Kaleth stood in waiting, standing idly until the scholar came down to meet them. Baselwell introduced himself before going into details about the stone. He said that the stone was an intimate life rune, made by wizards and mages. They are usually written in languages like common, thragon, or elven, but this one seemed to be written in some ancient language called "Dueslingua". Baselwell directed the pair to a person in the north town of Bleatingfalls who probably knows more about it. Kaleth nodded his head in assent and said.
"Thank you, scholar Baselwell."
Kaleth walked off, back in the direction of town along with Jeck. With the money the party had collected, he could probably purchase some expeditionary supplies. Kaleth began to walk along the marketplace, looking for a place where he could buy some tents, bedrolls, and rations. He did not know how far this Bleatingfalls place was, so it was better to be prepared.

While walking down the market, looking for a store or stall selling provisions, he sets eyes on a store sign. It was advertising either as a general store, or as a traveling goods sale. He was not sure as he bumps into a dwarf walking the opposite direction. A bit annoyed, Kaleth notices he is carrying a pack of supplies, including tents and other provisions he seeks. There is far more than is necessary for a single dwarf.
(This is where you come in Fenrir. I will write out your character sheet as soon as you have your character speak.)
Kaleth walked through the marketplace, searching for a store that would sell provisions. While doing so, he had accidentally bumped into a dwarf, carrying a large amount of supplies. It seemed like much more than a single dwarf would ever need in any adventure. Nonetheless, Kaleth mouthed a few words of apology.
"Apologies, stranger." he said plainly.

I'm getting bored of Minecraft (especially servers). However, modpacks give a new type of gameplay and challenges. Therefore I'm resorting to modpacks. To play. And many other games.

"Apologies, stranger." he said plainly.
"No need for apologies Thragon, the blame is mine." Fenrir replies with a small smile. He goes to turn but stops as a thought enters his mind. He opens his mouth to speak once again: "I remember seeing you come into town with a rather large cast of characters. If I didn't know any better I'd say you were adventurers."
((I, in fact, have been keeping tabs on this topic this whole time. Lacking old gear to sell, I just don't really have anything of value I can do in town...except anger the elf-hating barbarian (And Alyssa). I should enjoy that one.))
((So, before I make an in-game post, I would like to confirm with rainbow_girl, I was going to just assume Godric was with Alyssa(Which probably means they're arguing). Any problems?))

Would you rather read a story of knights and dragons, or be in one?
I'm glad people support my dragon raising. Could I ask for assistance with this one now?
Check out my dragon scroll(http://dragcave.net/user/Heric) if you want to see the dragons I have. I may get more dragons later.
((We can probably buy some new weapons for both Jeck and Godric with the money we've got. Perhaps an armor set even. Not sure.))
As soon as the dwarf replied, Kaleth began to continue down his way. However, the dwarf commented on the group that Kaleth was travelling with. He asked whether or not they were adventurers. Kaleth was happy to oblige him.
"Ah yes. We are adventurers seeking an end to the affliction." Kaleth explained.

"Hmm. An end to The Affliction, eh? Quite the noble cause!" Fenrir chuckles. He pauses for a moment, contemplating, before continuing: "I, uh... I don't suppose you'll mind having another set of hands to share the work? It seems I've been stuck with a mule's share of supplies ever since my brothers-in-arms fell in battle a few weeks back."
Kaleth stood still whilst rubbing his chin in contemplation for a few moments. This dwarf was an experienced warrior, as evidenced by his battleaxe. Additionally, this same dwarf seemed to have enough supplies to keep the whole group comfortable during their travels. Kaleth decided to let him join, they would need many people to help them on the quest.
"I would be honored to have you join us." Kaleth said excitedly. In his younger years of wanderlust, tales of dwarven strength were never exaggerated, and he was eager to see his skills on the battlefield. He snapped out of his reverie and continued his statement.
"I am Kaleth Scaleshield. Warrior by trade. This is Jeck." Kaleth said, pointing to the man behind him. "He is a wandering monk who will also be joining us on our quest."

A wide smile appears on the Dwarf's face. "Excellent! I was branded as Fenrir by my Dwarven tribe. I am a warrior also although I would be better known as a "barbarian" to many of the Human, Thragon, and... Elven kingdoms."
He takes a bow before continuing, "I look forward to sharing much glory with you."
The dwarf introduced himself as Fenrir, and as a barbarian. Kaleth was only more pleased. Barbarians were very powerful, after all. Fenrir took a small bow before continuing his statements. Kaleth made a small bow in reply as a gesture of respect. When Fenrir mentioned glory, Kaleth smiled and spoke in reply.
"And I, with you, friend." Kaleth said proudly. He looked at the dwarf's supplies before continuing.

Fenrir hands the pack over to Kaleth, giving it to him carefully as so he is not overwhelmed by the weight of it. Perhaps it is naive to trust someone he had only just met with supplies but Fenrir's instincts told him these strangers were good people.
Fenrir handed the pack to Kaleth, distributing the weight before giving it completely. It was heavier than it looked, but it was manageable enough. Kaleth wondered on what the next course of action would be before speaking up.
"We head for Bleatingfalls to the north. But before we do so, we need to find the others, and perhaps purchase a new weapon or two."
With that, Kaleth began walking along the marketplace, looking for both weapon dealers and his companions.

Whatever I just said, I didn't mean any offense. Unless we're fighting, in which case I probably did.
If I said something was a joke when it didn't seem like one, I'm making an excuse to avoid an argument I know is coming. Instead of telling me how not funny I am and how it didn't seem like a joke at all, just go along with it. Because flame wars suck and nobody wants to be a part of one.
Roughly 95% of Minecraft players hate Villagers and would be very happy if they were removed. If you are one of the 5% who actually like villagers, copy this into your signature.-RainbowGirl

((It would be nice if Godric could pick up a new weapon, and maybe some armor.
Course, that begs the question of why Kaleth would spare money to get him equipment.))
((I guess I'll start at some random part of an argument. Kaleth can find us whenever.))
"Oh, that again, Alyssa?" Godric was calmly debating with the elementalist. They were walking through the marketplace, with Godric's eye mostly on the lookout for any herb or light weapon shops. "Would you care to explain how you're better than me, just for living in a city? A city, mind you, that was built over the burnt and destroyed remains of what was once wilderness?"
((I apologize if this seems like I'm taking control of Alyssa.))

He also asks the owner about what wears he has to offer.
