Sure! I've thought more recently that perhaps we should use hex codes. Would you mind finding a shade of crimson which suits you, and providing me with the code for it? This is a good site for finding those codes: http://www.colorpicker.com/
I've decided to go for B01030, even though it's not crimson
I've decided I actually won't be able to join this roleplay, so you can have Kyrik I just don't think I'm going to be able to keep up with so many roleplays at once.

They don’t mind trade with other nations (As long as there isn’t
a war going on with them XD.)
Other: I would like Silver as my colour. The flag
is a sliver tree with no leaves on a white flag.
Government: They're ruled by kings and queens, who are born into the throne.
History: First being settled hundreds of years ago, several castles were set up along the coast. Life went on until war broke out amongst them. The most powerful kingdom won and decided that they'd control the land. After moving down south, an extremely large kingdom wall was constructed over a couple hundred years. Eventually, they decided that they would let other castles be created around the land under the condition that the main kingdom could rule over them. These other castles still have their own rulers, who are ruled by the main kingdom's kings and queens. The main castle can be thought of as a "capitol" of sorts. The main kingdom lies in the state of Klo, which takes up much of the south. The others are scattered throughout the place, but the further up north you go the colder it gets and the less kingdoms exist.
Environment: As stated in the OP main thread, it's fairly cold. During winter, up north, it can become extremely freezing and frigid. The land is mainly plains, with a few could almost forest-like jungles scattered about.
Major Cities/Infrastructure: Bliesstin. Often called the heart of Utos. Bliesstin exists in the state, "Klo". It's an extremely large kingdom, the main wall spanning 2-3 miles. The king and queen of the land live there. The main military bases also exist in and around that area. It has an extremely tall castle and tower in the middle of a large village, with a military base at each side.
Expertise: They pride themselves on their military. They usually have knights and ride horses. They have crossbows, along with swords, maces, and any other medieval melee weapons that you'd expect. With tons of soldiers and great planning, they aren't a civilization that you want to start a war with.
Military: They train many of their men to become soldiers, whether they like it or not. In the case that there is a war, any male over the age of 20 has to go out into battle, meaning that they have plenty of soldiers willing to fight. The soldiers are knights and wear shining armor.
Culture: Based almost entirely off of medieval Europe, they have kings, castles, queens and myths.
History: Mylanos was originally a region consisting of several warring tribes, in varying degrees of conflict from minor skirmishes to total war. But as the centuries went on, alliances were formed, differences were set aside, and roughly 230 years ago, Mylanos became the nation it is today. The Mylanese people still emphasize strength and power, focusing moreso on its military, which rules the country, than academics or trade.
Environment: Mylanos is mostly a forested region, and as such, lumber is its chief export. The climate is subtropical, with mild winters and summers. The forests contain a bountiful number of animals, where most meat is hunted, as opposed to raising livestock. The majority of farming is done in the southeast, with the primary crops being potatoes and wheat. The ground contains a fair amount of metals, but the nation is not industrialized enough to mine it at the pace needed to supply the massive military with weapons and armor.
Major Cities/Infrastructure: Aside from the numerous small forts and villages, there are four major cities in Mylanos. On the coast, Fort Kandor is the primary port city and home to the country's tiny navy. Fort Emond is the capital city, with more barracks than houses. Most of its population is comprised of military officers. In the west, Fort Baerlon is not a city, but a massive training ground for the even more massive military. Thanks to compulsory military service, every citizen of Mylanos passes through Fort Baerlon at some point. Fort Valon, in the southeast, is the largest city by population and is the manufacturing hub of the nation. Everything from shields to siege weapons is made in one of the many forges here. The only major infrastructure is the long road stretching across the country from northwest to southeast, connecting the four major cities.
Expertise: The military is obviously Mylanos's bread and butter. But the nation is also known for its metalworking, producing high quality swords that are illegal to export. The only major export is lumber, usually traded for iron ore. Although the nation does grow crops, hunt, and fish, they do not produce much in the way clothing, tools, or luxury items. Therefore, the majority of consumer goods need to be imported.
Military: Since Mylanos is a stratocracy, it boasts a massive and powerful land army, however, the navy is practically nonexistent. The government requires six years of compulsory service, regardless of gender or health. The military follows this hierarchy of organization from platoon to army.
There aren't many regulations regarding what a soldier should be equipped with, as long as they're able to serve the function of their unit type. Therefore, it is usually up to the officers to decide whatever weapons, armor, and secondary equipment is used by their men. Armor includes the usual padded, mail, and plate armor. Weaponry includes spears, short/long swords, short/long bows, horses, round/kite shields, daggers, and siege engines. Notably, crossbows are not widely used due to their long reload time.
Culture: Mylanos is obviously very military-centric. Instead of social classes, people are usually only divided by whether they are officers or enlisted personnel. Civilians use the military rank they attained during compulsory service to distinguish themselves. Men and women are treated equally, and there is no discrimination based on gender, race, wealth, or religion. The only thing a person will be judged by is their fighting prowess, since the Mylanese take great pride in both their military and personal strength. Despite their way of life, Mylanos and its people will usually try to resolve matters peacefully at least once before using excessive amounts of violence.
Crime and poverty are both virtually nonexistent, since the government is happy to provide for any citizen who reenlists. Those who are caught breaking the law will be forced to do menial labor for the rest of their life, on a farm or in a mine.
Other:
Here is a map of the cities. The names are "borrowed" from various locations in The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan, which I just started reading. The only inspiration for Mylanos comes from the country of Amestris (from the anime Fullmetal Alchemist), and a bit from ancient Sparta.
Also, I hope my usage of the "modern" military hierarchy isn't an issue, since a fair bit of it dates back several centuries. But I can just change the names to something else if I need to.
As far as the population goes, I've no idea what is low, normal, or high, so I'm just going to say 2.8~ million. And as for the actual number of people in the military, again, that has to be based on population, which I'm totally unsure of what to put. But due to the military focus, government type, compulsory service, and lack of gender inequality, I'd like to say it's no less than 900,000~? That's either way too high or way too low.
Also, like I kind of mentioned when I reserved Mylanos, I've been a bit busy with schoolwork lately and I only really had time to give this app one pass. So I'm really open to feedback and criticism regarding the app, since I didn't have much time to work on it.
NOTE: It has become clear that my largest oversight in producing this roleplay was done when dealing with population sizes; specifically, I did not give an average, nor did I give any area for the landmass of these various nations. I apologize profusely.
I think it is important that we all understand this is not a completely accurate roleplay. The histories and cultures of neighbouring nations can vary wildly. However, the populations of nations should be relatively similar to each other. And, I believe, the sizes of these nations are far smaller than has been assumed.
While I did not have a specific size assumed for any of the nations, I believe that for the sake of rather quick communication or travel between nations or islands, the size of each nation's landmass will be estimated at around the size of Scotland or Ireland. I would estimate four million inhabitants as being very large. This is a drastic change in size, and I am sure that it will cause some re-evaluation of population sizes for various nations. Again, my apologies for overlooking this important aspect of the nations. I will be adding this to the OP, along with a new rule.
The new rule is: If you are inactive for two weeks without alerting the owner to your absence, your nation will revert to a state of being unowned.

Could you please describe those primitive guns? Even the most primitive of such a weapon could facilitate a drastic advantage for your nation.

Accepted. You might want to change your population based on the size estimates I've provided above, though.
And @Darthrafael: That is a very nice map! It certainly gives a good idea of the terrain for the Island Nation of Fae-Qwan.
I've decided to go for B01030, even though it's not crimson
I've decided I actually won't be able to join this roleplay, so you can have Kyrik I just don't think I'm going to be able to keep up with so many roleplays at once.
Thank you sir! I'm sorry you won't be joining us, and I definitely feel you with the too many roleplay things...I can only handle one roleplay at a time with school, work, exercise, etc.!
The update map will be posted shortly!
That's very unfortunate, but I understand. If you ever change your mind, there will always be a place for you to return!
In case it needs to be made official, you can have Kyrik. Thanks to you for joining us!
Thank you! I request that Kyrik's (I will keep the name) color be changed to 474949.
Which nations have been claimed so far by the way? It might be worthwhile listing it.
Sure! I will make that change as soon as Kyrik's application form is submitted.
A fine idea. I definitely should have done that earlier. Alright, here's a list. (It will also be included in the OP)
Q'rin - Meritania
Fae-Qwan - Darthrafael
Erabas - Pokemad
Utos - Epicdinoman
Mylanos - ike709
Tos - Ethansito
Canopia - JayFarlander
Kyrik - TheSkeleMiner
Which is a pretty great list. One of the best lists I've ever seen, actually. Don't you think it's a great list? It's a great list. It really is. It's a great list.
The list could be even better, you know? Wanna know how? By people joining.

HOW COULD YOU

*The puppies destroy your futile efforts*

In all seriousness, though, thank you, Darthrafael - your sacrifices for this cause will be honoured.
And don't forget the ocean!
No problem, The more players, the merrier, right?
Absolutely - especially in a roleplay like this one!

Name: Mylanos
Government: Stratocracy

Paxit - A Nation-Building Forum Roleplay. Join us!Rest in peace, Paxit. So I decided to use my recently purchased Campaign Cartographer 3 to make a map of Fae-Qwan, and I think it turned out pretty good.
Big image warning.
Accepted. I like your map, and I really like those city names (Crawdent would be my favourite). However, could you find a specific hex code for the shade of silver which you would like?
Could you please describe those primitive guns? Even the most primitive of such a weapon could facilitate a drastic advantage for your nation.
Accepted. You might want to change your population based on the size estimates I've provided above, though.
And @Darthrafael: That is a very nice map! It certainly gives a good idea of the terrain for the Island Nation of Fae-Qwan.
I edited my app by fixing some words and taking out guns.
