Alright, the new ability is fine, but a few things to note about your character:
- Using a weapon that large will make it rather difficult to dodge, especially if you don't meet the minimum STR requirement.
- Weight penalties from armor will stack on top of the weight penalty of your sword. Your current armor is light enough to not impose any strength or endurance restrictions since your character is trained in the use of armor (a mage-y character would need a modest amount of STR/END).
- Wielding a weapon in two hands will cut the minimum STR required by 1/3rd, allowing your character to wield their sword with 20 strength without penalty so long as they are using it in two hands. They will not be able to easily one-hand it, though the Cloak's ability would allow them to ignore the limit regardless of strength if need be.
- The endurance bonus from Shouldered Burden is +1, ignoring the cap like the other bonuses.
I'll add your character sheet to the OP sometime tomorrow.
A more general note: abilities that increase your stats can only be added during character creation, since these are representing life-long training or supernatural abilities and whatnot that allow your character to surpass an ordinary human. They cannot be gained on a whim.

Did something happen to you in your childhood to give you this unreasonable fear of rutabaga?
I've added your character to the OP. No changes aside from formatting and adding scaling values to the Bannersword.
You're allowed to introduce your character however you like, but bear in mind that the Captain of the Guard and the Mayor would not be pleased to find an unknown teammate amongst the current party. Unless your plan is to ask the Captain about the weapons expedition and realize you were late to join the party, send me a PM so I can make sure your introduction fits with what I have planned.
