Bleu fell over, hitting his shoulder in a rough patch. "Damnit, dragon. I just said I wasn't loopy any more, why'd you do that?" He brushed himself off, frowning at the giant reptile. "What's your name, anyhow?"
(Gotta go to bed. Cya!)
I took a moment to regain my sense of direction when I re-entered the village, and had no trouble finding my things. Luckily enough, it seemed that the townspeople were too busy putting out the flames that have spread onto another house while I was gone. I slung the bag over my shoulder and began walking back to the spot where I had left Bleu and the dragon.
Bleu looked at the Nekkri, nodding, then back to the dragon. "Bleuregard Sweeney. Bleu is fine." He reached into his pack, stitched into his clothing, and ripped out another package of hard biscuits, throwing it all into his mouth. Bleu chomped twice, then swallowed. It was amazing how big his mouth was fully opened.
Dracul nodded. "Interesting. Hm. Quite interesting. The way you two are, that is," Dracul muttered. He looked to the side, to see a little child stare at him in horror. "Err... just a thought, but I think we should get out of here quite soon. These villagers won't take me too well. And once they have the audacity to rise against me, I'll have to kill them all. So shall we leave?" Dracul offered.
((As you can see, Dracul is a very intimidating character, and is very harsh in the beginning, but once he gets to properly know someone, and if he sees them as respectable, which is quite rare, he'll be a bit friendlier. But he still has the short temper. So yeah. :smile.gif: ))
** I like the dragon, he makes Bleu have a sense of humor. Haha. *
Bleu nodded. "I'm sure word would spread, too. Seeing as I'm the only figure talked about around these parts that goes around stabbing people. Only bad people, though. People just don't understand." He grinned. Mostly he killed who he saw fit to kill, and didn't really care, as long as it came out good for him. His nice personality wasn't so nice when it came to death.
Dracul scoffed. "Whatever you say. Now, let's get out of here," Dracul replied, noticing the heads of villagers turn his way every now and then. It was noticeable that he set everyone on edge, especially since dragons didn't roam around like this, unless if they were intent on destruction.
** I hope he doesn't mind if I control his character a little, no talking, just him complying with our movements. Sorry in advance, I just want to hurry RP before bedtime. I don't think he'd argue, though. So. *
Bleu and the Nekkri both nodded, agreeing. They let the dragon take the lead. "So... where exactly are we headed to? I suppose we have to go to Glens, for the Nekkri's package." The child agreed. Bleu set off in the direction of the town. Or atleast what he thought was the direction of the town.
Dracul nodded. "Alright. You guys go have fun in town, I'll be outside, in the forest. They're starting to get nervous," Dracul said over a scream, and some shouts of men.
(XP You couldn't have checked my character sheet? Oh, and it's two ts.)
I looked at my map again and re-positioned myself to get my bearings. I saw Bleu heading off to the east. Apparently, he didn't have the best sense of direction. "Uh, Bleu? We're going south to Glens." I pointed to the correct direction, and raised my other hand to my forehead before continuing through the forest.
** I'ma do this, then. Oh, and because I'm a total rebel, I went ahead and started Infinyite, if not for now, for later. viewtopic.php?f=1018&t=349854 *
After several minutes of walking, about half an hour, and a small bit of discussion over the village raid, a screech swings across the forest. A sudden rush of birds flutter away from the overhanging leaves, and Bleu ducked slightly at the onward rush of birds also flying towards their group. Something appears to have scared them enough to make them rush away instantly. Of course after that being said, a mound of dirt explodes into the air, not meters away, and an earth worm exploded into the air, flying. It hovered in the air right above them, until falling down into a new hole, crashing and destroying the nature around it. Trees collapsed onto eachother, creating a scene of utter chaos. The worm had a diameter of a car, and the length of a small house. The sudden appearance left a wake of destruction among them in an instant.
(Oh geez! I hate worm creatures..)
"Aaahhh! Holy crap!" My scream could have been heard for half a mile, I was so terrified! I had to deal with these things back at home, but we never encountered something so big! The darn things always terrified me, jumping out from the ground like a frog that resembles a giant worm that loves to devour the flesh of smaller animals. At least where I reside, the damn things were only about a meter long. I dove behind a tree, and began to climb it like a frog that resembles a small nekkri boy who's been scared like crazy! I dug my claws into the tree paw by paw until I was at least five meters off the ground. At that point, I simply clung to the strongest branch and prayed.
Bleu frowned, "Get down from there, cat child." he growled, before taking out his sword and raising it, assuming a battle stance. He peered into the hole several feet away from him. It lead straight down, and curved back to where the worm had originally come out from. An idea occurred. He jumped into the hole, his Draken eyes somewhat resistant to darkness, and slid down the mud. The reptile hoped to follow the worm, and attack it from behind. Sprinting through the hole, he saw almost nothing. Thankfully his eyesight bestowed a slight sight upon him, and he could see the worm was not far. It wasn't particularly speedy, but was cunning. It was going to circle them, trapping them and wearing them out with it's jumping. It emerged from the hole he first made again just as he was upon it, slashing down. A cut tore down into it's backside, and Bleu was flung forward as it flew out of the hole. He tugged and pulled at the sword, trying to get out of it's tough, jelly-like skin before he was shoved into the ground.
