Andris seemed asked about the symptons of the virus, after commenting on girl with the same age as him.
"The symptons are usually followed with a cold I believe. I've studied about it before, but I believe theres more to it depending on what your ability could be," Linda responded. "And yes, are you also infected Kyle? And how do you know about us?"
"Yeah.... Now that I think about it.... It is kind of weird that you know about each of us. How do you know about us?? It isn't like we are popular or anything.... Are we??"

"To answer your questions, yes, I am infected... in fact, I helped create the virus, which I'm now starting to regret..."
"As for knowing each of you.. that is a long story...
I have profiles on every one here in the city, not for the reasons you think.. We here profile everyone because we look for threats, or possibl allies, and you all... "sparked"... my interest, as you might say."
He walked over and sat on the couch.
"Make yourselves at home, or train... do whatever you want to do.."
She narrowed her eyes at Kyle when he paused before saying 'sparked'. She didn't trust this man very much. She put her hands on her hips and took in the building, which she hadn't really looked at for more than a couple of seconds.

"Oh. So that means anyone that got a cold might be infected!" I replied. "Do I get a cold before? NO! Therefore, I'm not infected. That's good luck to myself. Hey, I got this gun too." I showed them the gun I'm talking about.
((Pretty sure there are 6 infected humans and 2 normal humans, although only 3 active infected humans and only my character that is active normal human right now.))

I'm getting bored of Minecraft (especially servers). However, modpacks give a new type of gameplay and challenges. Therefore I'm resorting to modpacks. To play. And many other games.
"I'm sure there could be more symptoms than the ones I listed. Information about the disease is unclear so far," Linda responded, she then remembered what Kyle said. "Speaking of which, you said you helped...create the disease? Why would you do something like that?"
"So, normal human will survive while infected humans got controlled by the machine." I said, "Well, that's a good luck for normal humans out there."

Will remains perfectly still as the sounds resonate through the house again. Creak creak creak. Of course, Will doesn't think of his stillness as perfect. Mediocre, at best. He's still breathing, so his lungs move. His blood still flows through his body, which must mean that his heart beats. At the moment, he needs only his senses to know his heart is beating, as he feels it thumping heavily against his chest. Creak creak creak. What could be out in the house? What creature makes it's presence known not in rampant roars, like the lion, nor nearly inaudible squeaks, like the mouse, but rather in the rubbing of two wooden boards as it walks across them. And why the pattern? Will recalls his memories of how the creaking had come to his ears. 3 beats, a pause of 3 seconds, 3 beats, a pause of 3 seconds, 3 beats, and the next pause should end within a second. Creak creak creak. The creaking was not getting louder, or changing at all in it's tone. Two thoughts blink into Will's head, both which would seem outlandish and improbable to a sane mind such as your own. The first of these two theories is the more probable but more inexplicable of the two. In this theory, a human is pacing back and forth at a perfectly even pace, and each time passing over a section of wood that creaks in exactly the same manner every time it is stepped on. This theory would require the pacer to walk with the same speed and strength, landing their foot on the same spot each time. Why would any sane person do this? It is impossible to explain, and yet, it did indeed occur to Will that this was a likely possibility. The second theory is slightly more possible, but less probable and nearly as inexplicable. Without the knowledge of the Kenum Virus and the infected with their powers, you too would think this theory to be blasphemy. It goes as follows: Someone, with extreme stealth, somehow placed a speaker within the house. This speaker, in turn, plays a triplet of creaks every 3 seconds. The purpose of this peculiar act is to lure Will into a position from which he may be entrapped or easily extracted. Of course, Will, with his minimal knowledge of the Kenum Virus and the interest in finding infected people, would not have thought this to be as likely as the first theory. Creak creak creak. With this latest trio of beats, Will locates the origin of these creaks to be on the first level, near the front of the house. This new knowledge in mind, a third scenario erupts into existence within his disorganized brain. This scenario is the one playing out in his reality, and despite his broken mind, he realizes its verity. Someone, using a manufactured tool, is attempting to open the door to his house, despite the many barricades placed around it. With the knowledge that he is still safe within his home, Will moves quickly, getting up and stealthily moving out of the room he had been sleeping in, sticking to the right of the hallway and the same side on the stairs. On his side of the door, many pieces of furniture are still holding, but the door will not remain closed. He has blocked out the creaking sound now, moving purposefully towards the kitchen where he grabs the Steak knife off of its hook on the wall, holding it in his right hand. His pockets contain a pocket knife and a pair of scissors, but whatever sliver of sanity he has managed to maintain tells him that he needs to have something bigger to confront whatever is opening the door.
When Will returns to the door, he notices a small envelope sitting on some of the furniture. The door has been pulled closed again, as though it was never fully opened. The creaking sound has disappeared, but he is only now noticing its absence. Leaping onto the half-a-wall-tall bookshelf closest to the door, Will yanks the door open again, finding it is not open enough to gain a route of exit. He peers out the crack, but this gives him no further clarity as to the identity of the door-opener or the envelope-deliverer, as his sight is simply a dark, very early, morning street. This is the first time in years that he has looked out onto his street, but he spends no further time doing so, closing the door and returning to his kitchen, where he replaces the knife on its hook. He walks back towards the stairs, but stops suddenly, feeling an urge to open the letter and immediately read it. He takes a few tentative steps towards the letter, before his left hand darts forward and grabs it. He immediately has the urge to throw the letter away, or to slice it into an innumerable number of pieces. Sometimes his left hand does things on its own, as if instructed by a hidden area of his brain, one trying to warn him of dangerous circumstances. Unfortunately, the part of his brain urging him to read the letter wins out, and he rips the letter open with his teeth. What is inside will change the course of his life significantly...
"Andris, perhaps you're not viewing this situation on a larger scale," Linda started off addressing Andris to capture his attention. "If what Kyle says is true, and that this man's true ambition is to gain control of those infected with the Kenum Virus, then imagine what one man can do with such power of the hundreds or even thousands? Kill of innocent people, create his own nation against others, or even, the most diabolical thing anyone can ever dream of, rule the world?"
These thoughts loomed around Linda's head when she listed them. It scared her so much that it felt like ice was piercing her skin, literally and figuratively. She started to notice the small, cold icicles penetrate her skin, each spike inflicting painful pinches and growing longer in length, before she quickly dismissed the thoughts and let the ice sink back into her body, feeling the pinches get more painful, until they finally didn't bother Linda anymore.
"We can launch nukes to them...." I mumbled slowly.
"Fine, We need to do the teamwork." I replied. "First thing, machines require electricity, right? Now, all we need to do is to cut the power lines, and ensure Kernum doesn't get his electricity."

"No, no, no... cutting the power lines is a bad idea, but that could be our "If All Else Fails" plan." "If we cut the power lines... NO ONE gets power, not just Kernum... plus, I've tried that... he has an emergency power system..."
"We need to destroy the machine... or him...." Kyle said, thinking.

A man in a tuxedo is sitting in a large futuristic-style office in KI (Kernum Industries), and another man walks in, obviously a lower-rank worker.
"Dr Kernum, the machine is now ready." The worker said.
"Excellent," said Kernum, "TSTD will never see it coming..."
"Gather any Infected that you can. It's time to start the testing..."
"Oh, ok. We need to disable the machine, by any means. I think short-circuiting the machine is a very good idea on temporarily to disable it. Launching an EMP to the whole building that has machine in it is a very effective way, since it also disables the emergency power system." I suggested.
((Pouring a liquid tungsten onto the machine is a surefire choice, assuming there is a container that can resist that.))

"We first have to deal with what we're facing," Linda pointed out. "What if Kernum has his own goons or a high-security facility? We have to learn the ropes and escape in one piece. And you know what would happen if Kernum has even a drop of our blood."
Linda starts criticizing everything I suggested, forcing myself to stop suggesting and start to agree with her. "Fine." I replied. "Firstly, we need to know as many information about the crazy professor guy."
