This is in a STEAMPUNK SETTING. So if you don't like that, please leave.
The legends tell of island in the sky, home to creatures so diverse its hard to say that they were made by nature. It's said that these islands were once part of our land. However, they were just normal pieces of land. They harbored none of the life that they now supposedly hold. No one knows why or how, but giant areas of land were just disappearing. This was known as the flyland incident. All that was left was massive craters, and a legend. As time passed, the the craters filled up and talk of the island died down. fewer and fewer people searched for the islands. It's as if they were forgotten.
Over a millenia later, a shocking piece evidence was found. A large picircle of land, about a mile in diameter, smashed into the earth. It was shaped like a bowl, with the exterior being made of stone and the interior of dirt. What caused the event was completely unknown. A team was formed to investigate this strange formation. This team was known as Skyreach. Once the team left, they were never heard from again. Another team was sent to search for them, but when they arrived, there was nothing there. No team, no formation. The ground was completely unbroken. Completely baffled, the team left. From that point on, the whole event was called the Skyreach incident. But now, a decade later, another team is being assembled. Now known as Starfall.

I love how the EO battle themes go on for a couple of minutes like normal and then after a while they are just like 'Ah nobody's going to be in a normal battle for this long anyway, fack it, GUITAR SOLOS!' Cracks me up.

((If I join, can I be an android? Just wondering, I'll probably still join even if you say no.
Also, forgive me if I seem uneducated, but what exactly is Steampunk?))

((Yeah, you could join as an android. And as for what steampunk is, here's a page from the wiki explaining the genre.
"Steampunk is a sub-genre of science fiction that typically features steam-powered machinery, especially in a setting inspired by industrialized Western civilization during the 19th century. Steampunk works are often set in an alternative history of the 19th century's British Victorian era or American "Wild West", in a post-apocalyptic future during which steam power has regained mainstream use, or in a fantasy world that similarly employs steam power. Steampunk perhaps most recognisably features anachronistic technologiesor retro-futuristic inventions as people in the 19th century might have envisioned them, and is likewise rooted in the era's perspective on fashion, culture, architectural style, and art. Such technology may include fictional machines like those found in the works of H. G. Wells and Jules Verne, or the modern authors Philip Pullman, Scott Westerfeld, Stephen Hunt and China Miéville. Other examples of steampunk contain alternative history-style presentations of such technology as lighter-than-air airships, analog computers."

(( I apologize for that. The person that was supposed to take over never replied, and I didn't have time to find a new one. Again, sorry about that.))
