Say, how often per day are we allowed to make a post?
As often as you feel is reasonable. Don't post so often that others are quickly falling behind or being prevented a chance to respond, but if you are trying to sort out a trade deal, or perhaps running an individual military campaign against one other person, then responding more frequently to that person might be useful.
I'll time my posts based on how frequently others are posting, so, post away!
Hey, I haven't been super active recently, but this thread seems really cool! Would I be able to join late?
Absolutely! Since we're so fresh off the bat, I'll let you take any of the unclaimed nations and remake it completely. It shouldn't have too much of an effect on the events of the roleplay.
EDIT: Unless it's Gualichos or Indigosoki-Vontrapanos. If you want either of those nations, PM me and we can sort it out. (It's not that I don't want you to have those nations, but they have already become somewhat important to other users' actions, so to take over one of them would require some referencing of the previously acknowledged history/situation.)
@Pokemad: Don't worry about it! However, do you expect to be capable of joining in the near future, or are you waiving your reservation of Erabas?
@JayFarlander: I, too, am still here. I will probably be posting within the next few hours/days, however I have been waiting for NintyStar, Pokemad, and Ethansito to give in their applications. With that list now shorter, I believe that I will be going ahead with a post shortly.

Believe me when I say that I want to continue this RP, but I simply can't. With how it's set up and school, I can't continue or rejoin in the foreseeable future, sorry.

That is understandable. In that case, I will be taking over the government of Utos.
I'll probably be free in a month or so, I'll definitely join about then if I can but I'll remove my reservation of Erabas incase anybody else wants the land.
Well, we're sorry to have lost you, but certainly, join whenever you feel as though you can!

Government: Psuedo- democratic (voting, but also there's a king)
History: Population has been mostly nomadic until recently (like 5 months ago)
Population: 1 million
Environment: Coastal/ Tropical
Major Cities/Infrastructure: Capital is Tromlos, major ports include Tromlos and Criftai
Expertise: Fishing and building really fast
Military: None whatsoever at the moment
Culture: Swimming is important to these people
Colour: #FF3333
Other: I can't think of anything to go here

I have only one issue with this application, which is the contradiction between their expertise in "building really fast" and their extremely recent history as nomadic. Generally, it takes more than five months to develop advanced construction techniques. However, I don't really care too much about such trivial matters, so I'll just say accepted!
I have no concerns with the Temlar (Basin) app as Q'rin. Your psuedo-democratic government is known as an 'elective monarchy'. The Long Wall was built to keep the Temlars out when they were at their most nomadic. Once they become a more settled peoples and lacked a standing army, the wall was simply not needed and it become a derelict earthwork.
I do like it when histories come together.
Yes, that is useful!
Also, I have an unrelated yet interesting fact to share. Out of the six colours which have been requested for nations, three have been variations of red, while another three have been variations of grey. Quite intriguing, is it not?
Government: The nation of Tos is currently ruled by a monarch who is advised by The Royal Council. The Royal Council is made up of the Minister of War, The Minister of Trade, The Minister of Foreign Affairs, The Minister of Agriculture, The Head Cardinal, and the Queen. There are a total of 6 members in the royal council. In the absence of a monarch, The Royal Council votes on important issues. The Head Cardinal's vote counts as two. The members of the council maintain the nation in the areas of their specialty by commanding men under them in their respective departments.

Major Cities/Infrastructure:[/b] The capital, Karnia, is in the Southeast of Tos. It is the orange dot. The military bases are Fort Damus, Samstrum, Mosston, Lexington, and Concord. The cities are interconnected by dirt paths. Karnia and Alexandrite have important ports. Karnia has a palace at the top of a hill that overlooks the port. It is known throughout Tos for its magnificent hedge maze which contains pottery, sculptures, flower beds, and silent areas in which to worship. The roads in Karnia are paved with stones and well maintained. The city contains a market that surrounds the town square in the center of the city. There is a soldier's barracks and a jail as well.Karnia also contains a grand religious building dedicated to the Christian faith. Surrounding the town is a wall that is manned by the city guard. Alexandrite has similar infrastructure to Karnia minus the palace and religious building. It does however, have a couple of smaller churches in the city.
Expertise:[/b] Tos specializes in ship building and masonry. it also has a lumber industry partially fueled by the ship building industry.
Military:[/b] How powerful is your military?
Which battalions already exist? Try to make your nation's military
prowess relatively similar to that of coeval nations.
Culture:[/b] This is optional, but it may help to affect how and with whom alliances are formed.
Other:[/b] These are large nations. Surely
there must be something I have forgotten to provide a space for - place

don't include it you won't be accepted.

Hey guys, I'm back! Long Beach island is beautiful!
The revision for my app should be coming out Thursday or Friday!
Say, how often per day are we allowed to make a post?
Hey, I haven't been super active recently, but this thread seems really cool! Would I be able to join late?
Should be able to, Commandosaurus is running the unclaimed nations for now, I believe you can claim one and change it to be whatever you want.

I'll be able to post tomorrow, hopefully. I've been a bit busy lately, sorry.
Anybody still around to do this thing?
Yeppers.

Ok
Meritania:
wait is it like my people are in Q'rin instead of Basin?
also are they both native groups, or one native one settling?
Commandosaurus:
Have you seen the angry birds movie? It's like that. The building is fast, but not very good.

That might have been a disaster. But, I'm sure that if someone really wanted to be Indigosoki-Vontrapanos, we could work out something...

Is that the one Commander wants?
