I wish that I was a Time Lord (species) with a Time and Relative Dimension in Space (dont know what these are, GET A LIFE!)

Granted but since 'anime' is actually just a shorthand form of the word animation in general, all forms of animation, including Disney's works, computer-animated movies and Saturday morning cartoons, cease to exist. Now all that we have are live-action.

I wish that thaumcraft was updated, and that the update was a good one, and that thaumcraft was compatible with all mods after this update.

Granted, but now Thaumcraft will never be updated and will never be able to be updated ever again, therefore making that update the last one known to manunkind.

I wish that I was immune to radiation.

Granted, but now you cannot live without it; your body requires constant exposure to radiation for sustenance.
