The Island. A paradise beyond your wildest dreams! Only the luckiest people get to go to it. Except, it isn't what you think.
This supposed utopia is actually a simulation, designed to give you a motive. Most people here don't suspect a thing. However, you begin to question your life here. Where you are is a facility- named "The Facility" by your fellow citizens. This place is a city where everyone lives happily with nothing to hurt you, and everyone looks the same. The only diversity is traits you are born with, like personality or hair color. Family is a foreign concept to you. Why live with two others who you just happened to meet when you could be at the Island? Most others seem to think this. But you can see past the simulations of paradise outside your room's window. Occasionally it flickers, showing a desolate landscape with nothing, screams echoing.
Maybe others can see this too?
You meet up with many other residents of the City, in secret, to plan to take over The Facility with it's seemingly all-powerful owners. Free the others from the future that awaits them- a desert stained red by past victims. It seems the island isn't such a paradise after all.
(This roleplay is somewhat based on a movie called The Island. No characters from it will be used.)
The Island is actually a place where others need surgery, needing an organ donor, and you are destined to donate. Sadly, all donors are disposed of afterwards. To avoid the public knowing about this, people are taken, given false hope of a beautiful new home, and are taken away to The Facility. Usually the last thing they remember is their family saying it was a big mistake, or people saying to just relax..
Bio- (Friends, etc. how you made it to The Facility and the last thing you remember.)
Occupation-(You can be a Facility worker or citizen, whichever floats your boat.)
Other-(Are you on mobile most of the time? Please say so, so I understand.)
No godmodding or bunnying or being rude.
Please don't tell everyone to "run they are going to kill you!" That would result in a RP reset. Sorry.
Use common sense please!
Male posts about a paragraph or so long.
If you are on mobile, I understand. So am I.
Would be played out as the Facility workers wiping memory and starting over. Let's not make that happen.
