As Boris holds off the Knight's attack, Bone clashing against the massive warhammer, Jack takes the opportunity to load another heavy bolt into the crossbow, ducking in close enough to render the Knight's shield ineffective at blocking the incoming attack as he releases the bolt into the Knight's torso. Beginning to load another bolt, he maneuvers his way behind the Knight as Boris moves to strike at the behemoth's knee, quickly scanning his back for anything that would look like a thin, open, weakened, or otherwise vulnerable section in the Knight's armor.

"Against all the evil that Hell can conjure, all the wickedness that mankind can produce; We will send unto them... only you."

"Yes-yes, she most definitely is!" Revel confirms; "And please, feel free to get as excited as you want. That's what we're here for after all!"
"Let us be entertained!" He calls out to the crowd, who respond with a deafening roar of approval. While they yell out to agree with Revel, the arena - which was becoming darker as the sun begins to set - is suddenly lit up with a flashing spectrum of different colored lights as giant spotlights of different colors appear in the sky above the Colosseum.
Then a jukebox appears in the imperial box with Orson and Revel. Revel gives it a kick and 'We Will Rock You' starts to play out across the Colosseum.
"Feel free to pick a song!" He yells at Orson over the noise. "Just stick a coin in that slot on the jukebox and press the appropriate button. And don't worry, I know you have no idea what's going on right now!"
A bucket of coins appear at Orson's feet to be used on the Jukebox.
Orson sits completely still as the lights and jukebox appears, he then takes one coin and puts it in the slot and pushes a random button.
Though hanging around in the dark wilderness was nothing new to Chisille as she often had to take refuge in less protected places, the night around here would be quite fatal to sleep in the open, with all the weird stuff going on... and the humans with all their sharp bits of metal on sticks ready to plunge straight through her. The mansion they had come to seemed big... and that's all she could really make out of it. The others were standing around outside, preparing to go in, though the wait was getting her a bit on edge.
Chisille slowly got closer to the group, keeping a close eye on Ezmond as she passed through towards the door of the mansion. She kept her wings firmly tucked in and her tail straight as to not risk hitting anyone accidentally.
She stuck her head in through the entrance to the mansion, looking around the place for anything in the darkness. Her keen sense of smell got to work again as she made her way into the building and wandered about, checking the place out for any danger. She considered lighting up her flame so she could see properly, and though a large burst of fire would likely burn the place down, a smaller constant stream she had learned to do while exploring caves would do just fine.
She breathed in deeply, then let a tiny trickle of orange light and heat escape her mouth, illuminating the place somewhat.

Fin looked at the wall from several hundred feet away, safely behind the cover of trees. Behind it was the town of Waise, the reason he had come there. The reason he wasn't going over and looking for a way in through the wall was because of a big amount of guards on top of it.
"*grumble grumble* Of course there's guards... I'm going to need another way in." Fin started walking around the fortress, hoping that there would be some group of trees near the walls, though he didn't see any. As he was about to give up hope he stumbled upon what looked like... A tunnel?(See ScorpionXR64's first post)
Not questioning his luck, he went into it to see where it headed.
As Fin carefully makes his way through the small tunnel, he notices how small it is. Seems as if the person who dug it was smaller than Fin is.
As Fin leaves the tunnel, he finds himself in the wilderness between the quarantine wall and the abandoned city of Waise. Night was approaching, however, so it'd be best if he were to find some shelter soon.
Boris is dazzled by the strange array of disco lights and unfamiliar music, but his momentary shock is overcome by his need to defend Jack as he uses the Bone to intercept its swing at Jack. The bone and the Hammer collide with a mighty boom. After stopping the attack on Jack, Boris uses the force of the impact to swing around and strike at the knee of the knight himself.
As the Bone and the hammer collide, the knight quickly draws his hammer back so he's ready to swing at any moment. As Boris moves in to hit the Knight's knee, the knight decides to try and prevent that by kicking Boris with his foot, launching him a decent distance, though the kick doesn't hurt as much as something of that size should've hurt.
Unfortunately for Jack, both bolts prove to be harmless to the knight, and there don't seem to be any openings on it's back either. As the knight kick Boris away, it turns around to try and stomp on Jack.

As Chisille walks over the floor, they seem to make a squeaking noise, almost like a bird.
The mansion itself looks rather bland on the inside, simplistic and functional instead of fancy and expensive as one would expect from a mansion of this size.
When they enter the house, Ariel takes a quick look around the room and watches Ei and Annie disappear on their own upstairs.
"I'm going to explore this place." He tells Renard, and starts walks down the nearest hallway.
As Ariel explores the mansion, he notices several paintings and other decorations. Clearly the people who used to live here were rich enough to avoid such luxuries. A bit deeper inside the house he hears a squeaking noise, almost like the call of a bird, coming from elsewhere in the house.
Uyir nods to Vernon, heading over to one of the crates and prying it open to examine its contents. Perhaps there would be something useful. He glances over back at Vernon. He did not truly trust the man, which was something he learned back in Lordran, but he was an experienced traveling companion, and far from the least trustworthy in the group.
Meanwhile, over in the arena, a rather red eccentrically dressed man with a large hat watches the fight, idly munching on something
Silas, still remaining numb, fades back into the embrace of sleep.
As Silas is embraced by sleep once more, he is unaware that the numbness he feels is due to something missing inside of him. The... will of his spirit has been stolen.
Ace nods and turns to look contemplatively at the pile of rubble, strolling across the room to get closer to it. They gently lay a hand on a particularly large chunk, allowing their magic to resonate through the pile to determine exactly how much stone is blocking the exit.

She smiles slightly, winking back and tosses her light ball from hand to hand, she assists Ki and him with their search of the area. Sunset doesn't answer his question though. "Waise is a weird place...I've spent less than a day here actually." she remarks.
Ki nods, and starts searching like an overly excited child searching for eggs at easter.
The trio's search doesn't reveal much, other than that moving the Altar causes the tunnel they came from to either be hidden or visible depending on how far forward the altar is moved.
Vernon considers the prospect of sealing the entrance to the tunnel, allowing them some safety while resting for a while. They may not have been able to see what was taking place on the surface, but they had been travelling through the tunnels for some time, and no doubt night had come close to falling. Nevertheless, Vernon wasn’t tired and, more than anything, wanted to keep moving.
He chuckles soft in response to Ace. “They’re all after my heart.” He mutters to himself. He gives Ace a nod from the distance, a raise of one brow. He had no problem with that…. Still, he holds up one hand, suggesting Ace refrain from doing so for the time being.
He raises his voice, just enough for all to hear. “Who wants to rest a while? I'm good to keep moving if you are.”

Ei nods, and sits down on the bed next to Annie.
"Alright, I'll stay with you in that case. Though there is only one bed I don't mind sleeping on the floor if you'd rather sleep alone, I can handle cold temperatures, my home suffers from low temperatures anyway, hence the fact that I am warmer than most."
Ei smiles and listens to Annie's requests and her statements.
"I could arrange raw flesh for you to eat if you'd like, I know of ways to obtain some and you wouldn't have to leave this room! As for staying awake, I could just keep waking you up if you almost fall asleep, but maybe that's not the optimal solution, mainly because people tend to become grumpy if one does that..."
Ei sighs, and drops onto the bed next to Annie.
"The best way to stay awake is by doing something active, got any ideas? Something you want to do maybe?"
Annie’s heavy breathing begins to settle, if only a little while Ei is talking, yet a response is not provided until Ei lays beside her. At this, Annie rolls her head to look at Ei. Her face is flushed, her skin beginning to sheen with the excretion of sweat. Her slightly parted lips are swollen, moist, a deep purple in hue. Her pupils are large, rimmed with the fine line of dilated irises. If Ei were to pay attention, she might see phantoms moving within the darkness beyond Annie’s gaze.
“They won’t love me….” Her mouth barely moves as the words seep forth in quiet uttering's. “They can’t love me….”
For a moment, while Annie deliberates her following words, Ei can hear distant voices, faint tortured screams carried on the currents of her wheezing breath.
“Forget the flesh… I don’t need it… really.”
She pauses to blink very slowly, in the reopening of her eyes the phantoms within the darkness of her pupils have been replaced by Ei’s own face staring back at her. At the same time, Annie’s hand is drifting and makes contact with Ei. Her fingers do a cumbersome waltz as they move about her lower belly region.
“Maybe I don’t need mortal love… after all.”
Annie then stops breathing, she appears transfixed, suspended in time for several seconds before her breathing returns. Her pupils grow slightly smaller. Her irises are now a sky blue, not green as is her natural eye color.
“I can feel her presence…” Her whispers are elevated with a hint of concern. “…the dragon has arrived.”

Apparently this is what some of my friends think of me here:
Annie’s sight does not follow the scythe. She keeps her eyes on Arin, grinning conceitedly, and she simply allows the Kusarigama to enwrap her. She mocks Arin with laughter as it does so. The laughter turns into a hiss as Kusarigama changes form to that of a snake and drops to the floor. The snake makes its way hurriedly across the floor to where it proceeds to eat the Scythe. Once it has quickly devoured the weapon, the snake coils to turn about, slithers back across the floor, spirals up Arin’s leg and into his hand where it, with some difficulty, regurgitates the scythe to the floor.
The snake looks back at Arin and speaks in the voice of Annie, “Is that all you’ve got?” before it reverts its form to that of Kusarigama.
“You’re boring me.” Annie whines, turning up her nose. “You are not the one to serve my purpose, unfortunately….” As she speaks the house begins to collapse around them, folding neatly to the floor. “I will get what I need from another.” The floor then rolls up like a scroll. Arin is now outside, standing in the town square. Night is quickly falling. Annie is gone, yet Arin can her laughter fading in the distance.
As Annie laugh passes and the darkness grows, Arin tries to think of how this child has so much power. As he thinks about it more and more, He can't hold back the urge to release some anger. He slams his scythe into the ground causing a dent about a foot deep and 3 feet wide with cracks running 10 feet away. As he calms down, he reasons with him self. "Could be a witch... Or maybe a monster." Arin stands tall once more while pulling his scythe out of the hole with ease. He walks off looking for a library of some sort, if one resides in this town.

As Annie turns to look at Ei, Ei does the same and listens to her talk, concered about her. When Annie fondles her belly, Ei smiles and leans in closer.
"Even if you don't need mortal love, you can still have mine, Annie. I'll love you, even if others won't." Ei says as she places a kiss on Annie’s forehead and smiles.
When Annie mentions the dragon, Ei simply wraps an arms around Annie, and places a finger on Annie's lips. "And don't worry about the Order, I won't let anyone take you away. I'll stay with you, keep you safe. We can always deal with the Order later."

After a while of walking, Arin still hasn't found a library. Either he is being unlucky in his search, there is none, or it's too dark to see that well. Either way, it might be smart to take shelter for the night soon.

As Chisille wanders through the mansion, the floor making noises beneath her feet is unsettling, so she moves position to try to find a spot that is quieter. Nope, that just made even more noise. Disgruntled, she considered gliding over the floor instead, but the loud thumps that would occur every time she lands or hits something would make even more noise then walking. The constantly creaking floorboards would just have to... continue to do so.
As she was just about to take a step into some place that looked like some sort of living room, she freezes. Her snout twitches as a tiny bit of a certain smell flows into her nose. The unmistakable smell of other humans. She didn't exactly feel like continuing further without the others now. Judging from the smells, there seemed to be at least 2 others, maybe another 2 further away.
She shut her trap, snuffing out the fiery orange light and plunging where she was into darkness again. It probably was not enough, so she did something extra. Cursing the few extra squeaks from the floor, she pressed herself right up against the wall of the place and focused. Her grey and yellow scales began to take on the hue of the wall itself until she was completely camouflaged... or would be as long as no one turns on a light and sees the bulge she's creating... or bumps into her.

Trixie quirked an eyebrow at this. She wanted to stomp her hooves on the floor to the beat of the song, but she decided not to, because of what was happening with Buttons. Trixie took a look at the girl who looked at buttons and raised an eyebrow and did a sigh. "Eww.." she said in a disgusted tone. She then turned to Buttons. "Whats the matter? Why are you acting like this...?" Trixie asked in a rather concerned and confused tone.
Buttons doesn't even attempt to answer Trixie, it would take way to much explaining, so he just hangs his head with a sigh.
Orson sits completely still as the lights and jukebox appears, he then takes one coin and puts it in the slot and pushes a random button.
Orson's random choice in song adds a disturbing variance to the events taking place. The knight, Boris and Jack are now battling to the sound of Xanadu.
Unfortunately for Jack, both bolts prove to be harmless to the knight, and there don't seem to be any openings on it's back either. As the knight kick Boris away, it turns around to try and stomp on Jack.
Boris is so filled with the effects of the bone that, believe it or not (and you probably won't), the kick from the knight kinda tickles him. He is chuckling as he comes tumbling to the ground. But he quickly springs to his feet and charges back into battle. He is moving so very fast at this point that he manages to get a heavy blow in, finally making a nice powerful blow to the knights knee as it is busy turning away to attack Jack.
Renard gives no more than a silent nod in response.
He proceeds to take a seat in the foyer, and stares at the ceiling blankly, listening to his thoughts or lack thereof. He could hear the whispers more clearly with no sound around, after all.
While Renard stares at the ceiling, he doesn't at first notice the man who appears sitting in the chair across from him in the foyer. This man is dressed in an unusual range of clothing, definitely not an outfit that a person of that day and age would be familiar with. He is a man of approximately forty years with purple eyes and bleach blond hair; swept to one side in a youthful style with a streak of purple coloring just above the fringe. A gold earring of a naked lady dangles from his left ear. His skin is deeply tanned, as someone might expect from a person that spends an unhealthy amount of time in the sun, and his tanned skin proves to be a vast contrast, not only to his hair, but also to his clothing: A clean white T-shirt with the word REVEL printed boldly across the front in black, white denim jeans with rips in the knees, a purple leather belt, and a white watch on his wrist with a golden face. On his feet are purple slip-on pointed toe Chelsea boots, one of which are decorated with a childish yellow drawing of a smiley face. The middle finger of his right hand has a large gold ring with a molding that says, GOD.
He speaks to gain Renard's attention. The tone of his voice is smooth, deep and grainy, with a twist of upbeat demeanor:
"All that personal conflict.... Must give you a nasty headache."
Ariel follows towards the creaking bird-like noise, eventually arriving at a Lounge style room. The place is not well lit, but there is just enough lighting to make out the main format of furniture. Oddly enough, still standing in the Lounge beside an entrance to the next walk, he feels like he is being watched. The sensation causes a shiver to run up his spine and his arm hairs to stand on end.
"Somebody there?" He thinks for a moment, considering the possibility that whoever was there, so long as it wasn't his imagination, may be hiding out of fear. After all, the town wasn't exactly a safe haven, and the mansion would be a good place for survivors of the town to hide out in. Then again, it could have been a monster watching him. "I won't hurt you." He assures them in a gentle tone. "I'm just here with my friends for shelter from the night. You don't have to be afraid."
Taking a quiet deep breath, Ariel hopes that his words don't summon the appearance of a beast.
Buttons doesn't even attempt to answer Trixie, it would take way to much explaining, so he just hangs his head with a sigh.
Trixie looks up at the sky for a second and then freezes suddenly. "WANT Fries with that...????" she asks, though she isn't questioning Buttons and Sluggy. Its as if shes talking to someone thats not there. She then suddenly flops onto the floor and starts doing the worm next to Buttons and Sluggy.
She starts laughing rather uncontrollably while doing this. A sort of purple glow goes up her horn and it sparks off it rather violently, luckily it doesn't hit Buttons and or Sluggy. She then get sup and does a backflip. "RRERERERRERERERERERERE!" she shouts as loud as her lungs can possibly shout, she's standing on her 2 back hooves. Also jumping up and down and firing multicolored lasers off into the sky for apparently no reason at all. Completely lost her mind it seems. She also looks pretty insane.

How unfortunate. However, Silas is asleep right now, and currently could not care less about the mental robbery. It's not like he can sleepwalk to hunt for his soul back... right?
Oh, you're very wrong if you think that. About sleepwalking, that is. Soul-hunting? Not so much.
Silas' sleeping body gets up, grabs his suitcase, walks into the nearest wall, bumps into it, stumbles a bit, feeling the wall until tripping out a window of the house, gets back up, and starts marching into town, all while still asleep. He murmurs something like "till the ends of the earth," as he's still dreaming in this really deep sleep of his. He may not have a will, but he's still gotta go. Where is he going? Wherever his dream self is dreaming.

Also jumping up and down and firing multicolored lasers off into the sky for apparently no reason at all. Completely lost her mind it seems. She also looks pretty insane.
Trixie is somehow not sitting next to Sluggy and Buttons anymore. She is in a cage, which is positioned next to Revel in the Imperial box. She is on Revel's left. Orson is on his right. In the cage, Trixie is wrapped up tight like a mummy, only her mouth and eyes are seen. In front of her, on the floor of the cage is a serving of fries on a plate.
"Please keep your personal need for being an exhibitionist for after the main event," Revel tells her, but his tone isn't exactly serious; "You're distracting people from possibly viewing blood and carnage. Now eat your fries and be a good pony. Maybe later I can do something about that sorry excuse for a mane you have going on there."

Trixie looked around for a second. Making sense of where she was, rather confused. She payed no attention to Orson though. Glaring at Revel. "Trixie will not obey you, human! Rack off, silly poop throwing ape!" she shouts at him, she eats her fries up hungrily though, ravenously. After that she locks her lips. "Thanks for the fries though." she says, with a slight chuckle. She tries to get out of her mummy wrapping.

Apparently this is what some of my friends think of me here:
Ezmond tells the others he is going to stay outside for a while and watch over the entrances. Betty doesn't mind the sound of that all and goes inside after Chissy. I'm guessing Ly goes in as well.
Betty decides not to follow Chissy, not directly anyway. After all the gosh darn horrible things that happened the little dragon probably needed some space, but Betty still wanted to keep an eye on her to make sure she stayed safe. The best way to accomplish both these things was to try and follow Chissy from a distance, and hopefully not lose her along the way.
Betty asked Ly if she wanted to come along as well, and I'm supposing she said yes. Unfortunately the creaking floorboards made their stalking pretty hard, so they had to stay back a good distance and that only resulted in actually losing track of Chissy after the first few minutes. Feeling a little panicked, Betty starts moving faster, searching all the passages, until she came to a quick stop when she heard the voice of Ariel talking. She kept hidden behind a corner at the other end of a passage that led straight to where Ariel was in another room. From there she listened to what he was saying, but didn't move an inch at all, in case the floor boards gave her position away. By what he was saying, Ariel must have been trying to coax out an unseen person.... Maybe that person was Chissy.
Back outside and guarding the mansion in his own way, Ezmond can't be seen because he's taken on the form of a large rock that is just sitting there blocking the door. Very discrete.

As Silas is embraced by sleep once more, he is unaware that the numbness he feels is due to something missing inside of him. The... will of his spirit has been stolen.

The crate contains several empty glass bottles, and it looks like some have been taken.
Ki looks at Vernon and opens her mouth to talk, but instead only lets out a big yawn, making it quite obvious what she was intending to say.
Fin started walking steadily towards the town, pulling a canteen out of his satchel to take a quick drink before he passed the first buildings. As he was walking along he noticed there weren't a lot of lit up buildings around. However...

Renard gives no more than a silent nod in response.
He proceeds to take a seat in the foyer, and stares at the ceiling blankly, listening to his thoughts or lack thereof. He could hear the whispers more clearly with no sound around, after all.

Buttons doesn't even attempt to answer Trixie, it would take way to much explaining, so he just hangs his head with a sigh.
Orson's random choice in song adds a disturbing variance to the events taking place. The knight, Boris and Jack are now battling to the sound of Xanadu.
