((It's a bit of a misunderstanding here. Essentially everyone here made something that was in a certain area for strength, most of them being around the same range. Then you show up with something that is essentially a final boss. Unless this is for plot and has been discussed between you and Erip, which should at least be mentioned so nobody gets the wrong idea.))

((I'm planning to basically force whoever's character is the most dangerous to be the center of attention, with the other characters be considered lesser priorties. As soon as he starts eating populations, is as soon as populations will be after him. This is in general how this is going to become balanced - higher power means more danger in both forms - and you don't have control over switching.
The latter. They are just humans with a voice and an evil monster side bent on destroying everything, not in their control.))
You can hear the thoughts of the monster side and mentally communicate with it, but it can do the same with you. Think of it as a conversation with a friend you were forced to have. You might listen to each other, you might not.
Not that anyone is aware of.
Very actively, although only monsters really notice this.
You'll see.
Made up area - there's a lot of woods, mountains, and other natural hiding places, and there is a middle-sized city nearby. As you explore more will be explained.

Human App:
Name: Logan Wright
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Personality: Logan usually keeps to himself, but not to the point of being introverted. He likes to learn about things, no matter how trivial. He keeps calm under pressure, and likes to look at things realistically. He’ll try to make himself useful to people he likes, or at the very least finds alright. Usually, he’ll know exactly what to say to someone in most given situations.
Appearance: Logan stands at about an even 6 feet tall. He has an average build, perhaps somewhat slim. His brown hair is so dark that it is often mistaken for black. His eyes are brown as well, and he has a decent amount of facial hair. His typical outfit consists of a white button-up shirt (typically rolling the sleeves up), black tie, blue jeans, black belt, white socks, and black belt.
Skills: Logan is in reasonably good shape. He has sharp reflexes, and a sharper mind. He has basic knowledge on martial arts, and is also really good at chess.
Background: Logan led a fairly average life. He got good grades, had plenty of friends, and his parents loved him. After graduating college, Logan moved to a new city and lived in an apartment he rented, where he worked as a freelance computer programmer. Again, his life was fairly average. He worked, paid the bills, and made new friends in this new city. It continued on like this until one fateful day.
One day while he was reading, his monster form briefly took control. Strange messages and visions flashed through his mind, and he could see that he shortly became something out of fiction. He quickly controlled himself and reverted back, but it got him thinking. At first he thought he was going insane, but as cliche as it sounds, Logan simply found the experience to feel too real to be imaginary. He set out to find the cause of it, but also wanted to do so discreetly, lest he be sent to a mental ward, or worse.
Other: Kcin, quiet. Also, I think you have to go to Tools> Edit Thread to change the name. Something like that.
Inner Monster App:
Name: Morne
Personality: Unlike most other monsters, Morne does not simply murder on a whim. He prefers to be cold and calculating, often saving the most useful victims to be killed last. He seeks to harvest souls and eventually take over the world.
Appearance: Imagine the Nazgul from Lord of the Rings, but with a bit more armor, and glowing white eyes that seem to pierce into your soul.
Skills/Powers: Morne seems to distort himself when swinging his sword, making him difficult to track. He can swing it extremely quickly, on top of that. His mental prowess surpasses Logan’s by far. Night vision helps him to track people in the dark. Being (mostly) incorporeal, he can also float, temporarily turn invisible, and phase through objects up to a few feet thick. Occasionally, he’ll attempt to grab his victims and drain their life force. With his armor and his ghostly body, it is difficult to damage Morne. However, his form becomes much more physical in direct sunlight, allowing him to be damaged easier.
Other: Sorry for the lazy app.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
I apologize in advance if I don't post on an RP for a while; I'm still sorting things out.
I edited my app, Hopefully this should do.
The weakness of your monster will probably make you less hunted, so I'll put that in mind.
Pokemad, accepted.
Xevra, unfortunately, still wrong. Try looking at Peashy or Entei's app.
||Now that I figured out what to do, I feel very stupid heh...
((Don't worry about it, I understand.
We will start right after I post my app.))
EDIT ((Accepted.))
||I edited my app, hopefully you saw it already.
((Quick little bump, as I'm just working on my app.))
||I have my eyes on this thread, don't worry.
(Jebus, maybe I should've just made an Aretha...)
Half full? Half empty? Something else altogether? You decide.
((Yes, probably.
George, accepted. Expect to be hunted down by many an adventurer.
My app will come soon, sorry for the wait.))
|| I feel so inferior after reading that, kidding. Christ that's long.
((Revamps anyone?))

((Makes sense, seems legit.))
Half full? Half empty? Something else altogether? You decide.
((I mean I just made something based off bloodborne and dark souls, I'm massively into monstrous lore.))

Testing is a craphead, so I've been busy.))
||Not to rush or anything but, are we going to start or what?
((Again, testing is a craphead. I'll post my app soon. If I can't find any time, I'll just post a short starter post this weekend.))
