You can search your cell for things that could help you, or you could try and get out of your bindings without it. Keep in mind that if the guards spot you without your bindings or gag on, they may preemptively kill or otherwise punish you and/or the group. Best not to get caught talking as well, for the same reason.))

The guards finish searching Alyssa's cell and notice her hands were not tied. However they chock it up the last person who tied them doing a poor job and retie the ropes around her wrists.
However, after only a few minutes of the guards resuming their usual duty, it is over heard that the another shift is coming, and that some of the guards from the earlier shift will be doing a double on account of their being more prisoners than normal. With this increase in the amount of guards, there are four standing guard in the hall were the party is kept, including Lancaster.

Luckily, they didn't punish her for doing so, instead deciding to blame the terrible binding skills of the previous guard. Kaleth heard vague conversations about having more guards on patrol. That would only make the escape more difficult, if not impossible. He took a deep sigh, hoping that someone else had a plan.

((You have to search your cell for a way to do so. If you have a spell or something, you can also use that. Godric got free of his bindings by slamming against the wall repeatedly, though I'm not sure how entirely effective that would be. You could attempt to just rip them apart, though I'm not sure if any of us have enough strength to do so. You could, of course, simply wait until someone else gets out and releases us. At which point, they'll probably remove the bindings for you.))

It was more along the lines of a copper toothpick, or maybe a lone part of a lockpicking kit. Not what he needed. Worse, though, he could hear not only the Alyssa got caught with her bindings off and was bound again, but that the shift was changing, and there may be more guards around for a good deal of time. Godric silently panicked, trying to figure out a new plan.

((I'd say that we could probably escape with Lancaster's help. How he's going to pull that off is still unknown though. Burning off the bindings seems counter-intuitive now, though if you did attempt it, your hair probably won't catch fire again(maybe) because it is shorter. All in all, I think you should hold off on that attempt.))

Also, question. Offensive magic spells seem fairly weak. If you roll dice, then use magic attack as a percentage of the result, you'd get some fairly low numbers. Unless you also count weapon damage(but even then, because most staves how low damage) in the formula, you'd get like, 1 damage at low character levels. Is this intentional? I don't really see the advantage of magic over physical damage unless the enemy has 0 magic defense and high defense.))
