Each of the Evolved will develop two powers, one for tactical use and one for combative use.
Tactical Examples: Mind reading, telepathy, clairvoyance, invisibility, teleportation, and other powers that do not physically harm the opponent.
Combative Examples: Elemental control, laser conjuration, telekinesis, and other powers that can physically harm the opponent.
The tactical power is always developed first, anywhere from a few weeks to a year before the combative one.
Each of the Evolved have slightly increased strength, speed, agility, stamina, and other physical abilities in general.
As more and more of the Evolved appear across the planet, RAI has only grown larger, and stronger. They continue to seek out and take in the Evolved to this day.

I've been on a lot of roleplays where they combine it into one section, so that's influenced me a lot. I find that the personality and appearance of the character tend to overlap a lot, for example when describing their usual facial expression. It probably relates to their personality at least slightly, so I find that it's just easier to combine them and not have to worry about if you're putting information in the right place.
Quinn is a short young woman, standing at about 5'1" (155 cm) and weighing about 121 pounds (55 kg). She is very curvy, and has freckled skin. She has two vertical scars dividing her right eyebrow, and a large, ugly burn scar mottling the majority of the skin on her left bicep. She has long, straight brown hair that reaches to her mid-back, normally pulled into a ponytail or a braid. Her eyes are large and deep-set, and have a startling dark blue color. She has high cheekbones and stern, full eyebrows. Her cheeks are round, her nose is straight and long, and she has a heart-shaped face.
Quinn is a very passionate person. While she may seem a bit callous, she tends to care very deeply for those around her. She very often takes a motherly role, even though some of her friends are older than her. When experiencing negative emotions such as embarrassment or anger, Quinn becomes very quiet and distant, and will eventually burst into tears if provoked, much like a shaken bottle of soda.
Quinn is a very musically talented young woman, earning her the nickname of "Songbird" from her close family members. She is a skilled singer, and is self-taught in the ukulele. Athletically, she can hold her own. She is very quick and nimble on her feet, as well as very flexible from years in dance. However, she has very low stamina, and must take frequent breaks during physical activity. Quinn is a very supportive and leader-type person, often coming across as a bit of a dictator, though she means no harm. Despite this, she succumbs to stress easily, leaving those that rely on her worried. She is stubborn and persistent to a fault, often pushing herself past her point of stress overload to keep working.
Quinn comes from a family of five originally, and is the oldest of three children. When she was younger, she was very close to her father Cael, a talented musician. However, shortly after Quinn's tenth birthday, he was tragically killed in a car accident, the same accident that left Quinn scarred. Her mother Julian was a member of the local law enforcement, retired early to take care of her children after her husband's death. Quinn's younger siblings are Fiona (14) and Cameron (13), joined at the hip and constantly pestering Quinn. After the development of her first ability, Julian was terrified of losing her oldest daughter. Quinn had to convince her mother that she would be more secure in an RAI safe-house location. She promised to stay in contact as much as she could. Quinn has currently lived in a safe house for approximately two and a half months, and has begun building herself a reputation as a friendly and reliable face.

Three months later, he was proven innocent, though the government attempted to hide this discovery, to avoid criticism from the public. Due to this attempted cover up, Alec and his mother never received an official apology, and Alec’s father was never officially pardoned posthumously.
After his father’s death, Alec began to rapidly develop his anti-social, secretive, and untrusting tendencies. He lost many of his friends at school for the simple reason that he no longer talked to them, or much of anyone. They all knew of the terrible mistake that had been made involving his father, and attempted to console him, but Alec turned them away, soon growing very distant from them. Alec and his mother remained close, however didn’t talk nearly as much as they had, both consumed by silent grief.
Three years later, Alec had grown into a reclusive and stubbornly independent, yet ingenious fifteen year old. Although still haunted by and furious over his father’s execution, Alec had pushed the event to the back of his subconscious. At this time, he developed his first ability. At first, Alec thought he was going insane, seeing duplicates of shadows that seemed to predict the future. He would experience exhausting flickers of this vision, that would last for a few seconds, and then disappear. Alec’s theory was that he was experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder in the form of hallucinations, due to his father’s death. He knew of what some called the ‘Evolved’, and had considered the option, however refused to think of it any more than he had to, worried that if he was one of them, his mother, the only person he had left that was close to him, would view him as a monster.
A week after his ability began to develop, Alec had, after much internal turmoil, accepted the fact that he likely was, in fact, experiencing the development of an ability of the Evolved. Although he felt slightly more at ease knowing that he wasn’t alone, Alec soon began to panic, as his ability grew out of control in its frequency. He would see extra shadows multiple times a day, for increasingly longer amounts of time, which would leave him utterly exhausted. He abused it so much to the point his powers started to become less tame and started teleporting Aiden even when he didn't want to but he soon began to control it.
Aiden always tries to stay positive no matter what the situation is but even then he sometimes can't stay positive. He will try to make people feel good but when he knows that the time is bad he will keep his mouth shut.
Aiden doesn't usually think when he jumps into a fight, he expects to beat most people but when he can't he gets nervous and starts to panic resulting in him or somebody else getting seriously hurt.
Aiden has a serious habit of abusing his powers causing them to get out of control.

VERY offensive, if used correctly) Can create fields in which gravity is heavier or lighter, lightness almost to the point of not having gravity, and up to 5x earth's normal gravity. Can also be used to change gravity's direction (falling up, sideways, etc.)
Description and History: Zyn weighs about 140 pounds, being rather light for his age, about 5' 2", and rather thin. He normally wears jeans and a featureless shirt of a pastel color. He tends to be rather quiet and somewhat antisocial, and discovered his illusion powers when he was hiding from something, and somehow created an illusion of himself accurate enough to be a diversion.
He tends to get bored easily and will occasionally listen to music. His fighting style usually consists of fighting tactically, using his illusions to create diversions, and will try to use his teammates abilities as best as he can fit them in. He will occasionally use Illusions like shadow clones, to help his evasion, but will use his illusions to also fool his opponents into making mistakes, such as seeing an attack that isn't really coming to force them to block. This actually works the more experienced the foe, because once they're experienced enough, they'll block by instinct and muscle memory.
