "What's your name, buddy?" Bleu stopped wagging his imaginary tail and walked over to him. "I like your face. You look like my dad, except he's just lizard DNA."
(It's really up to what you want. If you do make another RP, I'd gladly join it.)
"Or you could come with me to get my things.. Well, I guess this ends our encounter, Dragon! Unless you want to accompany us?" I honestly doubted that anybody would want to stick around with some intoxicated lizard and a cat boy. But, I never knew, so I might as well have asked him.
((Mm, I would not recommend you to start yet another RP so soon. People would just think you are spamming. Unless this RP becomes established enough, or dies off, whichever one comes first. I did so, after I've gotten in about 100 pages on my first RP. And I only created my second one, to make a whole new type of RP, completely different then my old one.))
Dracul rolled his eyes. When the Draken turned his back to him, Dracul pushed him over with his tail, causing the Draken to fall onto his face.
** Alright. I won't, then. I need to write that RP down though, it's a good idea. Or atleast I think so. Eh, is my humor dry? I suck with being funny. *
Bleu was tripped, his back stinging from the blow. He didn't mind, though. He stayed on the ground, just enjoying the view of a small ant hill. A tiny colony was built, and ants marched along in the dirt, carrying various items on their minuscule backs. He clapped, "Bravo! Amazing, you little buggers. Not even one hundredth of my... what? Oh, you weren't talking. One hundredth of my size." He stopped, staring at one bug. It was a beetle, intruding in the small workspace outside of the colony's entrance. "HEY, GET OUT OF HERE YOU MONSTER, DON'T TOUCH MY ANTS!" He stomped the whole area... including the beloved ants. Peering down, nothing stirred. A tear rolled out of his large right eye. "I killed them... all of them... They were just getting used to me being their leader..."
I sighed loudly at the fairly pathetic sight. At this point, it was just stupid. Not even a joker like me would find this humorous. "Just.. Just watch him." I darted back towards the village to get my bag, hoping Bleu didn't do something that would probably get him killed.
Yet again on his knees, Bleu was slowly recovering a bit. Getting off the pebbles and rocks, he focused intensely on forming correct sentences. "I hope that root was a mistake, I couldn't control myself... I apologize for anything I did, dragon. I didn't have a full grasp of the... wait..." He shuddered, tripping a bit over his own still legs. Recovering, he spoke again. "I didn't understand the situation. It was like... my head was a river that was just flooded with mud and pollution."
